Friendly helpful staff and a clean comfortable room for a no problem stopover.

It was clean and comfortable for a one night stay we had to book urgently. Close to the train and canal and walking distance to everywhere else. Friendly staff

Clean and comfortable accommodation close to Cite de Carcassonne

This is a very clean and comfortable budget hotel in a good location. Walking to the "Cite de Carcassonne" was quite easy. We had a lovely continental breakfast on our first morning, which set us up for a big day of walking. If you are looking for a nice light dinner the Sushi restaurant down from the hotel was very good. The hotel staff were extremely kind and helpful, assisting us with our luggage on arrival and getting us off to an extremely early start. For an extra cost the hotel has secure off street parking, which we took advantage of.

There was nothing we didn't like about this stay.

Wouldn't stay there again

It had air-conditioning

The shower head was rusty and leaking. The pictures don't show the real state of the rooms (looks like a lot of filters and Photoshop).The rooms are old, not very well maintained, curtains haven't been washed for years. Location looked doggy. The car park was difficult and every time you wanted to use your car you had to ask the owner for the key only available from 5:00-23:00h. Not worth the money we paid at all!

A great property with easy access to the city centre and close to medieval.city

Location for the city centre and the medieval city was excellent all within walking distance. Helpful staff, comfortable room and delicious breakfast

Location was great. Place was very clean and breakfast was good.

The rooms are a bit small. It is not easy to live with the opening and closing times. If you arrive at the wrong time at the hotel you may have to wait several hours before you can check in. Make sure you are aware of this.

Nice and clean room, interior was modern, super friendly staff! Super confi mattress, however many people don't like firm mattasses (I do and I slept perfectly!)

Carcassonne in May

Locked garage for keeping bikes secure. Efficient and friendly welcome by our hosts.

Could have done with a more comfortable chair in the bedroom. Due to poor weather, we spent more time than expected in the bedroom and the desk chair was not very comfortable.

A comfortable, conveniently placed hotel. Be mindful of bike garage opening hours limits.

Great location, handy for the train station and to walk into town and towards the Cite. Has a secure garage for bikes.

We had to provide a photo ID upon check-in (no other place on our trip asked for that). Once you check your bike in you can't take it out until the next day 8am. However, as a favour they kindly agreed to let us leave at 7:30 am as we had a train to catch. But keep that in mind if you are a fan of very early starts. This may not be possible from this hotel.

Great location. Worth a stay

The location of the property was very convenient and close to train station. The check in and check out process were very easy and convenient. The room was perfect considering the cost and there was a kettle with coffee and tea.

The walls were very thin and especially on the toilet you could hear the neighbours next door. The inside of the toilet was a little dirty when we arrived. No shampoo or body wash provided but all minor issues.

Very roomy. Five minutes walk from station. Twenty minutes to castle.

Interior walls were painted dark gray, so it was dark and gloomy. Hand held shower head was broken and hard to use.

For the price it was a very nice stay. Would recommend the visit.

The location is fantastic, the breakfast is good and the owner was very kind and helpful. W hotel.

The air conditioning unit was dirty. Shampoo felt odd. Like it was made out of salt.
