OCEANFRONT ON THE PROMENADE – NEW LISTING! Lovely updated condominium the 4th floor, with expansive ocean views! Balcony overlooking the famous Promenade and with just steps to the beach path, this condominium is perfect for a beach getaway. Lovely kitchen and bath updates, beach themes, flat screen TV, WiFi, and balcony with outdoor chairs to enjoy the amazing ocean and beach views!! Sunsets are amazing from here. Kitchen is fully appointed and includes dishwasher. Plenty of dishware and cookware, and coffee pot. The master bedroom has a King bed. Living room has a Queen Murphy bed (wall bed that pulls down in living room for extra sleeping) and a full size sleeper sofa. Restaurants and shopping are 2 short blocks north, and of course the beach; just steps straight ahead. Outdoor furniture for your enjoyment on the balcony to watch the beautiful sunsets. Washer and dryer on site available for guest use on the ground floor. Elevator is on site. Parking for 2 vehicles. Walking distance to just about anywhere in town. No pets.

Very central location to shops and beach. Easy walk to Broadway street where all the shops are and the beach is easily accessed out the front of the condo. Best shell/sandollar beach! Condo was good place to stay, however, bedding really needs updating; a couple of small holes in sheets. The sink in the bathroom next to bedroom does not drain well and management /owner needs to adress this issue. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. Management is very friendly and easy to work with.

Great condo with beautiful view!! The condo had everything we needed and it’s conveniently located close to restaurants, shops, beach and an aquarium. Morning and evening walks were sooooo enjoyable. Very clean! And it felt safe! Thank you so much for letting us stay at your beautiful condo!

We loved the view, and the location was great for access to the beach, restaurants and hwy 101. The linens, bed pillows, and towels were stained, and the bed and furniture was uncomfortable but otherwise we had everything we needed for our stay. For the price, and the view, it was worth it

Everything was provided for our 10 day stay. The only big item we brought was our Keurig as there was just a regular coffee maker. Right on the beach and absolutely beautiful views. We will most definitely book again!!!

My family and I absolutely loved this beach front condo. The view of the ocean from the balcony is the best I’ve stayed in on the coast. The private parking and having the luxury of downtown within a few blocks made this place 5 stars for sure. The King size bed was comfortable in the master and the fold down bed was so neat and surprisingly comfortable as well. It was very quiet, and the neighbors were very kind. Elevator was super convenient as most places don’t have that feature. My only recommendation would be from past stays in other condos was to leave non parish able items inside the kitchen for the next guest to use if they’re comfortable. I ended up leaving a lot of kitchen items I had to purchase for meals and I’m sure they were thrown away. I understand if it’s a safety protocol. Just a a suggestion. Otherwise I’ll definitely book this place again. It was absolutely perfect and we loved it!!

The condo was clean and included a well-equipped kitchen. It's right on the prom and is on the fourth floor. The view from the living room and balcony right off of that room was spectacular! We loved the short walk to the beach, very short walk to the promenade, and close proximity to the heart of Seaside. Our only frustration was with the TV - we had a hard time navigating to Movie sources.

The good things were the location was awesome, view was great and the kitchen well stocked. It was also nice having 2 bathrooms. The bad, the pillows were terribly flat! Never seen pillows that flat before. Also when we got there until dark there was someone cutting the hedges with a gas trimmer, they even came back Saturday at 9 and continued again until dark. We reached out to property manager and they didn't reach out for over 6 hours about it. It was so loud we couldn't enjoy the deck even though the weather was great! We actually had to leave for a while because it was so loud!

If you get to Seaside, you MUST find a place that's on "The Prom". This town is full of history and its beautiful shore is stunning. This property is located just a few steps from Broadway, Seaside's classic shopping and eating street. The Pluses for this property are - Convenient Location, Easy Parking, TWO Bathrooms, Beds for up to Six.(One is a very comfy Murphy bed), Great Ocean Views and Cleanliness. Minuses are Limited Kitchen Utensils and Very Uncomfortable Furniture. This latter factor is enough for us not to return. Overall, value for the price is just so-so.

Stayed with family of 6 and there was plenty of room with the bedroom, Murphy bed and sofa bed. It was very nice to have 2 bathrooms. The view was gorgeous, just want you want for a beach vacation. Great location on the Prom to walk to plenty of shops and restaurants. We loved our stay and if we come back we would stay here again.

IF you want to sit in a comfortable chair and stare out at the ocean straight in front of you, this isn't it. Do you want views or location? Do you want comfortable furniture to look out at the ocean, sand, beach, skies, clouds, sun right in front of you? We try to stay in a different Oregon sea coast time every time we come to the state. Most places have furniture, say a couch, a recliner, that look out towards the ocean. This place has four straight back, no arms on the chairs, in the living room. The sofa faces a wall and by turning your head 90 degrees, you can see the ocean. The owners don't need to change their furniture. Future guests need to know about the layout. The fourth floor is nice for views. The location is great for ease of getting onto the Prom and all those restaurants and shops about two blocks away. 1. Clean. 2) No coffee or anything extra except salt and pepper. Three coffee filters. 3) Carpeting, furniture show signs of wear. 4) Not a lot of closet space. 5) Kitchen - adequately supplied with pots, serving, We won't stay in this exact location and will be more careful about our choices now that we realized what we really like.

The location says a lot and Seaside Beach Club has it. You have fantastic view of the ocean and people walking along the Prom, We happen to be there during a perfect time for digging razor clams and it was fun watching all the people enjoying themselves doing it. We definitely will be back again.

Great place! Very nicely decorated with beach decor. Room had great black out curtain which I appreciated with a toddler. Only a minute walk to the Broadway street. So we only used our car to go to the grocery store. Would book again. :)

Wonderful location on the Prom, right near the center of the action. Nice refreshed kitchen but everything else is pretty tired and needs replacing. This is most likely reflected in the price but we just booked what was available so I can't speak to that. Overall happy with the spot.

Great views and right on the prom. Kitchen is well furnished and well stocked. TV and WiFi are good plus points. It would be nice to have a hair dryer and some coat hangers in the closet.
