About this villa rental
This beautiful, newly built, modern ocean view villa is located in the highly prestigious area of Palm Beach. It is only a few minutes walk to the beach, restaurants, The Ritz Carlton, the Marriott hotel and the Fisherman’s Hut. This is a well-known beach for windsurfers and kite surfers in Palm Beach. Close to Eagle Beach, Malmok Beach, Bubali Bird Sanctuary, the Butterfly Farm, the California Lighthouse, and other area attractions.

Upon entering the house, you will find a very spacious, and open, living room. Writing desk if needed and brand new leather furniture looking on to a big screen Television. The house boasts 4 large bedrooms, each with its own beautiful ensuite and KING SIZED BEDS. The kitchen is fabulously designed with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a very unique indoor/outdoor kitchen. Simply open the bi-folding glass window and serve directly out onto the granite breakfast bar... giving you that outdoor atmosphere. We have also supplied, for your convenience, an outdoor beer/cold drink fridge just outside the large glass patio door leading from the house to the covered terrace out by the pool.
The yard is very spacious and has a GRAND swimming pool with a beautiful fountain and under water sitting bench with 4 jets so you can relax and enjoy the view. There is an outdoor shower so you can rinse off before or after the pool...and great for you divers to rinse off your gear after a fantastic day of blowing bubbles. You will also find an outside (shaded) bar area with 8 bar stools and a Weber BBQ to make those nights when you stay in enjoyable. For those days at the beach there are TOMMY BAHAMA beach chairs, beach towels and coolers provided so you can kick back in the beautiful sand and surf while enjoying a cold one and some snacks in comfort
One of the other highlights of this house is the incredible ocean view upper deck boasting glass railing and hand crafted chairs from a local carpenter where you can enjoy a glass of wine while letting your mind escape and viewing the ocean and watching the most sought out sunset in the Caribbean.

This house is beautiful and has everything you need for your stay! It was perfect for our family. My husband and I and our 3 adult children and their boyfriends/ girlfriend had more than enough room. The kitchen has everything you need. We really enjoyed playing Corn hole and hook outdoors at night after our nights out. Mark was awesome, super responsive and very helpful whenever i had questions and or asked for recommendations. Izaira was a pleasure to work with very helpful As well. We’ll definitely be back and Will absolutely stay here again. Thank you Mark for letting us rent your beautiful home!

This villa was perfect for my family of 6. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom with air conditioning through-out! The pool was amazing! Lots of space to spread out and/or entertain. The villa was well equipped (beach chairs, umbrellas, linens, towels, snorkeling gear, sunscreen, and many other considerate items). Mark was amazing to work with and very engaging and helpful through out our stay! The villa is convenient to Palm Beach (walking distance). Renting a car is recommended to be able to go to the grocery store, visit other beaches, and explore the island. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property!

Literally everything about Mark's house is truly amazing. The rooms are immaculate and spacious, the kitchen had everything you need and more, there are TV's everywhere, even outside, and anything you need for the beach is there - chairs, sunscreen, snorkels, and cooler boxes. The pool is the icing on the cake though, it truly was heavenly to get back from the beach and jump into the water - there's many different places to sit, and ALWAYS some shade to cool off in, which is very much needed! The cornhole boards were a massive hit with my family, we played every afternoon! Overall, I don't believe you will find a better house or pool in the whole of Aruba!! We also had our own Iguana who visited us many times, it was so cool to meet him. We had such a fantastic time, and will no doubt be back. Mark was always very responsive and answered all of my questions promptly which was very much appreciated ;-) Thanks Mark!

This house was perfect. The pool was great, we used it every night after the beach. The bedrooms are spacious. Plenty of common room to hang out with a great kitchen...
The location could not be beat. Close to everything. 2 minutes drive max to anywhere you want to go.
Mark the owner was awesome to work with and provides a ton of stuff for you to use.
I typically rent a property twice a year. This property exceeded every expectation I had. When your kids (admittedly a bit spoiled) say this house is amazing you know it is a win. One of the girls teared up when she was leaving because she loved the property so much.
Mark, If I could give you 10 stars I would. Well done with everything. We will see you again soon.
PS that restroom outside for the pool is a solid design choice.

This amazing house was everything we could have asked for and more. Every room had its own full bathroom and the kitchen was perfect too. My husband loves to cook so this was a big deal for us. We will definitely be back.

We had the best time at Bakval 4. The owner and property manager were excellent communicators from beginning to end. The house was in a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool. We rented a car and explored the island! The Oak Restaurant is in walking distance and dinner was amazing. The house was perfect!

