Location location location!!! Enjoy your stay in the heart of beautiful Mystic near the River and all the restaurants, shops & sights!
Beautifully renovated 1800's Cape with open 1st FL, large couch, 65” HD TV with YouTube TV & Roku.
Full kitchen and dining area seating. Laundry on 1st with 1/2 bath and full sleeper sofa. 2nd FL has 1800's charm with cathedral ceilings, 2 'BR with Queen beds and bath w/shower on 2nd floor, 1st floor bedroom with full pull-out couch. Linens provided.
Home has central AC/heat and super cozy.
Large private fenced in yard with a patio w/BBQ grill, comfortable outdoor furniture and dining furniture setup on the patio
Parking for 3 vehicles in private driveway.

This house was perfect. Location was excellent. Super clean. Tons of amenities. The house had plenty of dishes, cookware, coffee, tea, towels, blankets, etc. It was really wonderful, and we didn’t want to leave! Close to everything- walk to downtown, Seaport, the river’s edge. Dan was so easy to communicate with, answered all my questions, and fixed a snag with the door lock quickly and efficiently. 5 STARS!

This house was in the perfect location to explore everything has to offer! A short drive to the aquarium and walking distance to downtown. It was just what we needed for a quick weekend getaway with our two young kids. Would highly recommend!

House was located with in walking distance to main st and only a few minutes drive to the aquarium and shops. It was the perfect spot for a long weekend. House was extremely clean and had everything we needed.

We planned the weekend for four of us but other couple took sick and cancelled, so the winter weekend at mystic house worked well for two. Lovely home, comfortable, and great location. Dan is kind and wonderful to work with.
Will keep this place in mind for future visits!

This property is a gem. Dan, the host, has thought of everything you might need during your stay. The house was immaculate. The location couldn’t have been better. A very quick walk to shops and restaurants. The house is equipped with all the comfort of home. I loved the ease of checking in and out. I definitely recommend this property for anyone seeking a quiet place to stay in a lovely, upbeat and beautiful town.

The house was very clean and had all amenities we needed for a peaceful, comfortable, enjoyable long weekend getaway. The location was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere in town and didn’t have to use our vehicle once. Would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect base for our family vacation! The house is in walking distance to downtown (easily walked by our 4 and 6 year olds), and extremely close to the Aquarium, Sea Port Museum, and Olde Mistick Village. It looked just as pictured, very clean, and had everything we needed. The yard was perfect for afternoon breaks/ sitting out in the evening. The kids loved corn hole and the beach ball. Dan was great to work with. We loved it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Mystic! Easy walk to adorable waterfront. House was unbelievably clean and well appointed. Host aced all communication. Great little weekend getaway and we enjoyed every minute!

This house was so enjoyable to stay at,everything we needed ,just a short walk to the restaurants & shops.Stuck my head out of the door in the morning to enjoy the view of the water,sat on the floating dock while having coffee.

Wonderful historic home with all the amenities you need! Perfect for traveling with young children. Very clean and updated. Love the location and how easy it is to walk to the drawbridge and downtown Mystic. We’ll be back!

staying on this property was an absolute pleasure. It had all the amenities that the listing described. The instructions and organization were superb. This property is walking distance to shops, restaurants and spectacular views. I almost don't want to say anything more because I would like to keep it a secret. Short scenic walk to Mystic town center, on quiet neighborhood street. The house is very clean, bright and casually elegant. Great weekend retreat. The owner thought of all the little things and is very thoughtful and responsive. We hope to stay there again!

House was clean and as pictured, super convenient to leave cars parked in driveway all weekend as we could walk to everything! Having the fenced in private yard also a plus and we spent a lot of time outside in the unseasonably warm weather. Recommend!

What a beautiful home! Nicely renovated and it had all the necessary items one would want in a vacation. This home is in an amazing location; easily accessible to restaurants, historic sites, etc. I highly recommend it to groups of friends, couples and families. Also, the host was responsive, kind and communicated well!

I can't say enough nice things about this house. It was perfect for our family stay. The house is perfect for a family with little kids and adults. My toddler is Active and the fenced in yard was perfect to run out hid energy. The outdoor patio set was perfect for adults to relax. The house is equipped with all the extra for my baby as well. The inside was very put together and downstairs was very open. The area was great being so close to town it was nice for walks with the kids. Highly recommend

This was one of the better vacation rentals we've stayed at - very clean, modern, and close to downtown. My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights during the week while making our way further north. The WiFi was great, so we were able to work from the property, and then walk downtown to pick up a few meals and enjoy downtown Mystic.
Check in was very easy, and the property manager was extremely responsive. Good experience all around.

Spotless, downtown Mystic rental - perfect weekend getaway
My husband and I (and our 3 kids ranging from 3-11) spend every Memorial Day weekend in Mystic, and this has been our favorite rental thus far. It's exactly as advertised, has a well-stocked kitchen, is walking distance to many activities, and is very up-to-date/well maintained. It's nice to have a separate sleeping option downstairs (an enclosed room with a pull-out couch). We loved our stay and will be back!
P.S. For families who book, a reminder to bring your own games/puzzles as this is not like a beach house that comes stocked with games/activities (it does have a very nice flat screen TV with all the amenities).

What an absolutely great place to stay with your family. The VRBO was perfect. It's very spacious and has everything you need with a great backyard. The location is amazing as you can walk to endless activities.
