Sedona Ellin offers a peaceful setting on a spacious .89 acre lot that is situated in West Sedona. While feeling like you are in a secluded location, you will be just minutes to AZ Hwy 89A, where you will find restaurants and shopping, as well as being close to hiking and biking trails. This architecturally designed custom home has all new furnishings and stunning views of the iconic Chimney Rock and Thunder Mountain. And a Tesla charging station was just added!

The home features a unique split-level design within 3,654 square feet with four bedrooms and three bathrooms to accommodate up to 12 guests in true luxury. Make sure to check out the inspirational story about the home's namesake on a lovely wall plaque in the entryway.

You'll enter the home through the front door that leads you into the spacious main living area featuring vaulted ceilings, gorgeous hardwood flooring and fabulous views. This grand area holds the living room, gourmet kitchen and dining area.

Living Room: The living room features new and inviting furnishings, including a queen sofa sleeper, a 65” Smart TV with YouTube TV, and a cozy gas fireplace. Step out onto the adjacent patio to enjoy desert breezes and amazing red rock views. The surrounding multitude of windows bring in plenty natural light.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped and offers stainless steel appliances, including a six-burner gas range, spacious stone counters and plenty of cabinet space. There's a wonderful island with seating for four and even a 32” Smart TV.

Dining Area: This area offers seating for up to eight diners, patio access and great views.

Bonus/Game Room (lower level): This is a great gathering space for the entire group. There is a media room featuring a large sectional sofa and chairs, a wet bar with a mini fridge and microwave, and a 65” Smart TV with YouTube TV. You'll also find a billiards room with a pool table and built-in cabinets with more games and books to enjoy! Step out onto the adjacent patio where you'll find a fitness machine if you want to keep up with your workouts.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Suite — King size bed, twin day bed with twin trundle, 65” Smart TV with YouTube TV, walk-in closet, and a private deck. The en suite bathroom boasts a lovely walk-in glass block shower and stone counter vanity.

Bedroom 2 — Two twin beds (can be placed together for a king bed, upon request and a $30 fee), 50” Smart TV, desk/work area and a large picture window to bring in the natural light and views. There is access to a full shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Bedroom 3 and 4 (lower level) — Each bedroom offers a queen bed, 50” Smart TV, walk-in closets and access to full shared bathroom with a glass block shower.

Outdoor/deck areas:
The outdoor spaces are serene and secluded, and include several patios with dining spaces and a built-in Viking BBQ. Relax in the private hot tub after a full day of activities, while taking in the views.

Very well maintained and clean when we arrived a few days before Christmas. We were very pleased to find Christmas decorations out, as we were told there wouldn't be any because, "not all people celebrate Christmas." We truly appreciated the gesture. There is a beautiful view from the kitchen-dining area and the living room. The home is located in a neighborhood and yet it is very private. The home also affords large parties to gather comfortable while also giving guests quiet and privacy when needed. We would recommend some sort of mat at the front door to allow for an area where guests can remove shoes. Additionally, having trays for wet shoes/boots to dry would be helpful, a minor details, though something the owners may want to consider.

This home offers all the comforts of “Home” including comfortable accommodations, fully equipped kitchen, lots of fabulous space to spread out and gather inside and out, tasteful art and collections of things throughout the house , and immediate and clear communication with management. The house is beautiful, peaceful, and spacious. The location is spectacular, convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, and hiking on the west side of the Y. Our family enjoyed comfortable accommodations, hot tub, private grounds, laundry, and cooking in the well appointed kitchen, as well as the park pass that was provided. The hosts were excellent and responded quickly to our requests. One of the best vacations ever... We would definitely recommend staying at here.

This was a great house for our stay in Sedona with friends. Only issue was the Alexa programmed AC system which would raise the temp at night and then during the day when we were gone. Finally figured it out on our last day! Kitchen is well stocked w all appliances, pots, dishes, etc and house has plenty of room. Beautiful yard surrounds the house with a spectacular view

I would recommend this property 110%. Extremely well equipped, excellent location, oversized lot was a special surprise and offered extra buffer from neighbors and beautiful walking path. Loved the various outdoor seating. We wanted for nothing.

Our family of eight had a wonderful time staying at the VRBO 135 Mission Rd. After days spent hiking/sightseeing in the area, we spent most evenings playing games outside, grilling or relaxing in the hot tub. There was plenty of space in the house so everyone felt they had a place.

Perfect writing retreat

Perfect writing retreat

Our group of five academic faculty from around the US met for five days for a writing retreat at this amazing property. The location was ideal - a short walk to Whole Foods, shops, and a pop up art fair on the weekends. There were many beautiful hikes a short distance from the house that we enjoyed. Despite the proximity to town, the house property was expansive and well designed to feel secluded. The hot tub was relaxing and private, the view from the deck was stunning especially at sunset and sunrise. There were plenty of sunny and shaded places to work and relax outside. Inside, the fireplace was lovely and we enjoyed our meals in the dining area adjacent to the kitchen and evenings in the expansive living room on the comfortable couches. The kitchen was beautiful and outfitted with the best appliances and equipment to put together meals and cocktails - and large enough for an impromptu dance party. The spa like shower in the master bedroom was a hit with everyone! The internet was excellent. We couldn't have found a better place for our writing retreat.

We loved this house!!! It was beautiful. There was plenty of space for our family. We felt like we had our own botanical garden with the landscaping around the house. The staff at Sedona.org kept us updated and responded quickly to us. My grandson forgot his favorite toy. They are looking for it and will mail it to us. Thank you.