We had an amazing time at this property. Mark’s description of his property is spot on. He does an amazing job keeping in contact with you and making sure your needs are met. Pool, outdoor area, and eagles nest were where we spent 90% of our time. Very close to beaches, grocery store, and restaurants.

This 4 bedroom home was perfect for 4 couples traveling together. The outdoor space is amazing as is the inside. The owner has thought of everything you could need for the beach, for cooking, for the pool. The owner is very very responsive and answers all questions for 1st timers to Aruba. We would stay here again. Steongly recommend.

Our group of 3 couples had a fabulous stay at this very well-appointed home in Noord, Aruba. Communication with the owner and property manager were great from the moment we rented. The house is very spacious with four en-suite bedrooms and lots of outdoor seating. We enjoyed sitting by and playing in the pool, playing cornhole, and sitting up on the deck. The beach and tons of restaurants and shops are only a short drive away. Our favorite restaurant, “The Oak”, was only about a two block walk from the house. We liked it so much, we went there twice! Our group has traveled all over the world and we highly recommend this rental!

Perfect location and perfect home. Fully equipped with everything you could ever think of needing while on vacation. Mark the host and Izaira the property manager were amazing; communication was top notch. It was the ideal home for our family of 6. Absolutely loved everything and it made our first-time visit to Aruba perfect. Safe to say that we will be back! Thank you for making our vacation memorable.

Great home! No complaints. Clean and spacious home with 4 King bedrooms each with en-suite bath. We loved the outdoor space with beautiful pool, plenty of loungers, shade and tables for outdoor dining. Washer and dryer were super helpful. Plenty of coolers and beach chair to take to nearby beaches. Great location just a couple minutes drive to shops, bars, grocery, restaurants. Well equipped kitchen. Owner and property manager very communicative and helpful. Don’t hesitate, just book it. You won’t be disappointed. We will be back!

We had a family group of 8. The house was perfect for us. The indoor/outdoor space gave us plenty of room. All the bedrooms have their own bathrooms, which is a must when traveling in a group this size. The location is great ! No worries about bringing coolers, beach chairs/towels or snorkel equipment, they are readily available in the house. The upper deck has great views. I would recommend making a reservation at the OAK. It is one of the best restaurants on the island and it is a stones throw away from the house. When we plan our next family vacation, we will definitely stay here.

Sometimes what you see is not what you get. Not the case with Bakval 4! What you see is EXACTLY what you get, if not more. Everything about the house and property is spot on. Mark is a wonderful host, and property manager Izaita is so easy and responsive to work with. If we could give this property a 10*, we would!!

The house was great with the exception of 2 exterior rear doors that didn’t lock. We were told by the property manager that new doors have been ordered so that should be resolved soon. The only other suggestion I would have is to supply two sets of bath towels and wash cloths for each guest. We ended up running the washer and dryer more than needed as our family took showers at different times of the day so it was inconvenient to do 3-4 towels at a time. The host was great with communication and was available at request. The house was in a great location and had a beautiful outdoor space. The property manager provided an extra beach towel for my daughter that joined us a few days after our arrival.

This property is just as described and more. The house is bright, spacious, and our family of 7 found it very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a wine fridge and Ninja Professional Blender, great for smoothies and Pina Coladas. The pool area has lots of seating, including a covered outdoor dining area. Parking is right on the property. The host, Mark, was very responsive and helpful answering our questions and giving recommendations. Property manager, Izaira, was very friendly and helpful. She met us at the property, gave us a tour and answered any questions we had. Our time in beautiful Aruba was made extra special by staying at this property.

This was a perfect home for us. Four master bedrooms with ensuites really provided us the privacy that all couples wanted. We had 6 adults and a toddler with us and the living room provided enough room for us to all relax comfortably while the toddler still had plenty of room to play. Dining room comfortably had room for 8 and the kitchen had absolutely everything that we needed for the week we were there. The outside space was incredible. Multiple lounge/seating options for all and provided the ability to enjoy the outdoor space in or out of the sun. It was great to have the laundry room and half bath outside as it prevented anyone from having to go through the home wet and we could easily throw our wet towels right into the dryer. We were also all impressed with how well the air conditioners worked in the living room and all bedrooms. The location of the home was fantastic. You definitely need a car, but it was very easy to get around from here. We did walk to beach every morning for a run and some early morning shelling and the walk was only 5-6 minutes. The owner, Mark was very responsive both prior to and during our stay. When we go back to Aruba, I will be looking to book here again!

