I really enjoyed the view. Spent more time out then inside.

Location was nice . Pool/Beach view was beautiful.

1 toilet paper , 2 towels for 2 people on a week stay. damages to all doors , outdated kitchen. Damaged safe. Issues wt A/C not cooling. No room cleaning at least sheet/towel/paper toilet replacement every-other day . Wrote about issues and was ignored.. no response until last day just to provide instructions to check out.

Muy bien para una experiencia en la que solo se llega a dormir y usar poco la habitación. El complejo es muy bonito.

La ubicación es excelente, el bus para enfrente y el personal del condominio era muy amable

Everything is pretty good the location is awesome. The place and the Beach is good for chilling. Pretty secure

I'd like the apartment had more contacts in the bedroom for phones, tablets, laptops, etc. I would also like the television to be a Smart TV

run away don’t stay here !!

struggling to find anything

check in process - gate insists on flat number - not given until just before check in at 4 - made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome wasn’t allowed access to facilities so with just 1 night stop over and being told can’t go in the pool etc - annoying and waste of holiday time place smelt awful. graffiti on the bed heads. blood stains on the wall. cockroaches having a party in the bathroom windy we were out. nothing ‘deluxe’ about it - word needs removing. ‘partial sea view’ joke - if you hang out of the front door. itchy sheets. gross place needs removing from bookable websites. seen beets dog kennels

It was a great last night in Mexico as we enjoyed a beautiful sunset and swimming on the beach!

I loved the beach and pool! Sunset was lovely swimming in the waves.

There are no restaurants in the area so hard to find dinner.

The hotel zone area, the beach front, the pool area, safe and secure, quiet, life guards, the loungers and pagodas. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioner was great.

most of the problems could have been resolved if a response was timely. The room was musty if the windows were closed. The room was next to the elevator so if the windows were open it wasn’t private and bugs got in as no screens in this room. The room only had one 3 prong electric plug and mist electric is outdated. The kitchen fan didn’t work properly and the bathroom fan was very noisy. The stove needs to be lit with a lighter. The kitchen window doesn’t lock so has to be secured with something like a broom handle. The door bottoms are tattered.

Location is very good, it is a beach front. Also the pool areas are very nice. 15 minutes to airport. Beach towels and hair- dryer are good to have. Conditioner worked well.

Unfortunately, the check in was stressful because we didn't have the internet connection and couldn't go to email to access important information like room number and code. Likely, their is a free WF inside the development. The shower light was broken, blinking, my husband has to switch it to the kitchen. The shower curtain is not long enough and water was spilled all around the floor - hazard The stove was unplugged, we had to move it to make it work. At night one can still hear the noise from road. Please leave a card with WF and password. However, with some improvements it can be a nice place to relax in Cancun.

the pool front beach and the beach right below the flats. the security that was friendly and helpful and basically almost the only staff there as the reception is not as support of the guests as those are private flats that people are renting out as any airbnb, the kitchen so you can cook and the pool and beach side where the only good points of this shambles residence.

I don't like that was not specified at all nowhere that this is a private residence where the owners rent out those old sloppy and broken flats to tourists, the lady never came to do check in, I took the key from a safe key box, the towels and bed sheets and stains and the lady said that someone could come only the day after, the towels were not enough, the whole place was really old and not maintained, the tv is out of service so basically is just part of the furniture, the shower since this one as well has not been maintained for ages it has only few holes where the water come from and u need to shower with sprays of water, the soap dispenser was never been hanged back from where it fell off, it just sits on the corridor of the flat, where you have the sink not even in the same toilet, then the hot tap of the sink is not working to save money they just closed it, all is a bit rusty, the curtains a bit stained and one in the kitchen came off once that I pulled it as it is not properly attached to the wall the base of it, all is really how they found it or bought it in the 90s and it really needs maintenance, the wifi the last day stopped working and the lady was not helpful at all, did not come to fix it and didn't send nobody to fix it, I had to go to the pool to use the wifi in the meantime of a tropical heavy rain, she has been one of the most unhelpful host and nobody on site to ask help to as they are not the landlords. There isn't any bar so if you want to go out in the evening u need to take a cab or bus and do 30min by bus, not the best if you do not have a car.

You kinda get what you pay for

On the safe Hotel Zone with a good pool and beach. Affordable condominium

Rooms were a little ran down. Only one roll of toilet paper provided, rest you had to buy yourself. I get it’s a condominium but a couple extra rolls wouldn’t have hurt anybody.

Location is good. Host is nice. Complex is clean. Easy access to the beach.

Wifi is constantly disconnecting from cellular network. Having to ask for towels / blankets. Window lock is broken. Door under the sink is falling off.

The room was not what we expected. Only one outlet. Wi-Fi did not work. Television only in Spanish. No knobs on kitchen cabinets so very difficult to open. Toilet plugged up even with using a plunger. Shower head fell off and almost hit my sister on the head. No blanket or bedspread on the bed only one thin sheet. Had to buy your own toilet paper . Had to pay for extra towels. Ants on countertop. Toaster that looked like it had been in the ocean. Partial view of the pool and a bit of the beach. No balcony. No maid service. Never once saw a real person of management. Did not want to refund money because said pictures were authentic on website. Lie lies. Not close to any place. I have photos. And this was the second room we stayed in . The first room we changed from because there was no table and chairs and we were going to be there for 14 days. So for $200 more we got that dump. They kept telling me through texts that they were not a hotel but a condo so that’s why they did not provide toilet paper towels or maid service. Well. The next place we stayed at was a condo and we got all of those services including a bedspread balcony everything. We were supposed to get %30 refund not sure we did but I am going to contact the bank to dispute the rest of the charges.

Not enough communication between guards and staff from condo owners or whoever is in charge. Confusion first night from guard mixed up paperwork. He wouldn’t let us get in to rooms. Seemed like almost no English. Difficult

Worst travel experience of my life. Will be asking for a full refundz

No breakfast

Terrible weak shower and there was no hot water. I had to have a cold shower. Soap dispenser was broken. Tv did not work. All plugs loose. No blanket. Exterior blinds jammed so noisy from street. Furniture from the 70’s. Totally drab terrible interior decoration. Dark and smelled damp.
