Generally a good value hotel. While majority of the staff don’t speak English, they are quite helpful.

Spacious room and abundant hot water. My room got excellent view too!

Breakfast is rather basic and you may not have much to eat if you get there in the later part of the breakfast time.

The breakfast is the same in each day, our bathroom door is damaged, bedsheets/comforters didn’t change and needed additional pillows too

Отель находится в т.н. старом городе, в пешей доступности ТРЦ, неплохие рестораны и кафе. В номере работают теплые полы. Телевизор сначала не работал, вызвали персонал, все заработало. В целом, в номере чисто, тепло и достаточно уютно, есть все, что необходимо. Никаких шумов с соседних номеров слышно не было. Было очень тепло и ночь проходила с открытым окном, с улицы доносился ненавязчивый шум города. Спасибо, что было безопасно.

Внутри отеля пахнет пищей, запах тянется и в номера. В номере была всего 1 свободная розетка. Ванная комната требует ремонта, на потолке потрескавшаяся штукатурка, которая уже хочет отвалиться. Завтраки до 9:00, честно сказать, по вкусу 2 из 10. В номере была большая удобная кровать, но ее спинка, соединенная с тумбочками по бокам ходила ходуном при переворачивании с бока на бок. Но большое теплое одеяло и мягкая подушка впечатлением от себя перекрыла это неудобство. На кровати и шторах были замечены насекомые солдатики, они же клопы-вонючки. Не в большом количестве, но соседство не из приятных. Горячая вода в номере появилась только после жалобы на ресепшене, что ее нет. Но, напор мощный. Полотенца пахнут хлоркой.

Недорого в центре

Расположен в центре. Доброжелательный персонал. Очень разнообразные и вкусные завтраки. На этаже есть утюг и гладильная доска.

В номере не было чайника. Тонкие стены, слышно, как люди кашляют за стеной или разговаривают.

Измените уже время завтрака. Сделайте до 10:00 и проблем с посудой не будет. Либо вообще сделайте платным тогда.

Сравнительно чисто

Всегда бронировали этот отель и всем советовали из-за хорошего завтрака. Сегодня были разочарованы. Совсем плохо. Отель не справляется,булочки сухие,даже посуды не хватало . Шумно было в этот раз и с улицы и внутри

Generally we liked our stay and I would recommend my friends to stay here:)

The staff was friendly and we welcoming. Whenever we needed some advice or help they guided us. The location is close to many areas.

If they would add the kettle and the cups in to the room it would be a great bonus for the guests. As we used to drink a tea to keep ourselves warm in this chilly weather.

Very nice staff and location, couple of things to work on

The staff is extremely helpful and kind. The actual bed itself is very comfortable. The price for such a central location is also impressive.

The Wifi was very unreliable. The breakfast could perhaps have had more items. The shower wasn't the best.
