Your vacation begins the moment you step into your new, professionally decorated luxury condominium, boasting spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean, Little Island Park, the pier, and the Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge. Start your mornings with coffee on one of two private balconies, watching dolphins cruise just offshore, surfers riding the waves, and seabirds soaring above. Early risers will be rewarded with breathtaking sunrises over the Atlantic, and the southern exposure ensures you can soak up the sunshine all day long.

The great room features a dining table that comfortably seats six, complemented by a granite counter breakfast bar that accommodates four. Enjoy entertainment on the 55-inch Samsung HD TV with a DVR, premium HBO, and a DVD player. A cozy library nook with a comfortable lounge chair invites you to unwind with a book. Use the telescope provided to check out the action on the beach, the fishing pier, or the swimming dolphins. The open-concept floor plan seamlessly connects to the fully equipped kitchen, which showcases top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the basic cookware you’ll need for your culinary creations. The utility room includes a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.

The main suite features a king bed with a premium mattress, a 40-inch Sony TV with HD DVR service, a large walk-in closet, and a private en suite bathroom. You’ll also have access to a separate balcony for those quiet moments away.

The guest bedroom is furnished with a queen bed boasting a newly updated plush mattress. Mirrored closet doors, swing-arm reading lamps, and a 37-inch Samsung TV add to the room's charm, with a bathroom conveniently located just off the entrance. Enjoy premium cable and complimentary WiFi throughout the condo. As you snuggle up at night, let the soothing sounds of the ocean lull you to sleep, and you’ll find yourself planning your return to paradise at Southern Exposure!

Included with this condo is complimentary access to the owner’s garage-level storage unit, equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, a beach cart, beach toys, and a cooler for your convenience. The storage unit also provides ample space for any beach equipment you might bring along.

Enjoy access to condo amenities with no additional resort fee, including three swimming pools, two libraries, and two indoor fitness centers.

Things to Know
The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.
This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Very clean, welcoming, and safe! Well-stocked kitchen for cooking. Comfy beds and washer/dryer in unit. Sweet balcony with great ocean views. The games came in handy in the evenings. Would love to visit again! Thank you!

The stay was wonderful. The home was clean and well kept up well. The buildings were not marked A or B so look at you map.in your packet it definitely helps. Th3 parking is different and marked a bit odd. For larger vehicles it's a tight fit pulling and out.

This space was perfect for our family. Sandbridge is a place we love to visit yearly and this beautiful condo provided our family with everything we needed with so many added bonuses. The two balconies that provides guest with beautiful ocean views and breeze made it so awesome you don’t even care to leave the place. There was more than enough seating, games provided for some awesome family bonding, and the beds were pure magic. Ocean breeze and comfortable beds made for just the vacation we needed. A clean and comfortable condo with everything you need. Our first time visiting the Sandbridge area and we'll definitely be back! The beach is busy during summer months but the area is not commercialized and as crowded as the "downtown" Virginia Beach area. It was a great spot for our family vacation!

We truly enjoyed staying at this Condo. The view from the two balconies was great. You can see the beach, ocean and bay all while sitting on either deck. We frequently sat on the decks to just enjoy the view and relax. This condo has all the extra amenities needed for a very enjoyable vacation.
