PRIVATE HEATED POOL 2 DOORS FROM SEASIDE with BEACH VIEW. Home just remodeled in 2021. Overlooking Seaside and Gulf of Mexico. Only a 4 minute walk to beach. We have a nice front yard with beautiful oak and magnolia trees with Hammocks, 2 wrap around porches, tower, courtyard and private heated pool for you to enjoy the outdoor space. There is a $300 per week fee to heat the pool. Putting green located in front yard.

Last minute booking of a beach trip turned out great. House was clean and pretty, looks even better in person than photos. Hosts were great to communicate with too. Close to seaside and beach access. 5 min to either. I will rent this house again!!

This home was the perfect spot for my teen girls and I to soak up time with my mom. We stayed upstairs and she had the perfect retreat on the first floor with a private living area and bathroom. The beach was super close as was Seaside but when my mom was needing a rest, we spent time in the amazing pool. Being a corner lot the pool is an oasis protected by the home, trees and street adjacent only to a home across the street with no balconies, decks or pool visible. The most private home in the neighborhood in my opinion. The putt putt was very fun! Location was amazing but the home could benefit from a no parking sign as a handful of cars parked in front of the house and at times blocked us in being such a prime location to Seaside. The house has many levels and nooks which made it super fun to experience. The main level is open concept though making it easy to connect with each other when we wanted to. The upstairs bathroom was wonderful, however as an interior designer I could see how a renovation of the space could provide for more people to utilize it at one time. This is not to say it was an inconvenience at all. I had seen a review that the bathroom was not ideal and it was very doable for our family; but a larger shower rather than a soaking tub would be nice for sharing along with a larger vanity/sink. Overall this home was perfect. I just wish the area was not so high priced. The owners were very helpful and available to communicate with from booking to checkout.

Super cool beach house next to Seaside! We had a group of 8 in ages ranging from 12-80 and everyone enjoyed the house. It is beautiful and provides everyone with a quiet space. The pool is AMAZING and outside table perfect! Everyone enjoyed the many porches and putt putt course. We would love to stay here again. The beach was a super easy 4 minute walk and about the same time to walk to the heart of Seaside. Loved, loved the house!

This place was amazing! My family and I loved this property and all that’s included. The location is perfect for the beach and town square. The owner made everything nice and easy and was very quick to reply with any questions I had. We are already looking forward to booking this rental again next year!!

We had a wonderful 9 night stay - Beautiful property and pool - just as advertised. One street from Seaside which made for very easy biking. Very short (1-1/2 blks) walk to beach access. Host and Hostess were very communicative, pro-active and hospitable. This property worked very well for our family.

Our stay was wonderful. Location could not have been better. Very short walk to public beach access and Seaside. Neighborhood great for morning walks. The house itself was exactly what I expected from the listing. The house was well stocked with paper goods and other necessities and the beds were very comfortable.

This location could not have been more perfect. Right on the edge of Seaside, this great property was 5 minutes walking to the first public beach access outside Seaside (most of not all Seaside beach access is private) and a 5-7 minute walk to downtown Seaside (that walk time is with a 4.5 and 24 month old kids). The property itself has all the amenities you would hope for including a great pool with heating capabilities. We really could not have asked for a better property for our families’ first trip to the beach.

This property was central to anything you’d want on 30A. Steps to the beach and seaside square. We rented a golf cart and bikes but didn’t have much need for them as we could walk nearly everywhere we wanted to visit. Since we visited during SB, the area was crowded but the neighborhood was quiet and felt removed from the SB hustle. The owner was available when there was an event that we required assistance and was very understanding about the situation. I would 100% recommend this vacation property.

This property was great for my family. We heated the pool and the kids loved all of the outside space. There were plenty of bedrooms for everyone, the beds and bedding were all very comfortable. The kitchen was great with all of the windows and upgraded appliances. We dined most meals in the courtyard. The walk to the beach and seaside were easier than expected. We left some electronics and Iva quickly picked them up and shipped to us. Would love to stay here again.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. The home was clean, well appointed, and so close to everything. It was so nice to be able to walk to get something to eat or do some shopping. The walk to the beach is an easy one as well. The home is spacious and inviting, and the neighborhood is peaceful. Iva was quick to respond the one time I had an inquiry. Easy check in and an overall great experience!

Walking distance to beach and Seaside is a plus for this property. The pool was great but the house needs some TLC. Drawers pulled all the way out, only two baths, one of which was as big as a water closet. We had to rent another property for additional family as this house barely accommodated 5 adults, not the 10 as advertised. The steep winding staircase made stay for older adults difficult. While it wasn’t perfect, the location made it an easy vacation. Wouldn’t rent again but would be fine for a group of kids.

I would definitely recommend staying at this property! The proximity to the beach and Seaside was really convenient. You could be to both in just a matter of minutes. The neighborhood felt very safe and the property had everything we needed for a great vacation! We had a minor issue with the internet not working and it was addressed very quickly. If you want to be able to escape the busyness of seaside, yet access it super easily, this property is perfect!

The house is so nice and comfortable with plenty of space for a larger family or group. Our kids loved it and having the private pool to use when the beaches are over crowded is a huge perk. The short walk to amazing food options was probably the best part, location wise this is in the perfect area. Close enough to Sea Side to enjoy all the perks but far enough to avoid crowds and chaos when you want some peace. Additionally, Iva and Greg are also such great hosts. They were super responsive and went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. Will definitely book here again in the future.

We loved our stay at Iva’s place! The house was beautifully decorated and setup great for our family. The outdoor porches, patios, and pool were wonderful as well as the view from the tower. The location and proximity to Seaside and the beach are hard to beat!

Contemporary style with great amenities! Awesome house! Love the layout and extras. Few recommendations would be to have some grilling tools, and somehow fix lighting on multiple bedsides not to swing when fans are on high. Otherwise loved it!

This home is absolutely our favorite vacation rental ever! It has everything you need and so much more. The location is EXCEPTIONAL!It’s only a few streets away from all the action at the square in Seaside but very quiet and calm. Steps from the Tupelo gazebo and a very short walk to the beach. This property is especially great if you have teenagers as they can have freedom without going too far away from the house. There’s just SO much to do in every direction. Thank you Greg and Iva for being amazing hosts and for sharing your beautiful home with us. We will definitely rent this house again!

We feel so lucky to have found this property. It’s unassuming on the outside but gorgeous on the inside and was perfect for our group of 4. Our hosts were helpful with anything we needed and very responsive. Location is perfect - quiet street and minutes to beach access, town square, or Publix.
