SLEEPS - Up to 11 people in 4 bedrooms; 3 King bedrooms, a bedroom with 2 twins & a trundle bed (2 twins) & a twin sleeper sofa in the living room
BATH - 3 baths; One shower has a walk-in shower & the other baths have a shower/tub combo
KITCHEN - Fully-equipped kitchen & a coffeebar with a Keurig
BREAKFAST - No breakfast; coffee & teas are provided

The West Peach Haus was perfect for our group.. Close to Main Street. Very walkable. There was a lot of room for the 7 of us. The house was clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Management was fast to answer our email about low gas for the grill, less than 15 minutes later we got a new tank, We appreciate that. We really enjoyed our stay, Would definitely return. Thanks!

Overall the house is nice. Very spacious, but there are a few recommendations I have: 1) please consider including shower mats for inside the showers as the shower floors are very slippery. I purchased some myself for my Mom's bathroom who was staying with us during this trip. 2) Fly swatter, there are numerous bugs this time of year (Spring) and with the house configuration we were going across rooms frequently. The bugs were coming inside easily. I purchased a fly swatter myself during the visit. 3)Include Kleenex, again during this time of year allergies could be an issue. I didn't want to waste toilet paper so I purchase some boxes of Kleenex for our visit.

Nice quiet place. Very clean. Negative. Don't say you have air hockey if you only have ping pong. Suggestion: Say no outside music after 10:00 rather than no music.

We had 8 adults, 2 children and a baby this year. The house was a perfect distance from downtown. We walked every day. It had everything that we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets and towels were as good as our own. It’s a nice street with plenty of parking. We would definitely stay again!

This house easily accommodated our large group visit to Fred. The house was clean and beds were comfy. The walk to amenities was quick and safe. The dead end street was quiet and peaceful.

Our group of 9 stayed at the West Peach Haus for the weekend. There was plenty room for all of us. The house is 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Two of the bedrooms are on one side of the house that houses the kitchen, dining and den. There is a laundry room off the kitchen. The other two bedrooms are across the huge deck and are completely separate from the main house. On this side of the house, one bedroom had a king sized bed and one contained 3 single beds. This worked out great for our group. The younger generation were on the side of the house connected to the garage. The location was excellent and walking distance to Main Street and actually to the HEB grocery store. I would recommend the house to large groups. It was clean and decorated nicely. We will rent again from GasteHaus Schmidt, they are very professional and deliver excellent service.

The house was beautiful and perfect for our girl's trip. There was plenty of room for everyone. The location was perfect and allowed us to walk to and from Main St. We will definitely stay there again.

The house was clean, had a GREAT kitchen, and deck area. We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit as well. Bed linens and mattresses were very comfortable. There were water bottles in the fridge, a basket of snacks, tea and coffee for the Keurig all waiting for us. Thumbs up! The only issues we had were figuring out the funky kitchen faucet, and figuring out why the oven kept beeping constantly (if you set anything on the cooktop when the oven is on, it beeps continuously). It would be helpful if the owners left some info on those things. Overall, 5 stars. :)

We enjoyed staying in this house. The house is well prepared for visitors. The location was convenient to things we wanted to enjoy. The only issue was we had 8 adults. It would have been nice if the forth bedroom had a larger bed. One of the twin beds is up against a door knob. Hard for an adult to sleep in. I know this room is probably for kids. The small bathroom was hard to use for 4 adults. Even with these issues it was a nice home to rent.

Very easy to reserve the property online. On arrival, digital lock provided easy access Inside, everything was clean and in proper order. We stayed two nights, and really enjoyed our stay. House is 3 blocks off of Main, and very convenient to the H‑E‑B store.
