About this house rental
Welcome to our home, conveniently located only 2.5 miles from downtown Columbia Falls, and only 15 miles from the main entrance of the famous Glacier National Park. We are only 1 mile from Big Sky water park, or if hiking is you desire you are in luck, Columbia Mountain trail head is practicaly out the back door only 2.7 miles away. Our home is located on 6 acres of land with mountain views from each window. This quiet country setting is a perfect place to sit out relax and enjoy the views, or play a game of horse shoes. Our home is a 3 Bedroom 3 bath home with an open floor concept, with a large back patio equipped with seating and a BBQ. When you walk through the front door you will come into the kitchen which is any cooks dream, with a large island to prep and cook your meals. We have island seating or a dining room table to gather around and enjoy those home cooked meals away from home. Large living room that looks out to Columbia and Tekettle mountains, the perfect spot to relax after a long day of hiking. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size adjustable bed, with a 40'' mounted Tv to relax and enjoy a movie before bed, the on-suite bathroom has a large soaker tub and a separate walk in shower and private toilet room. A double vanity with extra counter space for you to get ready easily for your day of adventure. Bedroom 2 also has a kingsized bed with mounted 43'' Tv and extra space and large closet, and a play area with some toys for the little ones. It has a pocket door that connects to bathroom 2 with tub and shower. Bedroom 3 is down the hall with Queen size bed also has a bathroom with tub and shower, which allows multiple guest to use and get ready for the day without waiting for bathroom time.
We do have a laundry room with coat hooks and space to put shoes and extra gear and it is equipped with washer and dryer for you to use to do any laundry you choose. We also provide Wifi, Netflix, Dish Network, an Alexa to play music of your liking we also offer a variety of kids movies.
We do have quiet hours from 11pm to 6am. We understand you may arrive late after a long day but please be respectful of the quiet hours and keep volumes low, as noise travels across the fields. We prefer no smoking on the premises, however if you need to smoke please do it outside and please be sure to make it look like you didn't. Please pick your butts up and do not dispose in any indoor garbage cans.
We do have chickens and two outdoor cats. We need to care for our animals so we will be in and out on a daily basis to provide care and gather eggs. However there is a different access road that we will take and we will be quiet and respectful to not bother you on your stay. Our outdoor cats are SUPER friendly they really want to be indoor cats but do to extreme allergies we ask you do not let them into the home, and try and be careful not to leave doors open as they will come in. The chickens LOVE treats, as in veggie scraps, bread, chips, please NO MEAT, feel free to go feed them any of your meal scraps, they would love it.

The vaulted area of the living room, dinning room and kitchen provided a nice space for all the guests to be comfortable together. We could all fit in each space together, so no one was left out.
The beds felt like they were the "memory foam" type. They severed their purpose well enough, but not our preferred type of construction.
The kitchen was perfectly stocked! Great spices, great pots and pans, they even had snap ware/plastic bags to use.
Really enjoyed the mountain views from the house.
Overall, very satisfied with the property!

This beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath house is close to the West entrance to Glacier National Park. Amenities are great and the hosts are friendly and helpful. Can't say enough good things about it.

Loved this property. It was so comfortable and homey. Spent a lot of time on back patio looking at mountains. Communication was excellent and owners really cared about clients with some sweet added touches. Thank you for sharing your home.

It was very comfortable and welcoming. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom which was great. I loved having horses outside my bedroom window. It was amazing to look out the window and see the mountains.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. We came to hike in Glacier National Park and it was fabulous. The home is very convenient to the west entrance of the park and to Whitefish. After some long days of hiking we were able to just relax in this gorgeous property. It was so peaceful. We would stay here time and time again. One of the best VRBO's we have stayed in. The beds were excellent.

This property is so comfortable and has everything you can think of. Cleanliness A+. Location just 15 minutes from going to the sun road and plenty of space for the family to spread out. Oh and the cat is adorable. What a great stay!

The Ridenour's have a lovely home. It is very clean and up to date and laid out perfectly - each bedroom is roomy for a little privacy and the common areas are big and inviting for group gatherings.
Kerianne and Levi are wonderful hosts - from the fresh eggs from their own chickens to the hummingbird feeder outside the front window. It was a perfect location to explore Glacier National Park or go into Whitefish for dinner or shopping.
We hope their home is available the next time we want to visit the area!

