Our place is Close to everything Cleveland , restaurants, great views, nightlife, 10 minute from Cle-Hopkin Airport and all highways (I90, I480 and I71). The Comfy bed, the location, high ceilings, and all the amenities. Our place is good for couples, small families especially and business travelers. A welcome basket will be waiting for you on the kitchen counter upon check in. 24 hour access to our Gym. Private Outdoor Porch for relax with some morning Coffee. What a great location for my daughters wedding this summer. I grew all of the flowers at home (3 hours west of Cleveland) and had to transport and store them in the Unit. Sophia made sure I had all my needs met. The units were extremely clean and the unit is actually roomier than the photos show. My best friend was in the other unit in the building designing the bridal bouquet. It was like we had our own house. We stayed nearly a week. Only con was the laundry mat consumers were parking in our designated area which is not very spacious and we had to ask them to move their cars a few time so we could pull through the gate.

This was a great place to stay! It was beautiful inside, clean, check in simple, centrally located to everything. The best place I have stayed with VRBO or actually any of the rental places. The owners have done a fabulous job! Thank you for sharing your place with me and my family.

I love this property. The building is still a work in progress but the first floor lofts are great. They are a combination of what was the past and also the present use of the building. They have combined the school elements with what people like to have today. The lofts are big and comfortable. The bathroom are great and the addition of a balcony is a plus. The stairs are reasonable even for ‘seniors’ to navigate. I would definitely stay here again.

The loft was clean, stocked, and the check-in and check-out process was easy. I felt safe and secure. Really loved the decor and feel of the space.

When we arrived the loft was cute and very nicely decorated. Then we realized the room wasn't cleaned from the previous renters. We contacted the host and she sent a cleaning company right over to help correct the issue. The property host left a card and offered to return the rental cost for the mistake of the rental unit not getting cleaned. Sophia went out of her way to make our stay fantastic and she did! We will be back. Thank you Sophia for your swift actions to help remedy our stay!

Modern, spacious, clean, comfortable. Had everything we would want in a VRBO. We would absolutely stay again without hesitation. Only critical comment: The treadmill in the gym needs replacement. It didn’t feel safe to run on it.

Absolutely loved staying here. I came home to visit friends, but also wanted a space of my own, so I stayed at this location. The loft was so clean, check in was easy. I had a brief issue with my code for inside but it was handled immediately and there were no other issues. I loved my stay here and will happily book again.

I come down to the Cleveland clinic frequently as a patient and we stay here every time. Its clean and comfortable and convenient. Bed is super comfy, and its nice to have a kitchen to make our breakfast. We will continue to stay here when we visit as long as its available

We were in town visiting family for Thanksgiving. The rest of our group was staying at another rental nearby, but we wanted a place of our own. It is a very nice condo in a historic building and the furnishings were very nice and comfortable. The kitchen is small so not intended for cooking big meals, but for a quick weekend stay it was perfect. The gym was a great amenity, but some of the equipment is a little bit older. It was great to have a place to go and workout though because it was so cold outside. The manager was really accessible and responded to a couple messages quickly. If we are ever in the area again I would definitely consider booking this location again!

This was a great place to stay. Close to the highways. It’s was quiet and had private parking. Property host was attentive and very helpful walking me through everything about my stay. Would def stay here again in the future. Truly a hidden gem. Bonus if you like to cook it has a small kitchen with everything you need.

Perfect location for us — it was less than two miles from family in Fairview Park yet had a big city loft look and feel. The use of well-equipped gym was a great bonus—beautiful room, also with exposed brick and high ceilings. I personally loved the old wood floors everywhere —beautiful patina. King size bed was comfortable with the exception of the pillows—those proved to be too hard/stiff. Spacious and clean throughout with cozy nooks and private covered outdoor space facing sunrise. Will definitely stay again.

We were so impressed with the John Marshall loft apartment. We only stayed 1 night and wished we would have stayed longer! Everything seemed brand new and clean. The apartment had everything we needed for a short stay and would have suited a longer stay as well! The bed was super comfortable and we enjoyed the patio as well. Easy to find and park, easy access and communication and overall a very pleasant stay. The host even left out a welcome basket with water and snacks which we greatly appreciated! We would love to stay here again and can't recommend it enough! We felt safe in the building and surrounding area.

Every step of this stay was completely easy and understandable. The apartment was a trip back in a time machine for me. As an educator I imagined where the chalkboard was, and saw the students in 2-seater desks! Fell in love with the whole building actually! Why is that laundry mat there? I'll have to speak to the Historical Society about that!!! Loved the decor' of the apartment with all the little items taken care of. Hooks by shower for towels, things you may have forgotten, kleenex too!! It was an absolute delight to stay there.

We stayed here for a 3 day getaway. The size and quality was much more than I expected to be able to rent at this price. It is very well laid out and a cool space in an old building with a lot of exposed brick. The porch was a very nice place to have morning coffee and just relax. I highly recommend it and will stay there again.

This place was amazing! Clean, fun design, and convenient to everything we needed. The building itself has a ton of character and the brick walls and original wood floors added to the charm. It was comfortable, had plenty of room and a good place to come back to at the end of the day. Sophia was very accommodating and responded to any questions I had immediately. The check-in process was as smooth as could be. We look forward to staying here again!

Super cute little loft and clean as can be! Close to everything we wanted to do. It was a little hard to get an Uber/Taxi as GPS takes them to the other side of the building but just send a message and let them know. We had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. Would highly recommend!
