ok - comfortable but lacking - kinda felt like a burden esp at breakfast time

location, very quiet

very outdated furniture, carpet, doors, windows etc. breakfast was very minimal and no juices - milk and water and coffee only

Comfy beds. Very spacious. Great price. Didn't have time for breakfast.

Left early. Before breakfast. No coffee was made. Above bed was just white spots where they repaired holes. Looked terrible.

Great Location - Good Value for the $

Value for the amount spent was very good. Location was where we wanted to be. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast was available and was good.

Property could be better maintained, missing pictures on the walls in one area of the room. Screws in the walls without pictures. We didn't have an ice bucket?

Good location, quiet, restaurants near by.

The suite layout with a separate bedroom worked out great for us. Also a sink in the bathroom and one outside of the bathroom allowed for two people to get ready at the same time. Great location to restaurants and the ball tournament we were attending. Beds were comfy, room was clean.

Breakfast started at 6, we had to leave by 6:30. Hot food was not out at 6, there was few options for grab n go and no juice, only coffee and tea in the drink area.

don’t waste your money on this one

burn holes and stains on the carpet. Very outdated room. bathtub was chipped. No mattress pad cover on bed.We changed Hotels after one night.We didn’t even bother to try the breakfast.

This place needs a major overhaul. Dirty carpets and old sofa and chair.

Location is good. Access to anything you need. Lots of restaurants, a movie theater, grocery stores. TV in living room and bedroom.

When you walk in there is a sheet hanging in the door behind the desk. No one at the desk, she was upstairs. Phone at front desk said dial 0. No bedding for sleeper sofa. Only 2 towels.

Relaxing and restful

Good coffee, waffles and bagels but only a insulated pitcher of milk for cereal and no juices. Good yogurt selection. Spacious room and clean. Hotel quiet and relaxing. Staff was very friendly.

No literature on the zoo and aquarium available but able to get info online. A helpful fellow customer helped us out with a restaurant recommendation the desk was unable to. They gave us a map and told us where things were but nothing to recommend.

Safe, quiet stay. TV options good. Plan on very small breakfast & wearing socks on carpet.

Breakfast options were very limited by the time we got down there. I did, however, like the waffle maker available. With Covid, I was not about to use the communicable milk jug. Maybe individual portions until the virus is under control.

Although our room, especially the beds seemed quite clean, the carpet was not. A huge stain in front of the door and several others throughout the room. Carpet should be thoroughly cleaned or replaced. We stayed there due to the proximity of the zoo but feel $129 for the room was steep.

Room and beds were comfortable. The location was close to the Zoo.

Customer service just Okay. The pull out couch had some cigarette burns in the cushions, and there was a cheerio inside. Carpet looked dirty, needs replacing.
