This immaculate condo has been completely renovated, with every upgrade imaginable including new flooring throughout, top-of-the-line kitchen appliances, custom kitchen countertops and cabinets, modern furnishings, and luxurious decor. Unit #2306 is the epitome of the coastal lifestyle; enjoy your own piece of paradise without even having to leave your condo! The master bedroom is tastefully furnished with beautiful furniture and artwork, a queen sized bed, flat-screen TV, spacious closet for all of your beach attire, and private access to the oceanfront balcony. Floor to ceiling windows come standard with each room of the condo, surrounding you and your guests with panoramic views of clear blue skies, white sandy beaches, and the Atlantic Ocean as far as the eye can see. The 2nd bedroom offers a Twin/Full Bunkbed, with a flatscreen TV and balcony access as well. The 3rd offers another queen bed, with tasteful coastal decor throughout, floor to ceiling windows. The open floor plan includes a dining area which seats up to 4, a spacious living area with stylish and modern furnishings, local art pieces, ample seating for all your guests to relax, plus a flat-screen TV for entertainment. Stepping out onto the large oceanfront balcony you will find plenty of patio furniture to lounge on while you enjoy the refreshing ocean breeze and take in views of the Atlantic Ocean. This contemporary beachside condo is the perfect destination for anyone needing some rest and relaxation from the fast pace of their everyday life. Not only will you enjoy the Atlantic Ocean as your backyard, but St. Regis Resort also offers its guests access to a beautiful outdoor pool for a quick dip after a hot day on the beach. Other amenities include a Business Center; Fitness Center, which has exercise equipment, cardio machines, and a sauna; tennis and 1/2 basketball court, playground for all the little ones; and outdoor charcoal grilling areas for family barbeques.