Great location close to the west entrance into Glacier National Park. The house is clean, well maintained and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked if you plan to cook. The back yard has a wonderful, view - as well as chickens and a very friendly cat - and is a great place to relax after a day in the park. The hosts are very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again on another trip to the area.

7 of us stayed in Kerianne and Levi's wonderful house. Perfect location, clean and well supplied comfortable for 6 adults and our 8 mo old grandchild - it could not have been better. Kerianne was responsive to every request and question - we certainly hope to stay again for our next visit to GNP!

Great place to stay
Our whole family loved this property. We also met the family as they have chores to maintain and they were equally wonderful. Plenty of room and one thing that is very important is that the beds were very comfortable. My wife and I are prone to a lot of back pain and neither of us had any issues the whole time. They allowed us to use the grill, which was nice. We enjoyed the cats and chickens on the property. If you can i advise bringing a small fan as there are no ceiling fans. Also, bring some eye covering for your sleep, as there are window treatments but not black out. We had a hard time adjusting to sunset around 10:30pm and sunrise like seven hours later, coming from Florida. Our next trip here we'll try to book same house, for sure. It is close to west glacier entrance and columbia falls has a decent number of places to eat, get groceries, etc. One thing we really appreciated is that we were easily able to reach out to the owners and they were super responsive and nice to deal with. I had an issue with the tv but they responded very fast.

Lovely Gateway to Glacier
Beautiful home at the foot of Columbia Mountain and the Flathead National Forest. Gorgeously appointed, impeccably clean and wonderful hosts Kerianne and Levi. 10-15 minute drive to the entrance of West Glacier. Big thumbs up! Thank you for such an awesome staging area for all of our Glacier Adventures!

Wonderful large home
This place was perfect for us! Three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Everyone had there own space to relax after long days of hiking. Only 15-20 minutes to Glacier!

Comfortable, Convenient, and Spacious
This is a great property to stay with friends or family when exploring GNP. The house is clean and spacious and includes everything you need for a comfortable stay. Small details like the bear spray and propane fire pit are a nice touch. I hope to stay here again next time I visit the park.

Perfect Place for Us
Perfect place for our family with six adults. Immaculate with everything we needed including kitchen supplies, beach towels fir outings and even bear spray - (which thankfully never needed)! The kitchen was AWESOME--did alot of cooking, and really enjoyed the back porch in the morning and evening. Views with mountains --horses in front pasture and even the chicken house in the back--very relaxing. Great location too--to visit Glacier Park only 15 minutes or town of Whitefish 15 minutes other direction. Levi and Kerianne were super responsive to any questions we had.
Would definitely stay again 🙂!

A nice retreat from the Glacier hubbub
A very nice modern house in the shadow of Columbia Mountain, about 20 minutes from the West Glacier gate. Remarkably well-stocked -- they provide bear spray just in case you don't want to buy your own. Honestly, we liked hanging out in their house as much as we liked puttering around Glacier. Plus the chickens are fun to watch and feed. Great hosts sharing their own home. Would absolutely rent again.

The house is so clean, comfortable and beautiful and could not be more centrally located to Glacier, Whitefish, Columbia Falls etc. Levi and Kerianne were exceptional as hosts, They could not be more accommodating. The cats, Lucifer and Liberty will endear themselves to the point of wanting to take them home, with the objection of Levi, jokingly. It was a wonderful experience and one we would repeat again. A beautiful, spacious home with everything you need. We thoroughly enjoyed coming back to such a nice place to take a hot shower and relax. We played horseshoes in the back yard and enjoyed the view of the mountains. Quiet location and we loved the farm fresh eggs from the chickens. Home is impeccably maintained, and hosts are very accommodating. They even left us a cooler and some beach towels when we asked if there were any. It really helped our day out on the lake to have those. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

Additionally, they were willing to help with more than just home accommodations and got us connected to other services in the community. The home itself is beyond beautiful and had a lot of space, we found ourselves sitting on the back porch for most of our down time and loved the tranquility and view! On our big day, the owner went out of their way to congratulate us and offered to help with anything if needed! Columbia Falls was the perfect location, not to big or small and just a short drive to all the amazing things to see and do! This home is off the main roads so it’s quite and has a relaxed setting. We loved this home so much and would 12/10 recommend to anyone staying in Columbia Falls or general area! Lastly, upon our checkout, the owners were still in contact with us and thanking us for staying in their home!!! This was the best experience we have ever had!!
