The Space:
Welcome to your ideal retreat! Step through the front door into the spacious living room, adorned with two comfortable couches, extra chairs, and a large SmartTV mounted above the mantle (please note that the fireplace is non-functioning). As you take in the inviting ambiance, your gaze will be drawn to the dining table, elegantly set for six, creating the perfect space for shared meals and cherished conversations. Just around the corner, you'll find the well-appointed kitchen, equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals.

This charming house boasts three inviting bedrooms on the main level, ensuring restful nights for everyone. The first bedroom features a luxurious king bed and an ensuite bathroom, providing a private sanctuary. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, while the third bedroom boasts two queen beds, accommodating larger groups or families. Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the entire home.

Getting Around:
Our home is located in a residential area, so driving is recommended, however Uber and Lyft are readily available as well.

Other Things to Note:
We have space for two cars to park in the driveway, street parking is limited. Please plan accordingly!

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!

Although the location is perfect, the home itself was awful! Bugs of all kinds inside the home: bedrooms, bathrooms, loving room! Awful is such understandment. The home has a tv in the living room and the master bedroom, but the batteries in the remotes were dead. When they were notified about this, they sent an email asking if they could bring them by but never waited for a response and entered the home while we were not there and left the home unsecure. In additon, the home is listed as a 5 bedroom home but it is 3 bedrooms with the space converted into an additional room.. still not 5 bedrooms. Beds are not secure and safe, one guest scraped their leg on the bed due to bed rail sticking out. Home has one sofa that does convert into a bed but no other sitting space for more than 6 or 7 people. Home has different temperature all around the home, the add on rooms hot while the other parts of home freezing. Laundry room light does not work and no curtains on the windows for privacy. Lastly, home has the smell of animals which is not too bad but smells. Plus of this home is the location and response from manager. Everything else are mid to extremely negative.

Great location. 13 of us staid. Plenty of room. I would suggest putting curtains on loft windows. A door would have been nice on bedroom to kitchen. For a big group not enough seating. Not a fan of the cockroach’s. Otherwise we had a great stay overall.

I rented based on enough beds & bathrooms for everyone. We had plenty of room so that we were not on top of each other as we work all day together. The two Q beds off the kitchen without a door was easily remedied with a tension rod & curtains (just as a heads up). We didn't use the sun porch with ping pong table or big back yard with seating, however they are a plus. Overall it is a great property and was located close enough to everything we needed. My only issue has been since we vacated we were accused of smoking and no one in our party has or does so beware. After many years of doing properties I may only do hotels/condos after this.