Had a wonderful stay in Aruba at Mark’s property! He was great to work with and very responsive. Great location, rented a car which was great to be able to run to grocery store for food and drinks, and even cooked on the grill a couple nights for dinner. Having the pool was amazing for morning and evening swims and the rooftop deck was so relaxing with great views! Loved all the beach bars and restaurants that were close to the property. We also took a UTV tour, played golf, visited the lighthouse, got a spa massage and even did a beach yoga session! It was the trip of the lifetime!!

We had an amazing time. Mark, the host, was fantastic from the very beginning. He responded very quickly to my questions. Most of my friends stayed at the Marriott, so I had a lot of questions about renting a house and driving around on the island. Mark answered so so many questions that were not related to the property, but more to vacationing in Aruba.
The house is beautiful. 4 large bedrooms with king beds and private bath for each room. Beautiful lightening system. We enjoyed the pool more than we thought we would. I counted many chairs for eating around the pool deck. The upstairs outside deck was perfect for relaxing after a morning at the beach. A nice combination of shade (chickee) and sun around the pool.
Location of the house was perfect. About 5 min drive to the Marriott and Moomba beach (parking places). So easy to get to Arashi and Eagle beaches - more space and less hectic than Palm beach. Supermarket was less than 10 minutes away.
Izaira, the property manager, was amazing as well - friendly, knowledgeable, very available. I needed help with a minor fixing which could have waited till the next morning. But she came the same night to help.
Looking forward to staying at Bakval 4 in the future. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Great house every room has its own bathroom. Great indoor outdoor space , it was amazing to sit outside. We love Aruba for its safety and beautiful beaches. We always Rent-A-Car and go around the whole island. This was a great house to come home to every night grill food and hang out after long beach day dip in the pool ! One of the bedrooms access is from outside near the pool, didn’t matter to us. The property was super clean and was very easy to talk to the property manager and owner. If you need anything, they’re right, there would go again And the super food grocery store is amazing! Also used Aruba‘s baby rental service, for everything we need thank you

What a beautiful, charming house just steps outside of the Palm Beach conveniences, restaurants, bars, beaches, and activities! The house fit our party of seven perfectly. It was exceptionally clean, plenty of areas around the pool to hide from the sun and had a great window in the kitchen that we could open up when we decided to do a house pool day to bring the inside of the home to the outside pool area. The neighbors were quiet & friendly. Walking distance to Oak Restaurant (amazing!) Above all, the ownership and management of the property was what made our trip - exceptionally easy to work with communicated well and efficiently, and the property is just as advertised. This was our second time in Aruba the first time we stayed at a resort in this time rented a home for a week and jeeps to tour the island. Both are great, as Aruba is great, but if you’re traveling with another family or children, I would personally highly recommend renting a home. This one was perfect for us!

We loved our stay. The house was clean and everyone enjoyed having their own bedroom, bathroom, and smart tv. We rented a Jeep and it was very easy to get around the island. The property manager was welcoming when we arrived and was quick to respond if we had a question.

The girls and I would like to thank Mark, Iziara and Sue for a great stay. Communication before, during and after our stay has been exceptional. The house and property beyond met our expectations. The house was clean and well stocked with the essentials. The beach chairs, towels and coolers were in fabulous condition. The location of the property is perfect. We walked to Palm beach a few times and driving to the other beaches and supermarket was very simple. Thank you for helping to make our girl's trip everything we needed. Definitely recommend this house and hope to use it again very soon.

Mark is a terrific owner. He purchased this home after our initial booking and the swap over was seamless. Mark responds immediately to any questions and has great recommendations. He's put a lot of attention into upgrades and just had new palapas installed to provide much needed shade for the pool and deck. The home was spotless and tastefully decorated. The pool, patio and deck are fantastic and allowed us to relax in the evenings after full days at the beautiful beaches and excursions. Izaira the manager popped over with brand new beach chairs for us and helped us with some rental car issues. The home is just moments from the Ritz & Marriott and conveniently located to our favorite Arashi beach. We preferred Eagle beach over Palm beach and it was also a quick ride away. It was a week of Paradise for our family of 5 adults. It's also a 2 minute walk from Oak Restaurant which was fantastic-book early!!

Loved the house and the location. There was plenty of room for all 6 of us and we were within walking distance of the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed/wanted and lots of extras. Outside area was great - we loved this house.

This house is amazing pictures doesn’t do justice to the property manager and Owner are amazing and get back to you quickly I highly recommend this home !!! It’s close to everything I’ll surely be booking again
