Un court séjour tranquille et agréable à Carcassonne dans ce petit hôtel très bien situé.

Nous avons séjourné pendant des jours fériés. Tout était très calme. L'établissement est idéalement situé pour visiter la ville à pied et le personnel est accueillant et sympathique.

Excellent budget hotel, with good location

Location in town centre, close to train station and airport bus stop and 25min easy walking to Medieval city. My room was very generous space wise, size of the apartment with the kettle and fridge in room. Breakfast was nice with good selection and high quality of food. For 2 star budget hotel excellent. I definitely stay in same hotel, when I come back to Carcassone

Soundproofing could be better, bit outdated, but everything works fine, so nothing major

Good for the station.

The hotel is very convenient for thr train station. The room was good, and as expected, only the coffee machine in the room had two capsules supplied...enough for one cup each! No tea! Comfy bed.

We didn't like the lack of tea making facilities.

The tile in our room was all cracked and sticking up. Lucky we didn’t cut a foot.

Good location near railway station. Quiet area. Staff all very helpful and pleasant. Good to have fridge in room and kettle. Comfy beds.

Good value for money

Roof terrace is big and spacious Room was big Staff very friendly Room serviced regularly Shower is great, but could do with a curtain or screen to stop floor getting drenched

The coffee machine is annoying, i would prefer just a kettle, as i like tea. And only 2 coffees capsules are given per day, with no milk. Fixtures and fittings are a little bit old and tired.

Good value for money in a good location.

The location is good, down a quiet street and within five minutes of the main square. The lady at reception was very friendly. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable for me.

The room could do with some better clothes storage - there were no shelves in my room, there were hangers however.

Budget hotel at central location.

Very neat hotel, centrally located. Spacious room with fridge and kettle and good buffet breakfast. Really close to some local restaurants and extremely good value for money. Definitely my favourite place to stay in Caracassone.

A clean, basic budget option in a central location.

A friendly welcome from the receptionist. The hotel is centrally located in the town. Clean & comfortable room. I didn't have breakfast.

The communal toilet near our bedroom door didn't smell too good and overall the hotel needs modernising. It is a basic, budget option but at least it is still going at a time when many such central hotels are closing.
