Están dejando mal a los AYENDA

Cercanía a la playa y comercio nocturno.

Inicialmente la señora que nos recibió no tiene vocación para nada de su trabajo (Trabaje muchos años como recepcionista y se como debe tratarse a un Huesped) realmente uno debe ser guía para los viajeros y nos topamos fue con una pared “todo era no” “no se puede” solo queríamos información de Tours y cambiar de habitación por una con aire, sin embargo dijo que no se podía hacer nada, que si queríamos hacerlo tenía que ser por la página de booking, es ilógico ya que ellos solos nos mandarán a negociar con el alojamiento. Las habitaciones muy lejos de las que salen en las fotos, mucho filtro, las pareces sucias, techos con telarañas, un cuadro ahí con polvo del siglo pasado, almohadas sucias con olor a sudor, he estado en varios Ayenda y este no los está dejando bien, muy lejos de lo que he encontrado en los otros.

El señor que atienden en las noches muy amable y atento a lo que se requiere! El personal del día miraban horrible y siempre tenían cara de estrés La ubicación es buenas pero queda junto a un callejón donde hay muchos indigentes y se torna peligroso

Es horrible tratar de descansar con tanto ruido. Es un edificio bastante antiguo y descuidado. Las paredes manchadas y sábanas muy desgastadas. Almohadas claramente sucias.

Está cerca de la playa, se pueden tomar buses para cualquier lugar, está cerca de todo.

Que las luces del aire acondicionado son en led y no se pueden apagar alumbran mucho, las paredes de la habitación están muy sucias.

the location is the best, the place was also very cheap

the whole hotel was basically dirty, when I did the check in the inside had a lot of dust and the floor and walls was just dirty, then when I get to my room the restroom wasn’t clean or sterilize before I got there, the fan with so much dust I make my feet dirty just from walk to the restroom, gladly the sheets of the bed was clean otherwise would be impossible to sleep there

Wifi was not good in one room. As we stayed longer than expected we got an other room and there the wifi worked well.

Ac was great Location too

Very dirty...during the night it was rowdy. Also someone threw up in the morning close to our room ugh..heard every detail..I told reception and they seemed chill about it...left the vomit there for some time 😱 Also pictures make the room look so nice..in reality it's quite dull

For what I paid to combine with excellent location, clean and wide room, I think it is a must!

My room was adjusted to another place out of the hotel that made noise during morning hours. Other then that, perfect room and hotel
