I like that they kept it so clean and they had two pool I love that and the rooms were comfortable and not hot

Nice stay in San Juan

Neat, clean, modern, nice architecture. Bed and furniture were comfortable. Coffee in am was delicious! Pools were awesome, but no time to use them due to rain. Manager was very helpful when we came in at night. Close to beach!

Neighborhood looked a little rough, but property was safe-feeling. Not able to see out of windows as they were high, which made room seem smaller.

Beautiful spacious unit with wonderful private outdoor space.

Very nice room. Arrived late and a security guard helped us get in the room.

We had a short 3 block walk to a restaurant for breakfast. That place was excellent. President Obama ate there. The food was very, very good. The locals love it. Wish the property had some vending machines. We arrived very late the night before and there was nothing to eat.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Nice pools. Very friendly staff. Helped us secure transportation to our cruise ship.

Thanks to another guest who told us we had to use a different address for taxi pick-up. Confusing.

Absolutely devastated to learn room was on 2nd floor. Being 81 years of age & having to haul luggage upstairs was not expected. Had it not been for another guest sitting by pool that offered to take luggage up for us, we could have injured ourselves.

Great Homebase to visit San Juan

The accommodations were very nice with elegant upgrades especially in the bathroom. They have done a wonderful job using the limited space that they are located on.

We were right by the morning coffee area. So could hear the other guests first thing, but we get up early anyway so that wasn’t major. The sink while beautiful was not very functional when washing my face as it was small.

The hotel is in a nice location, well maintained, and the service is very good.

We weren't aware of the breakfast. But we got up early, found a nice coffee shop, a grocery not too far away, and some nice restaurants. Having tables outside to set up our own meals was great. Also, I do yoga, and a worker was so considerate with cleaning up a space for me in front of the room and bringing me a straw mat to put under my yoga mat. That is service!

For a couple of nights, it was very nice. We didn't expect to unpack our suitcases, and it was comfortable.

Nice atmosphere, terrible AC unit

The property it's at a great location , has a nice pool , the area is very secure .

The place it's nice . However i stayed at room #12 for one night and I ended up not being able to sleep do to the Ac Unit kept doing a really loud sound every 20 minutes , I originally wanted to stay 2 nights thank God I only booked for one night . The was the only part that I really didn't enjoy . other than that the place it's really nice , just the way it looks in the pictures

Very, Very, Very!

Everything was very nice! Exceptionally clean and thoughtful. Loved that there was a clothes steamer! So needed! Very near the beach, shopping and restaurants. All within walking distance. Very enjoyable! The staff was very sweet! Lots of Very's! Loved it!

There were some large stains on the chaise part of the couch. Small stain on the first cushion. I could tell they were cleaned but didn't come all the way out.

A nice location, but could use some work.

I liked the pools and the location.

My partner and I woke up with bug bites a few nights in a row. Even tried changing the sheets, but nothing helped unfortunately. It really disturbed the enjoyment of our stay.

Well maintained and comfortable place in the middle of Ocean Park with easy access to the beach and close proximity to the airport. The pools are very nice. Good restaurants in the neighborhood.

A quiet, clean, convenient place to rest while enjoying all that Puerto Rico has to offer.

Our stay at Rosa Lina was exceptional. The facility is clean and secure. Several good places to eat and the airport nearby. Two pools, great AC, excellent shower, easy check in/out with lock boxes. As nice as many fine hotels.

Only that we did not book more nights at Rosa Lina

The penthouse was the perfect size for our group

Loved that we weee walking distance from the beach and restaurants

There weren’t enough bath towels for 4 people. The kitchen didn’t have dish washing liquid or sponges. The a/c in the second bedroom didn’t work. An email was sent but didn’t get a response, luckily we were only there for one night.

Superb

The building was such a wonderful surprise, an oasis in the middle of bustling Santurce! We checked in late, enjoyed the lovely pools, and headed to the airport early in the morning. Rosalina OP was quiet, exceptionally well designed, and overall a great find.

"I recently stayed at Rosalina ocean Parkand I must say that it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a smooth check-in process. The room was immaculate, spacious, and had all the amenities I needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. What impressed me the most was the attention to detail and the level of service provided by the staff. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, and their recommendations for local restaurants and attractions were spot on. The hotel's pool was pristine and relaxing. Overall, I highly recommend Rosalina to anyone looking for a clean comfortable and unforgettable stay. The combination of exceptional service, attention to detail, and beautiful facilities make it a standout choice. I can't wait to return on May 18th 2023 !

Worst sweet 16 stay definitely ask questions before staying

I like the safety and security of the building it was nice and clean... they did bring a bag of ice and they did have the balloons setup for my daughter other than that that's all I have nice to say

I didn't like that I paid for a penthouse and didn't have access to the balcony after it was advertised, I didn't like that the hot water never got hot the pool shower hot water was hotter than in the room, I didn't like that the refrigerator didn't get cold I spent $198 in groceries that I had to throw out because the temperature wasn't right no water are ice coming from the refrigerator, they said it had cookware which included 1pot small and 1 pan , the power went out one day the air conditioner started making a loud noise 3am and started shooting out ice and it'd plenty more the bed collapse our first night they put bricks under it the bathroom sink stoopee wouldn't come up. I wish I had space to write more and upload the video of the air conditioner noise

The pool and courtyard are wonderful. Room was super comfortable.

My only issue is that because the rooms face the courtyard directly any noise from the courtyard is very easy to hear in your room.

Disliked the brightness in the early morning. The door needs a sun shade too.
