The Space:
With 6 bedrooms and room for 16 of your nearest and dearest, this house is meant to be shared with those who mean most, and even can fit the friends of friends who you don’t actually know that well. We're also pet friendly for small, polite animals.

Located just a 7 minute walk from Rainey St, this house is so decked out with neon lights and funky decorations, it practically screams "Insta-worthy!" The bedrooms have the coolest designs and the house is filled with fun stuff like old school arcade games and a huge spa-like soaker bathtub. Plus it has an epic backyard with a BBQ, an outdoor fireplace, and your very own swimming pool/hot tub. Soak up that Texas sunshine from a poolside lounger, while sipping on a cool drink. Guests also have access to the pool house, which has 2 queen beds and a full bathroom.

Guest Access:
There is one parking spot in the carport. There is also room for two more cars in the driveway, blocking the first cars in. Additionally, there is plenty of free street parking right outside the home for as many cars as needed.

Rainey Street is like that cool friend's house party you can't resist, except it's a neighbourhood packed with bungalow homes turned into hip bars and restaurants. When it comes to satisfying your taste buds, the east side's array of eateries and taco trucks will leave you spoiled for choice. Live music? Check. Nighttime shenanigans? Double check. Friday nights in East Austin are like a choose-your-own-adventure book, and you don't need a fat wallet to have a blast. Shopping choices are enormous, with thrift and vintage stores at prices that can't be beat as well as locally owned boutiques. Music and art shows are a weekly fixture, but this area also hosts special events like the East Side Art Crawl, Punk Rock Market, free and barter events, and film specials at locally owned theatres.

Swimming Pool:
• Our maintenance team comes by every Wednesday and Sunday to service the pool and keep it in tip-top shape.
