This unit was spectacular. The balcony and view were amazing. The beach was close. The resort pools were great. My only very small complaints were: (1) linens on the pull out were not changed between guests (I'm guessing the cleaning crew did not know that the prior guests had used it), and (2) the on site restaurant is outdoors and a little bit limited in selection (it looks like maybe the resort is building a new restaurant currently). Neither of these issues were significant enough for me to lower the review to 4 stars because everything else was awesome and I feel we got a really good value.

We had a great time staying here and really appreciated the fact that the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and plates. We loved that there was beach equipment (especially the wagon) that was available for use, and the extra filtered water as well. Thank you Anne for a great stay!

Fully stocked with everything we needed. WiFi was excellent (thats rare). Most responsive owners I have ever enountered at Bella Sirena. Its evident they really care. Thats refreshing.

The resort was Brocken; pools weree under contruction!
Jacuzzi was COLD! We had to beg for them to warm it up andf it too 5 days to get them to do it!
The host made promisses daily about the property; NEVER CAME THROUGH!
Host promissed compensation for our bad experience; NEVER CAME THROUGH!
Host sent us a text by mistake calling us CRAZY PEOPLE!
I gave the host a chance to remidiate all situation; Host become NONE responsive!
If you already choose this area for vacation, I am sure you will find much nicer homes to stay at!

What a beautiful condo and incredible time we had for our very first stay in Puerto Penasco. Not only was the host beyond helpful with ideas for us for our first stay, but she was helpful in answering any questions we had about the condo and was very friendly in getting to know us a bit better. The unit was just as advertised, very clean, great layout for our family of 4 and had all the amenities we needed, including beach stuff which we completely forgot. The beds were extremely comfortable and the entire resort was spectacular from the pools, to the food/bar and beyond. We can't wait to get back and explore more Penasco has to offer and couldn't have found a better place to stay for our first visit. You won't be disappointed with Bella Sirena and this condo!

What a great place for a weekend get away girls trip at Bella Sirena. The home was absolutely beautiful! It was spacious with beautiful decor touches through out. The ocean view from the balcony was breath- taking. It was a short walk to the sandy beach. The wagon, chairs and umbrellas provided by Anne came in very handy for a day at the beach. It was truly home-away-from home and was equipped with everything you need. It even had a water dispenser! The facility was also very beautiful with multiple pools and jacuzzis through out. The swim bar had great food and the staff was friendly and attentive. Overall a wonderful experience. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Anne!

Anne is a great host. She was fast to answer and very helpful. The condo and resort were awesome! She had everything in the condo that we needed for the beach. She even has a little wagon to take everything so we didn’t have to carry anything to the beach. We will definitely be staying there again!

The condo was amazing—tidy, clean, and all amenities were in there already. It was very easy to settle in and felt like home because there was everything we could ever need. The resort is beautiful and well worth it. Really appreciated the included beach chairs/umbrellas as well!

Where do I begin… First, the host was so attentive every step of the way.. We are a family of 5 that just moved to AZ from Chicago and everything is new to us! The hosts answered all our questions, big and small. Second, the resort and condo are beautiful. We are used to going to Puerto Vallarta for vacation so this was very different yet still felt like we were in Mexico. The accommodations in the condo were so well thought out. We lacked for nothing. I would recommend this to anyone!

We were delighted the minute we opened the arched doorway to this beautiful gem overlooking the ocean. It was spacious, bright and furnished with upscale, interesting and comfortable furniture and had all sorts of artwork and decor that was tastefully done. The kitchen was a beauty with every thing you could possibly need, including a Keurig and regular coffeemaker. The dining room was a standout with a large dining table and chandelier. The bed was super comfy. Sheets and towels all very soft. The baths were clean and attractive. The balcony was furnished with high end chairs, tables and chaise lounges. Overall, we loved this place. The entire home is so esthetically pleasing. We have travelled the world and this condo and resort stand out as one of our favorites. We hope to come back when the weather is warmer.

We enjoyed breakfast and coffee every morning in the patio Rockers. Finished the day with Sunsets and a glass of wine. The view if the grounds is peaceful and yet not isolated. Furnished with style and thought. We will be back!

We have been coming down to rocky point for years now and this condo is top notch. Anne was a fantastic to work with. The check in process was breeze. The pool over looking the ocean was perfectly situated as this past weekend was very windy and the ocean was not calm. But we didn’t skip a beat with the infinity edge pool. The fitness center is one of the best in town. The location of the condo makes it very easy to get to the main pool that had wonderful live entertainment. Definitely would stay at this property again!

Our stay was amazing, condo is much better than the pictures, and in a wonderful location at the resort. The property manager responds quicker than any I have ever used. The beds are so comfortable!

Beautiful home
I stayed here with my friends for a bachelorette party. My friend (the bachelorette) was SO pleased with the space. The home is spacious and well decorated, and exceptionally clean.

My family of 4 stayed for 4 days/3 nights. Overall it was good. It's a large space, with a large patio/deck. Nice furniture, and great view!
The check in process was lengthy. We had to wait over 20 minutes in line (the very hot line) at the office to fill out paperwork, get bracelets and a parking pass.
We walked into the condo and we were immediately hit with the smell of cooked eggs. My guess is the previous tenants had just cooked eggs? I don't know. We opened the two adjacent doors in attempt to air it out, but the smell was there for 2 of the 4 days we occupied the condo. We got off to a bad start with that and the check in process.
The condo was picked up, but not clean. The toilets were clean, and the bed sheets but the floors, countertop and rugs were not. The swans crafted out of the towels were a nice touch. The kids thought that was cool.
Our son found a giant cockroach in the bathroom, which my husband promptly removed. Thankfully it was the last day of our stay, so I didn't have to think on it much.
We were only left 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people, for 4 days. By the last day we were using paper towels.
The music from the Swim Bar is loud and plays all weekend. Thankfully we weren't there much, but if you want to relax and listen to the sound of the sea, you won't have that experience Friday-Sunday. It's definitely a party spot.
It was nice that beach chairs and beach towels were provided! We made use of those, as we spent the entire vacation at the beach.
