The Old Coach House is a fabulous property for big groups to enjoy this beautiful area of North Devon.

Two electric ovens with induction hob and gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV, and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Games room. Logs for wood burner are available to buy locally. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and travel cot available. Off-road parking for three cars and an EV Charging Point - EV payable via Square Up App. Enclosed patio with picnic seating and a decking area with hot tub and seating. Hot tub is cleaned & refilled with hot water during every change over, ready to use when you arrive. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub within 0.3 miles. Note: No stag, hen, or similar parties. Note: The owners live next door to the property
