Ground Level: Offers a Recroom with large screen TV, stereo/CD/cassette and poolside speakers, a ping pong/pool table, and a kitchenette with full size refrigerator, microwave, sink and ice maker. King Master Bedroom and Bedroom with 2 Singles with a semi-private bathroom (second door from bathroom to living areas). Laundry area with washer and dryer.
Mid Level: Features a King Master Bedroom with deck access and TV, Queen Master Bedroom with deck access, a Master Bedroom with 2 DuoBunks and TV, and a Queen Master Bedroom with TV/DVD/VCR.
Top Level: Has a King Master Bedroom with private balcony and TV, great room with gas fireplace, TV/DVD/VCR, spacious kitchen with counter seating 6, Ship's Watch/game room seating 4, dining room seating 10, and a half bath; all with outstanding ocean views!
Extras: Private Pool (16 x 34, heated for $350), Hot Tub (10), 8 Smart TVs, 2 VCR/DVDs, 2 stereos with CD/Cassette, high-speed wireless internet access, volleyball, ping pong/pool table, high chair, pack-n-play, gas fireplace (available November 1-April 30), gas grill, outdoor shower, VHS/DVD/book library, community water and linens and towels provided. No Smoking. No Pets. Full week rentals only. Special Events Welcome, 50 guests. Distance to beach access: 160'. House Address: 1068 Lighthouse Drive. Beds: 3 Kings, 2 Queens, 2 Singles, 2 DuoBunks. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
Special Event Details: This home offers Special Event accommodations for your Outer Banks Wedding or special event allowing up to 50 guests to attend your event. This home may only be over-occupied during the event date and the event times listed on the Special Events Request Form and Lease Addendum required to be signed and returned with your Lease Agreement. Tents and canopies can not be placed anywhere on the premises without permission from Brindley Beach Vacations. (unless otherwise advertised). Every Special Event reservation will have 2 additional fees that are further explained on the Special Events Request form and Lease Addendum: (1) Event Security Deposit: $1500, this security deposit is refundable pending no damage is done to the home during your vacation lease period. The security deposit will be used to pay for carpet cleaning if needed after the event, or any other damages done to the home during your vacation lease period/event. (2) Event Fee: $1000, the event fee is a mandatory fee paid in addition to the rental rate on all special event reservations.
Kilmarlic Golf Club Member. This program offers guests a variety of activities that include discounted golf access, wild horse tours, golf lessons, clinics and more! The K Club will also have a full time concierge to assist in planning your activities.
