Upon entering the ground floor of villa, you will be greeted by a stylish furnishings throughout living room area and the fully fitted kitchen equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a convenient breakfast bar for your convenience together with a amazing coffee machine intended for coffee lovers, extra toilet, one more elegant bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom, air conditioning system, flat Smart Tv and large balcony as well.
The open-plan living space is light and airy with stylish furnishings throughout.

On the pool terrace, lounge on the sunbeds surrounding your private pool or enjoy a meal alfresco at the outdoor dining table in fully equipped outside kitchen with BBQ .A cozy sofa set is provided for you to enjoy an ice-cold drink in the perfect place for spending hot summer nights.
On pool level you can also find an additional bathroom and space where the washing machine and dryer are located. Table tennis is available as well.

Baby cot is available and free of charge as other baby equipment on request.. If you need additional housekeeping during your stay, we offer you this service and nanny service as well.

Private Boat tour with speed boat. Ideal for those who want to get to know the beautiful Croatian coast and islands. The boat will drive you to 3 beautiful Elaphiti Islands, all around Dubrovnik, a Blue Cave, a sandy beach, a nice restaurant where you can have lunch.. We really recommend a boat ride so you can enjoy and really feel the beauty of our coast much as possible.(extra fee)
