Great stay. Comfortable bed and friendly staff. I don’t like that there is no vent when showering. The bathroom becomes filled with steam quickly.

Everything was pretty good, except there are no restaurants close by other than McDonald's and Wendy's.

As soon as you walk in the front doors it strongly smells of chlorine. The room was okay. The pillows were not good and they didn't have anymore at the front desk. The pool area was extremely hot and hard to breathe, because the chlorine was so strong. The door to the chemical room in the pool area was rusting out badly at the bottom. The breakfast was very very basic. Not many options.

Nice place to stay To visit holiday world

This property was one of the cleanest we have ever stayed at. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was nice, although the lighting over the sink wasn't great. The breakfast bar offered many choices and it was well stocked. Everything just looked very clean and well maintained. We stayed in room 325, and I meant to mention to the front desk that the dead bolt would not slide into place when we tried to lock the door. We liked the big bath towels and the mattresses and bedding were so comfortable. If I had anything to suggest, it would be some signage next to road to show where to turn into the property. We weren't sure where to turn. We ended up on some kind of access road that ran between the hotel and the main highway. That wasn't the right way to go. We tried turning into the McDonalds, thinking a road from their parking lot might exist to get over to the hotel. No luck! We finally found the road to turn onto, and had we used our GPS, it probably would have led us to that correct road; but we could see the hotel and thought we could surely find our way to the front entrance. Just a sign next to the drive would have been nice. Anyways, just a thought from a senior citizen! Thank you for your hospitality and pleasant stay.

Did not get room type or floor requested...air Conditioning was extremely loud. Bed frame was bent or broken on one end making bed noisy getting in or out of. At least the morni g staff was very pleasant and the breakfast ample and good

The manager, there was extremely friendly and went out of her way to make everything awesome. We were there for the eclipse, and she had special eclipse cookies and purple moon juice, and even had some warm hors d’oeuvres. She definitely went the extra mile to make this a great weekend for us. I give her five stars.

The entrance is still confusing, but other than that, no complaints!

There was insufficient staff. One person for desk and breakfast. As a result, we were out of eggs, coffee, forks etc. The sheets were hard to keep in place. The evening, afternoon person was competent and friendly though. The young lady at breakfast was overwhelmed, seemed to be new: not her fault! She just needed some help.

TV didn’t work but clerk was helpful with getting it to work. Not many eating options close by. Also lots of tiny ants in room.

Everything was wonderful except the bedding. It was stiff and scratchy. Some fabric softener in the dryer might help.

Convenient location for our trip; clean & reasonably priced. Only problem: we were unaware that a middle school tournament was in the area meaning that we were surrounded by active & non-quiet adolescents.

Hotel was not close to full and was given room over main entrance and next to family with loud young children. Every time someone came in and out of the hotel we could hear the sliding door open. Then when they went down for breakfast and starting checking out we couldn’t sleep. Beds were fine and bathroom was clean. It’s the most annoying bathroom door, always closing shut. I’m all my stays for work, several nights a month, have I ever stayed in a hotel that the bathroom door automatically closes. I spoke to Brooke upon leaving about room noise concerns. She said why didn’t we walk to move and offered no resolution. We were exhausted and didn’t realize the amount of noise until unpacked and settled in for bed.

Nice staff Very clean, and everything in excellent condition. Plenty of parking Near McDonald’s, Subway and some other restaurants.
