Inside you'll find the Recroom with large flat-screen TV/DVD, pool table, wet bar with mini-refrigerator, sink and microwave, pool deck access and a full bathroom with pool deck access. Garage with a ping-pong table, bikes, beach chairs and a full-size refrigerator. Bedroom with a DuoBunk and Bunk Set that shares a jack-n-jill bathroom with a Bedroom with 2 Singles, flat-screen TV/Blu-Ray DVD and deck access.
Mid Level: Den with a flat-screen TV/Blu-Ray DVD and deck access. 2 King Master Bedrooms each with flat-screen TV/Blu-Ray DVD and deck access, Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV/Blu-Ray DVD and a semi-private full bathroom (second door from bathroom to hallway), Master Bedroom with a BunkSet, Single and flat-screen TV/Blu-Ray DVD. Laundry Room with washer, dryer and a utility sink.
Top Level: Great room with flat-screen TV/Blu-Ray DVD and deck access, half bath and kitchen with 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, free standing ice-maker and counter seating for 4 people. Dining room with seating for 12 and deck access, and a King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV/Blu-Ray DVD and deck access.
Extras: Private Pool (15 x 36, heated for $500 per week), Sunken Hot Tub, 9 TVs, 9 DVD players, books, games, bikes, pool table, ping-pong table, shared beach walkway with foot wash, hammock, 2 hammock swings, 2 outside showers, gas grill, 2 refrigerators, mini-refrigerator, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, ice-maker, wet bar, parking for 6 vehicles, linens and towels provided and Buck Island Community Amenities. No Smoking. No Pets. Full week rentals only. Distance to beach Access: Oceanfront. House Address: 749 Voyager Road. Beds: 3 Kings, Queen, Bunk Set, DuoBunk, 3 Singles. Key Type: Hard Key (must pick up keys from check-in office). CHECK IN LOCATION: 1023 Ocean Trail, Corolla Office.
2025, PRIVATE POOL is open from 5/11/25 -10/11/25
Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
Gas fireplace is not available for guest use.
This property does have a security camera near the front door facing the driveway (no audio).
Beach Cabana Service: 6 Chairs and 2 Umbrellas will be set up Monday- Friday at this homes private beach access. Look for you beach set up, weather permitting, from 10am-5pm, Monday through Friday, 6/27/25-8/21/25. Umbrellas and chairs may not be set up on extremely windy or rainy days.
