O cheiro do apartamento é muito ruim, o mau cheiro é muito forte, principalmente quando chegavamos ao apartamento, depois até acostumavamos. cheiro de guardado, cheiro de mofo, não tinha como o ar circular, pois as janelas não abrem

Very good in terms of value for money

Good location, lovely room, well equiped, with attention to every details. Stunning ocean view from the windows and easy access to the beach.

Check in was horrible and it took us allmost an hour to get our room. Only one lady on the desk, while 20 people are waiting in line.

overall it was a great place to stay, especially if you have kids!

the room was superb! when you rent here, keep in mind that different parts of the building are owned and managed by different companies. so all the negative reviews here are likely mostly pertinent to the other companies. this particular penthouse is a gem!

the staff weren’t very helpful and the whole building overall is old and outdated.

my group had a great time loved the view,great amenities!

I liked how clean and how comfortable it was!

the shower wouldn’t get warm and that was a struggle but we made it work

Great place to sleep but nothing else.

not a typical resort. no nice restaurants nearby. had to Uber everywhere worst time to go bc of spring break

broken pool chairs, water was cold people were not nice.

location and easy access to beach.

The unit has everything you need shame about the lifts

view of the ocean

It took us around 2 hours to check in due to very strange system and unhelpful receptionist. The unit is next to the lifts, you can hear them clearly day and night

Nice place and would stay again.

Location was great. Apartment was clean and undated. Kitchen was well stocked of everything you need to make meals. Publix store was less than 10 minutes by car and had a liquor store as well. Great ocean view. Apartment was good size for us four, large walk-in shower.. King size bed and two sleeper sofas. Apartment had beach chairs, umbrellas to use. Ubers everywhere short waits.

Great view of the ocean. Cute little apartment. Nice kitchen with full size fridge.

Very expensive for the location. Had to pay for valet parking. No self park available. Wifi was not great. AC struggled during the day.

Dreamy Beach View

The view was magnificent! The condo was very spacious and clean. Beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler are provided, which made the beach trips easy. You are 424 steps (from you room to elevator to beach) from the beach. Can't get much better than that!

While our condo was awesome, the photos show two different condos. The pictures for the one we were in weren't until #40ish, so I thought we were getting to 1st condo. Valet/Uber circle drive was packed most of the day and night. You have to give yourself extra time to account for traffic.

amazing view and location, let’s not talk about front desk

love the fact that we had a penthouse for ourselves! the beach view was right outside the windows

I had made an agreement with the host to check in earlier and they made me wait almost a day to have it ready… front desk did not help!

Exceptional

This Pent House Condo is beautiful!! Very tastefully decorated and very comfortable. There were lots of blush towels, amenities, everything your could ever need in the kitchen, and the views were the best!! The food and drinks available at the pool side Tiki bar and lower level cafe were good and reasonably priced. We loved having a store available on the lower level for breakfast items, beer, and wine. Mona, the owner of this unit, was very friendly and helpful with all my questions and took care of little issues that came up when checking in and valet parking. She was quick to respond, which we greatly appreciated. We loved this condo!

Check in lines were long, and lines for valet were as well. But the staff was professional. The owner, Mona, was very helpful and quick to respond to issues. Mona is wonderful!

Amazing stay with an ocean view from a beachfront condo unit

The condo unit definitely exceeded my expectations. The host Mona is amazing. She patiently answered all of my questions and gave very detailed instructions for a smooth check-in. The condo had everything we needed with a very elegant look. The ocean view from the rooms is awesome with easy access to the beach. There's a restaurant at the lobby and a tikki bar by the pool. The location is great as well. I will definitely recommend this place.

clean and neat have everything(washer,dryer,microwave, blender, coffee, toaster,tabelware,beach chairs, parasol, beach towels, ice box) you need for staying nice location well prepared amenities (shampoo, toilet paper, sanitizer, detergent) amazing ocean view
