The WASHINGTON DUPLEX is a newly build duplex-type townhouse. While still under one roof, a connecting door separates the two sides of the house from each other. On one side of the house there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the other side, there are the remaining two bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

All bedrooms feature super comfortable king size beds and smart TVs, ready for you to relax and recharge in after a long adventure-filled day! Bedrooms #1 and #2 share a bathroom, while Bedroom #3 has an en suite bathroom and a walk-in closet. Bedrooms #4 and #5 also share a bathroom.
Each side of the house also has its own fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room.

Apart from the very spacious and comfortable bedrooms and interior layout of the home, you also have the entire patio and pool area to enjoy! Featuring a nice outdoor lounge area and pergola by the pool to kick back and relax, along with a BBQ grill for a cookout under the stars.

All in all, a great house for groups who want to spend time together as well as have their privacy. Perfect for two families or a group of friends.

Great overall experience staying at the property. Host was very flexible and let us check in early. Check in/out instructions were simple and easy to follow. Amenities made the stay so much more pleasant: private pool, outdoor recreational area, car parking, washer/ dryer, kitchen, etc. Property is conveniently located and is close to all the major attractions. Highly recommend renting a car though. Communication process with the host was easy, prompt and pleasant. Any questions we had were answered in full. We had three families, with three kids total, staying at the house and it was just a perfect location for us. We greatly appreciate the stay in beautiful Aruba and are looking forward to the next adventure.

Once you find the property you will not be disappointed. The place looks like the photo but even better. Bettina and her staff are better than amazing. They made sure to check in on us to make sure we were situated. The GPS won't work so once you pass Cheng's Market you want to look for Yami Yami, you will take a left there, than you will see a tan house on the left, make a left there(dirt road at that point) than your first right. If you go too far the dogs will alert you. Second house on the right. There you will enter your paradise. Sit back and enjoy it.

Property management /owner very accommodating and responsive. Property beautifully maintained, clean and secure. Pool was just the right size for a family with young children. I can not think of one thing we would have wanted differently. Would stay again.

This was my 40th bday girls trip with 6 ladies. The space was perfect for everyone. We utilized the pool, grilled, and cooked in both kitchens as well. The location is close to everything. I rented a vehicle so we could travel the whole island. The beds were very comfortable and shower as well. I will definitely stay here again when I go back to Aruba! Ensure you use the exact address the host provides in order to find the home. Dogs wonder outside the gate at times but wasn’t a huge issue for us.

Overall we had a great experience staying here. It was very tricky to find if you’re not familiar with the island. We got lost on our way from the airport because we were not able to download the directions and the gps doesn’t recognize the location. Thankfully we found a nice couple who took us to the house, otherwise we would have never found it on our own since it’s ducked off. The beds were nice and comfortable and the house was clean a maintained. We enjoyed our stay and the close proximity this house is to stores, restaurants and everything else you would need. Would definitely stay here again!

Property was new. Washer and dryer were older models and outside behind the house, but that is the only negative thing about this property. The house and pool are beautiful and well-maintained. The location is close to everything and in a safe, secluded area. I would stay here again.

My family of 5 consisting of my mother in law 60+, my wife, myself, daughter 15, and son 9 all stayed at this amazing property. It is conveniently located minutes from Eagle Beach and even closer to several grocery stores (Super Foods and Do It Center Shaba). The pool was so enjoyable. Perfect temp each day and lit up nice at night. The beds were very comfortable and the living space inside and out are very spacious. We were sad to leave this place to head to our resort accommodations where we had rented a timeshare because this place is fantastic and had everything we needed or could have wanted. We will definitely be back. We are grateful we got to enjoy this awesome place. A few things to note. It is tricky to find as the roads aren’t labeled really well with signage. So I recommend getting the lay of the land before you arrive to Aruba so you know where you’re going. Also there are woods near by and depending on if it’s windy or not there could be mosquitos. Nothing a can of mosquito spray and repellent candles can’t fix should you run into little to no wind or rainy weather.

The house is gorgeous! When you are attempting to locate it for the first time, it can be a little tricky to get to, but once you get over that hurdle, you are gonna love the house! The backyard and pool are perfect, and the communication with the owner is great as well!

We visited Aruba for a birthday girls trip, and this house was perfect!! House was clean, perfect location. There were 5 of us, we each had our own room. It’s about 5-7 minutes from Palm Beach, definitely recommend getting a rental car. We loved the food trucks that are in the area. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit! Book now! You will not be disappointed.

The house was hard to find, but the property manager responded immediately and met us where we were so that we could follow her to the house. The rest of the stay was amazing. I would give the home 10 stars if I could!
