This is a UNIQUE 1 bedroom apartment with full kitchen at Divi Phoenix Resort in Aruba.
The apartment is at the end of the tower closest to the beach, with an incredible ocean view from its 2 balconies!!! You see the ocean while laying in bed!
Wake up every morning and enjoy your coffee having the best view in the world!
The resort is beachfront and this apartment is the best the hotel has to offer.
Divi Phoenix is located at the end of the famous High-Rise hotel strip (Palm Beach is rated one of the World's top beaches).
The apartment will comfortably sleep 4 adult guests or a family of 2 adults and 2 children, as there is a sofa-bed in the living area and the apartment has 2 full bathrooms. A pack 'n play can be arranged as well.
The apartment is fully airconditioned, has WiFi, TV in the living area and in the bedroom, hot water in both bathrooms, so it really has all comforts you need to wind down after a day in the hot sun.
Furthermore the kitchen is fully equipped with anything you need to cook meals in your room, so you can save a bundle. Don't feel like cooking? Roomservice is available, or walk down to one of the resorts great restaurants, or walk down the strip and follow your nose towards many great restaurants at the Palm Beach strip.
Watersports, activities, car rental, anything can be arranged in the lobby of the hotel or at the watersport huts located at the beach.
Another great addition to the value of this apartment is that it has a washer/dryer combo in the room, so you can pack light.
We will make sure the room has some cooking basics, condiments, coffee, tea, washing powder, and the hotel will provide shampoo, soap, toilet paper, garbage bags, towels and clean sheets.
One housekeeping visit will be included during your week stay, but you are free to book more housekeeping at the front desk and pay this directly to the hotel (USD 35 per session).
NOTE: local taxes of the hotel have to be paid at check in and are NOT included on VRBO.

Beautiful condo with amazing views!!! Weather in Aruba is absolutely perfect. Amazing restaurants!! The staff at Divi Phoenix are amazing - warm, welcoming, fun, helpful and go above and beyond!! Our only complaint would be the renovations going on to the building adjacent to ours. We were not aware this would be going on. It could not be heard from our unit but while at the main pool - lots of jack hammering during the day. Other than that, a perfect vacation!! Highly recommend!

What’s better than having a balcony almost hanging over the Caribbean Sea? How about two balconies. Having two bathrooms was also great, one for each of us. Best accommodations we have had as a couple in our 8 trips to Aruba over the years. Well equipped kitchen, not that we cook much on vacation but to have a full size refrigerator, coffee maker and toaster was perfect. The bed and furniture are all comfortable. And to have a washer/dryer unit in the condo was a huge bonus with soap(s) for everything provided. The beach was ok and the pool is a little dated but acceptable. Palapas and beach chairs are also included but get snatched up early. So get out there for your morning walk and reserve your spot. There is a bus stop in front of the resort for inexpensive transportation or taxis are short money to restaurants (it’s not that big of an island) . Renting a car and driving in Aruba is easy to visit other beaches and sites. Baby beach, Arashi beach and Eagle are all must visits. Love Aruba and this Condo. It was our favorite stay yet.

This was our favorite stay in Aruba. Communication prior to arrival and questions during our stay were answered quickly. Check in was a breeze. Staff at Divi made our time there feel like home. The condo was clean and well stocked with all the essentials. Bed was comfortable. We like the Palm Beach area because we can walk to town to eat at restaurants or shop. We enjoyed our walks every morning on the boardwalk along the beach. Views from the balconies are stunning. We plan to return next year!

Granted we didn’t spend much time in the room being out and about, it was beautiful. The views were breathtaking. The location was great. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean, kitchen stocked with plenty of equipment. Lovely place to stay for a family of four.

We enjoyed my 60th birthday with our adult kids here. Loved how it was walking to two beaches. We just walked to snorkel at Lawai Beach. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen has everything you could possibly need, and the furnishings are beautiful and comfortable. We will be back for sure!

As usual Aruba did not disappoint. The apartment was exactly as described. The views are amazing. This is our fifth trip and we usually stay at hotels. This was a very nice change. We will definitely be back!

Stayed for 10 days with my wife. Clean, well stocked, great property amenities (pool, beach, spa, food was okay), and walkable location (half mile to stores and restaurants). Had a car so explored the island which was good since the properties beachfront palapas were "reserved" very early every day. Overall, great stay - thanks - Steven

The hotel has everything you need and is a 10 min walk to town where you will find amazing restaurants and nightlife.
The is no issue getting palapas with chairs even if you go down to the beach late. Service is fast and friendly at the bar and restaurant.
We will come back again.

The apartment was just gorgeous- with two balconies for watching the sunset or sunrise or to watch people. The location was excellent- plenty of onsite food choices ( where we ate the majority of the time)- plus we cooked a meal or two in our kitchen. The apartment was lovely and the two full bathrooms were spacious and lovely. We walked to the restaurant area in Palm Beach to have meals on occasion and to shop. You do not need a car if you are planning to stay in the area. The resort staff was wonderful, and so was the property management team. I had a question before arriving concerning a pharmacy close by and had a an answer within minutes- wow! The beaches are terrific, the resort had so many activities for the entire family, and a spacious apartment for us to relax. We are already looking at dates to book this apartment again!

We had been to the Divi Phoenix before but this was the best room we stayed in. Everything is as advertised which is a comfort when traveling outside the country. The check in process was easy and the concierge and front desk was very helpful. The island is safe, the people are friendly and it is real easy to get around the area using taxis. We would 100% recommend this property for a trip to Aruba.

This was our first trip to Aruba, and the Island, The Divi Phoenix, and the condo were all great. The Divi is a beautifully maintained resort with multiple pools, a great beach, and two restaurants; we ate at both restaurants more than once. The staff from check in, to the servers, to the bartenders, to housekeeping/maintenance were all extremely pleasant and helpful. The condo itself has the most amazing views, with two balconies that were great where we spent mornings having coffee on the one balcony, and the late afternoons having drinks on the other. Just be sure to get up early if you want a palapa. Unfortunately, even in Aruba, tourists can be a bit selfish, claiming palapas at 7:00AM and then not using them till around noon. Hopefully we will be back sometime in the near future. Thank the Marin team.

The owners were a pleasure to deal with. Very organized, and they provided every bit of info you could want. It made this process almost effortless. They included additional info wrt entering and leaving Aruba as well as attractions and transportation options.
The unit was clean, well furnished and they even include some niceties like chairs, beach toys, coffee, some laundry detergent etc.
It is by far one of the best units in the facility as it faces directly toward the ocean without any view obstructions.
All in all a great experience and when we return, our first choice will be to book with them again. Great job! Thank you.

Relaxing get-away with a view!
We wanted a waterfront property with a sunset view, and we got exactly that. Great, unobstructed view of the sunset, facilities were quiet, relatively close to both high/low rise districts - we rented a car, parking was at resort was easy. The apartment had just about everything you needed (I could have used an extra, portable fan). Bed was comfortable, apt was roomy, pool was perfect temp, both balconies were well-used by us. We did not eat at the resort, only because there are so many options locally. This was our 2nd time to Aruba, 1st time renting at a resort, and we would definitely rent this again!

The property was wonderful with many amenities and very nice clientele. Food at Pure Beach Bar was just ok but fine for our quick trip. There was a tiny bit of confusion at check-in at the front desk but cleared up very quickly. Excellent and quick communication with the property management via WhatsApp. Overall, a 5-star stay. Would highly recommend and hope to be back soon!
