Seaview/Lower level is a beautiful two bedroom, 1 1/2 Bath duplex on a quiet street near the heart of Wrightsville Beach. Cottage features a large Outdoor shower on the bottom floor. At the end of the street is a wonderful family friendly beach for sunbathing, swimming, surfing and great walks. On the other side of the street is public access to Banks Channel for Kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, and more. Nearby boating available. The Upper Unit is also available on VRBO#2039746.

The local grocery/coffeeshop/surf shop and restaurants are two blocks away. The beach house has an outdoor shower, off street parking for two cars, washer/dryer and a large deck for entertaining or relaxing. Great family vacation at the beach. Nearby sailboat, kayak, windsurfing, surfboard, paddle board, boat and Bike rentals.

Wilmington, NC has excellent nearby shopping, restaurants, museums, water park, downtown historic district and more! Fort Fisher is home to North Carolina Aquarium and Fort Fisher Museum.

Wrightsville Beach is famous for its white sandy Beaches.and laid back beach town atmosphere.

This is a pristine, beautiful peaceful home and location. Steps from both beach and bay. Everything you could need is walking distance. My only regret is not staying longer but coming back at the earliest! Thank you Melanie!

We love the place. Location was wonderful! Looking at it there were two full baths. There were two showers, but one is downstairs. The beds in the bedrooms were great very comfortable. Pull out bed mattress really needs to be replaced! Was a wonderful getaway and time with family could’ve asked for a greater place!

Very clean and comfortable cottage in great location. Newly remodeled with nice decor. We could walk to beach without crossing roads and walk to the heart of Wrightsville. Will definitely go back when we have more time.

The place was immaculate, the kitchen was very well equipped, the porch area was really nice to have, the host was very responsive when we had one minor issue, which was addressed right away. The location was awesome, just down the block to the beach. Both bedrooms were a good size, with plenty of room for clothes storage, it was nice to have the two bathrooms. The only negative thing I can say is the people renting upstairs (looked like college age students?) were a bit loud at times. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Closer to the beach than we thought. Very, very clean! The condo has everything you need. Check in and check out was very simple. Melanie was extremely helpful and communicative. We would love to stay there again soon.

This was truly so much better than expected. The location of the property was absolutely perfect. They had EVERYTHING THAT YOU COULD POSSIBLY NEED. There were extra towels and chairs for the beach. My son (who goes to UNC-W) came to visit and he was blown away that I was able to stay at such a perfect location. It was a blessing to stay in your property. Thank you

The property was clean, well-provisioned, and comfortable, both for remote work and relaxation. I greatly appreciated how easy it was to walk to restaurants, the grocery store, and recreation - it is right on the loop. I highly recommend the property and the property manager, and would definitely enjoy staying on property again.

We loved it! It was VERY clean, everything is provided (linens, supplies, beach chairs, wagon). We enjoyed the porch swing and rocking chairs on the porch! The location is AWESOME! Beach access on the same street and walking distance to all the local food, coffee and Roberts grocery. Could not have asked for a more quaint place to spend a weekend!

2 minute walk to the beach is always great and I love how we could store our beach stuff in the carport. Also, lots of extra beach stuff in the carport. You’ll love the outdoor shower and the property owner is very quick to get back to you if you have any questions. We will be back!!!

We booked our trip to Wrightsville Beach at the last minute and were so lucky to find such a cute place! The cottage was very clean and it was super easy to check in. The cottage is also located just a short walk to the beach and included all the beach necessities (wagon, umbrella, chairs). Highly recommend!

We rented both levels for my daughter’s wedding… absolutely wonderful! The porches are awesome and the outdoor shower was a hit! Melanie was fabulous and such a joy to work with! We appreciated the beach chairs and towels, as well! Great week!

This property was perfect for my husband and I and another couple. We enjoyed the home very much. It was clean and had everything we needed. It was walkable to the surf shops, restaurants and bars. Amazing experience! We will be staying here again!

Perfect place for 2 adults or 2 adults with 2 kids. With only one full bath it would be tough for two couples. Clean, stylish and well equipped. Great location and convenient to everything. It did get a little noisy Friday and Saturday nights with the two primary bars two blocks away, but it was minor. Water pressure was weak especially in the shower. Don’t know if that was an issue with the town utility or the house. Overall grade A and I would come back.

The place was very cute and comfy. We had an issue with sandy sheets our first night but the manager came the next morning to change them. If your looking for a quiet stay do not stay on the first floor. The apartment above was rented out and you could hear everything. Every step, toilet flush. I could even tell you where they were talking about going to breakfast. They were a very nice family and it wasn't their fault it's just the way the house is built. Other than that it was a nice stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at the cottage. It was impeccably clean with updated interior and appliances, floors spotless without sand, and the outdoor shower was so lovely. You can't beat the location--the street itself is very quiet, but you are a 3 minute walk to the beach or the tasty coffee shop on the main road. We will back, thank you!

The place was cute as a button, clean and had every single thing we needed. Comfy beds too! The location was amazing- we walked to almost every meal and the c-store that was a couple blocks away. Beach access was right at the end of the street. The house manager was easy to work with and had great communication. We will certainly stay here again!

We loved this cozy beach condo. We felt so welcomed by a handwritten note from the property manager, the cleanliness, beautiful decor & all extras (paper goods, hand soaps, trash bags, shampoo, cooking spices, dishwasher detergent, etc). It was so nice to have the beach wagon, beach chairs & umbrella. It made the short walk to the beach a breeze. We enjoyed the covered porch in the evenings & the shared washer and dryer was convenient, too. There are also a handful of restaurants within walking distance if you don’t feel like driving. This I was a great quiet getaway for our family.
