About this house rental

Lovely, newly remodeled, home just a short 20 minute walk from downtown! This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with a hot tub and private fenced back yard will surely melt all of your worries away. All bedrooms have a king bed and we have a roll a way available on site.

Our single level home is 10 blocks from historic Main Street. There are many amazing restaurants, wineries and even a food truck park a few blocks from your door.

The kitchen is accommodated with a coffee pot, crockpot, baking dishes, pots pans, utensils, wine glasses, beer mugs and dishes for you to enjoy.

After you enjoy everything Fredericksburg has to offer you can step outside and enjoy the private hot tub with your favorite beverage and play corn hole! You can also snuggle on the couch and binge watch your favorite shows or watch a movie. (WiFi is included and a smart Tv no services or cable or dvds included)

My friends and I came to Fredericksburg for my birthday to do a birthday hike at Enchanted Rock. We booked this place to stay the night before to save on travel time getting to the park. The pictures do not do this charming house justice! As soon as we opened the door, we were blown away! All the peach-themed accents are the perfect touches for a getaway to Fredericksburg. Our host was very hospitable and readily available when I had a question. Beds were not only beautifully decorated, but were comfortable. The hot tub was a nice way to relax and was easy to to use. While I’ve been to Fredericksburg countless times since I was a kid, staying at this Vrbo granted a new lovely experience! I would love to stay here again!

We brought the kids to have a little get-a-way and hit the Nimitz museum. We really enjoyed our time at the house. It was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. This is the first place we have stayed where my hubby said I needed to bookmark for a return stay. Highly recommend

We had an amazing stay. The property was clean, quiet, and full of personality. Our sweet host, Krystle even left welcome snacks and wine out to help us jumpstart our mini vacation. Any tiny issues were taken care of immediately. The beds were comfy, and we had plenty of towels, shampoo, etc. We will definitely return for another stay❤️

This was a perfect house for our quick family getaway! There were 6 of us and we all enjoyed our stay. The house was just as it is listed. It was very clean and comfortable! It has such a homey feel with great attention to detail. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive to messages. We would happily stay here again when we visit Fredericksburg.

The location provided close access to nearly everything, we were never more than a few minutes from any point downtown. The provided refreshments and snacks were a nice touch. The hot tub was very relaxing at the end of a long day walking. Easy check out process - will definitely be back! It was just peachy!

This property was just perfect for the guys on our bicycling trip. We stayed 4 nights and did 3 great rides in the Texas Hill Country. The house was beautiful, looks recently renovated and was immaculate. The hosts left us beer, wine and snacks. We could not have been more pleased!

We loved every minute of our stay. The home was immaculate and well appointed. We had everything we needed and the hot tub was a bonus!! The location was perfect with easy access to everything in and around Fredericksburg. The host even welcomed us with a bottle of wine from Texas Heritage Vineyards ~ our absolute FAVORITE Fredericksburg winery and tasting room. ❤️

Thank you Krystle for a warm welcome and a very comfortable home to return to after a long day of touring the Fredricksburg area. We completely enjoyed our stay. It was wonderful to be able to enjoy our meals together, relax in the family room with a seat for everyone and nice big beds to spend the night. We are looking forward to our next visit!

Overall it was nice, but a couple things were a disappointment, first one is my wife found a roach in the master bathroom, second was the hot tub water was filthy and looked like used bath water so we never used it, third and not a huge deal was the grass wasn't mowed in the back yard which i felt had an impact on the mosquitoes in the back yard area. The place overall was clean and as advertised with clean linens and nice beds. They also left a couple beers in the fridge for us which was great after our long motorcycle ride to the house.

This house had lots of space, six adults would be very comfortable. We stayed with another couple, it was less expensive than a local hotel. Close enough to Main Street to walk, grocery store is three blocks away. Manager was helpful and responded promptly to our questions. Had a great time. Thanks Krystle.
