The Neighborhood:
Safe neighborhood nestled in foothills of Red Rocks. Close to Oak Creek, Poco Diablo resort, as well as the main road heading into Sedona. Easy to get to most hikes in the area, with Chapel of the Holy Cross, Cathedral Rock, and many others only minutes away.

Other Things to Note:
• Shower dispensers are filled with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. If you have specific allergies or preferences please feel free to bring your own

• Please keep in mind this is a home, not a hotel, and if an issue arises I will do my best to resolve it ASAP, but nobody is living on site 24/7

• While there is regular pest control to keep nature outside, please keep in mind there are many critters (insects, rodents, etc) in the desert. Keeping doors and windows closed with be the best way to keep them from staying inside with you

• A starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, soap, a sponge, and makeup remover will be provided. This may not be enough for the entirety of your stay. If you have any specific brands or additional items that you would like to have, please visit CVS or Safeway to purchase

• There is an exterior security camera installed for the safety of both the guest and the property. This camera is actively recording video and audio of the front driveway area of the home. Any tampering with camera, including, but not limited to, covering and overwise disabling, is grounds for early termination of reservation without refund.

Interaction with Guests:
I aim to make your stay as memorable as possible, and will be a message away if you need me, but our level of interaction is up to you. A unique electronic code for your stay allows for self check-in/check-out.

This is a fabulous property with all the amenities and nestled in prime Sedona area. We loved the spacious great room, dining area and outdoor hot tub, putting green, fireplace and more! The check in and out process was easy as well as communication with our host. Will be back!

This was the perfect spot for our group of six. We each had our own, comfortable bed. John was very responsive to our questions. We were very close to downtown Sedona so it was easy to get to restaurants, hiking and shopping. The kitchen was well equipped. Thanks for a great weekend. I would definitely stay here again.

Were absolutely beautiful! All 3 of us adults got our own room, and the 2 teenagers got the upstairs which had 3 full size beds instead of bunk beds and they were delighted! The house was clean and well stocked with anything needed for cooking and/or grilling out. The hot tub and fireplace are a nice touch! TV's in every room and 3 bathrooms that worked out well for the 5 of us. The location is just down the hill from the main highway we came in on with easy and quick access to Uptown Sedona where many shops and restaurants are located. Jon is a most excellent host and responds quickly to messages. (We never had to call him - everything was great). Highly recommend this house and Sedona. Beautiful inside and in every direction outside!

The house was in a great location, close to everything! John communicated very well with me and we had no issues. Enough space in the kitchen and family rooms so we never felt too cramped while getting ready for my daughter’s wedding. If you’re a fan of awesome water pressure the master bathroom shower was amazing. I would love to return and experience Sedona again!

The property was conveniently located just a few minutes outside of the hustle and bustle of the main road through town, so it was convenient to get to things, but quiet and less congested. The house had tons of space inside and a great backyard to relax in.

We loved everything about this home! Excellent location- 10min to downtown, only 5 min to Bell Rock trailhead. Very comfortable, clean, spacious. Hot tub was great! And kids loved the mini golf in backyard. Didn’t have a chance to enjoy the fire pit but we did try it out and works fine. Well stocked kitchen. Great layout for a giant kids space upstairs, and 3 couples downstairs. Absolutely loved this place!!

We loved our stay here. We had 7 friends staying there. There was so much room for us to spread out and have our own space. Beds were super comfortable. And we absolutely loved the hot tub… got in every night! The location was perfect. Communication with John was very easy.

Our family stayed at the property on a cool and rainy couple of days. We didn't spend much time outside except for the hot tub at night. Overall, the house was OK. The location of the house is great and easily accessible. The hot tub was nice and a great addition. The kitchen is OK for the amount of dishes and cookware for our family of 5. If you have a large group you'll want to get some disposable plates and utensils. We did have a couple issues with the property which the owner addressed right away. The house is a little dated and could use some updates and a good deep cleaning, but overall was OK.

Coming from cold, grey, damp Seattle, the blue skies of Sedona were a real treat. We would get up early and hike different trails in the Sedona area. Everything was close by. We also took day trips to Flagstaff plus the Grand Canyon. The owner of the house was very kind to us, and helped to arrange the delivery of groceries we purchased online from Whole Foods. I wanted a house with mostly queen beds plus 3 bedrooms, and this house was the best value in Sedona, in my opinion. You can pay more for a "better" location, but I think you would end up further away from trails, etc.

We have four kids plus their significant others and it’s impossible to get us all together. This was a perfect place to cook together, share meals and have room to unwind and watch a movie. We are an active family, so it was perfect to have a nice place to return to each evening. Everything was in great working order, clean and neat

We visited Sedona for a week to attend a wedding, and to see the local sites hiking, swimming, brought the dual sport motorcycle to check out the ohv roads and trails. The house exceeded my expectations John is a excellent host. Nice property comfortable bed’s, quiet location, spacious. Would love to return some day.

We had 5 adults and 5 kids and this place was totally perfect. Plenty of space for different groups to hang out. Kids played in the front and back yard safely. The house amenities were everything we needed. Looked as good in person as the picture. Lots of nearby things to do! Close to Cathedral Rock and Little Horse shuttle. Walk to Poco Diablo resort for morning yoga or tennis. Walk to Ravens Cave trailhead for amazing vistas and for the adventures cave crawl. We will rent this same property again on our next visit!

What a wonderful place to stay! This spot is was beautiful, exactly as pictured (felt even bigger in person!), and fit our 10 family members VERY comfortably. Home was clean, instructions were clear, and John was easy to communicate with. To top it off the home is located in a great spot where it is an easy drive to Uptown, plenty of delicious restaurants, and also easy to get to hiking trails. Not to mention the amazing views. 100% recommend and would absolutely come back again. Thanks, John!

The house has plenty of space for a large family. We brought our parents with us and were very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet, but just minutes away from all the action. Owner was attentive and responsive. We loved our time here!

Everything about our stay was wonderful. We were a group of friends celebrating a milestone Birthday. John was helpful and all the details and any questions we had prior to checking in and the few things that came up while we were staying in the house. He was incredibly responsive and kind. The house was perfect very well outfitted, very comfortable, beds, spacious, well located and loved the backyard. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

We had a great trip and a good stay at this house. The rooms were clean and spacious, the hot tub was wonderful, and the kitchen well stocked. A few recommendations: we would have liked to have a dresser to unpack our clothing into. I personally stayed in the upstairs room with one other person. Neither of us could reach the hangers in the closet type thing in the bathroom. The firepit and fireplace were not working and by the time someone was finally sent to help, our second evening was pretty much over. I never did get to enjoy the firepit. A guest informational book would have been very helpful. The link sent to us did not have much info about troubleshooting the fireplace and firepit issues. Overall, we had a good stay.

My friends and I loved our stay at Johns oasis. The great room really is fantastic, lots of kitchen utensils, the patio is amazing, and there’s even a piano. Location is great and the long weekend was made even better by having the property as our home base.

The house was perfect for our group of 7. Most of us had never been to Sedona and didn’t know the area well, but research pointed to this location as central. It was an ideal spot - ease of access to many notorious locations, vortices, restaurants, attractions, and shops. Rooms were spacious, beds were very comfortable, the layout was great, and the piano was a nice touch (I dusted off the rust and we had fun digging into the Disney sheet music with a cocktail under our belts). The outdoor space elevated the experience and made it feel special. Communication was great, as well. Would stay again if I were to revisit the area.
