The apartment was lovely and the location perfect for UCC as I was attending a graduation
I wasn't aware there was breakfast included, as it had a well equipped apartment. The gentleman in reception was excellent and so helpful
I have no complaints

I wouldn’t recommend for anyone except maybe students as that’s what it is a student flat.
Quite inside very noisy outside. Young man on reception was polite and helpful. Tea bags and milk left for guests.
Reception was in the other building, no one manning the one I was in and to be honest it was a little unnerving, I felt quite vulnerable as I appeared to be the only person in that building but next door seemed full. No cups, just the bare essentials for one, it was relatively clean but not up to standard with stains on the carpet and bedding. Having to drag all my things up and down three flights of stairs. The young man on reception kindly carried my suitcase up stairs on arrival. Having to phone the reception to get someone to come out to manually open the car park barrier more than once.

It was a great place to stay when we needed space to relax
Great very spacious apartment, very clean and comfortable and very well appointed with fully equipped kitchen. Free parking too. Very good value for money compared to cost of a hotel room in Cork.
Very little other than traffic noise from being on a main road. The bedroom was quiet at the back of the property.

Ensuite 15min(EUR17) drive, clean, 20min walk to city. Spacious Bedroom and living room
fantastic experience. it’s a 15min drive (EUR17) by taxi. there’s a 24 hour reception and you can drop your bag off if you arrive too early. the apartment is fully fitted (oven, stove, team making facilities, TV) but no washing machine/dryer. A bedroom, living room and kitchen means it can accommodate multiple ppl. Ensuite was clean and centrally located with a 15min walk to the city centre and 20 min drive to blarney castle

A great place to stay at in Cork - friendly, comfortable and stylish.
Beautiful ground floor apartment in a renovated old house - looked very fresh and stylishly done while retaining the original features including 2 wonderful old decorative fireplaces. Spacious, comfortable and well equipped, great location (opposite University parkland and with a public park/river behind with a museum) Easy walking distance into the city centre and with shops etc close by.
Unfortunately the guests in the apartment above were noisy - the uncovered hard floors conducted their constant heavy footsteps and their frequent use of the wheeled desk chair across the floor... Our suggestions to management was a rug and static desk chair to reduce noise from above if people are inconsiderate like that... The outer front door wasn't always closed by other guests which was cold, noisy and a security risk, but our apartment had a good lock. The bedroom (at the front of the apartment) was very warm even with the radiator off but opening the window was noisy from the busy road and something we felt uncomfortable with on ground-level) A fan would be a welcome addition especially in better weather.

Very good
Very clean and well kept. Lovely big windows.
Windows were open so the room was very cold. Pillows were thin and not very comfortable.
