The house was very clean and very well stocked. All the major city's main attractions were 5 minutes drive from the home. Rikki was also very responsive. We had a great stay.

Adorable home that was perfect for our family. Super comfy beds and plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Enjoyed coffee on the porch in the mornings and girls had fun playing games in the backyard. Location was great, easy to find and close to anything you might need.

This was my family's second time staying in the house for a short weekend trip to Fredericksburg around Christmas. Very cozy little house that is just a short walk from Main St. We had a great time and will be back.

Came here for a girls trip and the home did not disappoint!! It’s so cozy and comfortable with every want covered. We cooked breakfast in the well apportioned kitchen, the coffee bar amenities were to die for❤️ the home was so comfortable. The beds are nice-tankless hot water heater so plenty of hot water for the 2 showers. Super clean!! We spent every evening at the fire pit enjoying our wine we bought as we toured Fredericksburg. I would stay here again and again!

The house is super cute. I love old homes, the decor was perfect for that homey feel. The beds are super soft, felt like a laying on a cloud. ☺️ The walk down to the shops wasn’t too far.

We had a weekend girls trip to celebrate an anniversary of our high school graduation. We enjoyed the town of Fredricksburg and the location of the rental was very convenient and central in the downtown area. Thanks for the stay!

We loved our stay! Location was perfect for all the things we wanted to do. We appreciated the variety of coffee creamers and different coffee maker options. The robes were a nice addition. If you forgot something, I’m sure you’d be able to find it there!

This house is so close to Main St but just enough off to be quiet. Rikki was easy to communicate with and provided the information we needed to stay at the house. The little touches were great! Super comfy beds for the 3 of us. Never even turned on the TV so can't comment on that, but we did shop until we literally dropped onto the couch/chair each day. I would definitely book here again.

We are a group of four women ranging n ages from 57 to 74. Wanted to get away and we brought food and so we never left the premises. Enjoyed drinking wine on the back porch, as well as had a fire in the pit outside. The place is so cozy and quaint. Had everything we needed to survive. The host was super. One of the girls lost a bracelet that had very special meaning to her and our host went back to the property after it was cleaned to look again outside. He not only found it but mailed it back to her. What a great guy.

This little home was great for 4 ladies. Having 2 bathroom was great for getting ready. We enjoyed sitting outside after our wine tours enjoying the breezes in the backyard. Thank you for having us!

House is in a quiet residential neighborhood very near all the action in town. Beds are comfy, house is adorable. Everything you need for a family visit or girls trip. Owner was very easy to contact when we wanted info about a friendly cat we met on the porch. Great bathrooms with tons of hot, hot water. Will absolutely stay again!

Me and 3 friends did a weekend trip and this was the perfect house! We made breakfast and hung out at night in the living room and the house had everything we needed! I would recommend this house to anyone with 4 guests! And the neighborhood cat was PERFECT!

This property is in a great location. Super clean. Extremely charming. Fit our needs perfectly. We had 4 women. We didn’t have to share a bed! Having 2 bathrooms was great. When you put 4 adults in the search bar, you usually get 2 beds and many times 1 bath. I’m sure we will be back!!

This property was everything we needed for our girls weekend. It was an easy check-in, location made for a short Uber drive to main, and the second bathroom was a huge plus. Not to mention, beautiful remodels on both. For those who care, the hot water never ran out so it must be tankless. The coffee bar was an added plus as all 3 of us need our coffee in the morning. The only thing worth mentioning is it is a small house, but I think 4 people could fit comfortably. I would definitely stay here again.
