Great location, but cleanliness issues.

The location is perfect for a stop.

The bed was made and the trash was empty. However, the towels were lying on the ground. They seemed to have been used by the previous person.

Sehr empfehlenswert für Kurzreisen/Zwischenüberachtungen

Wir hatten 1 Übernachtung im Hotel. Unser Zimmer und auch das Badezimmer waren groß und sehr sauber. Erfreulicherweise gab keine Teppichböden, sondern Laminatböden, die leichter zu reinigen sind. Das Serviceoersonal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Es gab keinen Schrank in dem Zimmer, aber aufgrund der Zimmergröße konnten die Koffer offen gelagert werden

Wonderful staff & sparkling clean!

We were very impressed by the gentleman that runs the hotel. He was very courteous, friendly, offered to give us suggestions and recommendations for places. The hotel was sparkling clean! The breakfast buffet was the best that we have had in our week here with excellent coffee and even scrambled eggs and bacon. We were facing the Burger King and could see the top of the Ulmer Münster from our room. The best part was the gentleman that was running the hotel. He provided such outstanding service and made us feel very welcomed.

It can be a little noisy in the evening, but once the Burger King closed, it became quite quiet. There is no a/c, but he provided multiple fans for us, and we slept well.

Super place with the coolest staff

Super lovely and helpful staff! I had a very nice conversation with Peter, he is awesome! The room was wonderful. There were great shopping facilities just next to the hotel. Loved everything.

Big room with small refrigerator. Good noise isolation. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The hotel was not far from the city center.

The shower could be cleaner and some parts of the bathroom could need some replacements (e.g. the shower head).

Great value for the price

Good breakfast, very clean rooms, there was everything we needed. The area ist not very nice but close to the train station and to the center.

Not very modern furnishings but everything is functional and in good condition.

Good value, great staff!

Clean place, friendly staff, nice location and decent view. Comfortable room and good breakfast available. The bathroom is generally okay.

Housekeeping should be mandatory everyday, and drinking water bottles / towels should be replaced everyday too; this should not depend on the customer. The showers are kind of small and not suitable for a couple bath.

Worth the stay! Clean, comfortable and professional!

The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable! The staff was extremely friendly and the location was perfect for our needs. It is next to the autobahn but it is was not noisy.
