Perfectly serviceable hotel near Holiday World. Room was quiet and clean, the place in good shape. Pricey for what it is, and local food options are very limited, but if you’re in the area for a visit to Holiday World, which I suspect a lot of guests are, this is a decent option.

Hotel was very outdated, it stinks when you first walked in. The room smelt like mildew and the blankets had stains and burn holes and it was a non smoking room.

Our room was musty. The a.c unit leaked on the floor. My daughters room the floor was wet and the smell wast a musty smell and her bathroom was not clean. Maybe they were short staffed?

Very old and dirty; someone was smoking pot down the hall and it filled our room. Will not stay here again.

Beds were stained with what appeared to be coffee and/or pee. Carpet was disgusting. Elevator was jn poor working order. Smell was musty and you had to keep the air on 65 to acrually feel cool in there. No fan in bathrrom which added to the mustiness. Ceilings were stained and had different colored paint jn bathroom. Just felt gross. Will not recommened and will never stay here agaj .

Easy check-in and out! Very friendly staff. Smelled nice. Extremely comfy beds and pillows. 3 fast food places walkable distance. 10 min drive to holiday world. Great stay.

This hotel was alright. When you walked in there was a sick smell of cigars other than that it was okay

Pros: Extremely close to Holiday World, which was the entire reason we booked this hotel. Felt Safe and the room was quiet. Cons: 1. The room conditions seemed okay at first, but once you were in the room for any amount of time you could tell it really wasn’t clean. The comforter was wrapped in a sheet (rather than a duvet cover) and once that fell to the side you could see how dirty the comforter actually was. The top cover thing that draped over the comforter was stained with what looked like a blood splotch. The room was also not tidied during the day 2. The breakfast was not good. The waffle mix was completely separated. The baked goods ran out so fast the worker couldn’t keep up. There was very limited seating. The worker our second day wasn’t using gloves when restocking the food. I only hope he washed his hands after changing the trash. The worker for the front desk was the same as the breakfast worker which seemed to really be too much work. There was no coffee the first day. 3. Our room was humid even with the air on. Definitely smelled of mold. 4. My kids reported that a child was working cleaning rooms. 5. Internet was horrible. You couldnt do anything. I was so glad I didn’t have to work, because it would have been impossible. We were trying to watch tv and that was also connected to the internet so it was blurry and choppy. Looks like a Dunkin’ Donuts is going in next door, thank goodness! That would be a welcome relief to the horrible ‘free’ breakfast.

Everything was great except my bed spread had several big brown marks on the corners. Looked like very dark makeup???

The room was very comfortable, very close to the water park we went to. Enjoyable stay

The stay was fine but I’ve been over charged and it’s really upsetting because I didn’t have money to buy things at holiday world.

The ac was leaking water in the floor and soaked the carpet.

The price paid to stay at this hotel was not worth it. The hallway smelled. Our room had ants on the floor, so we couldn’t put anything down without ants getting on it. The carpet in our room felt damp. There were stains on our cover. We had to turn the air all the way down to 65 to even feel the air conditioner.

The staff was very nice. The breakfast was ok. The location to Holiday World was by far the best!

This hotel was adequate at best. The breakfast had limited options. The room was relatively clean and the beds were comfortable, but the hotel is out dated and in need of updating. The hallway flooring is carpeting which was filthy in its appearance and there was the same pile of spilled cereal within the elevator during our entire 2-day stay. There is a gas station, several restaurants and a CVS Pharmacy right next door. It’s also an easy 10 minute drive to Holiday World…

The pool was so small that when another family of 5 got in we had to get out because there wasn’t enough room for us to move.

Very courteous and quick check-in. Highly recommend!

Clean

It was just satisfactory. Noting more, nothing less....

Hotel is convenient to Holiday World. Staff is friendly. Room was not the cleanest. There was only one small bar of soap for handwashing and shower use. There were stains on mattress and something very sticky on carpet near bed. I put a towel over it so we wouldn’t step on it. Did not eat breakfast as line was very long.

$169 a night?? Not worth it. Floors were filthy, elevator was not clean at all. The room was ok but not worth $169 maybe if I was charged $50 a night.

We were very please with our stay. Everything was clean and the breakfast was good. Only thing I would suggest was that the bathroom had vents. The water pressure was great as well. We stayed 07/01/24 to 07/03/24. The gentleman at the desk was very nice and helpful.

I have stayed here a few times when our family goes to Holiday World. Overall I don’t expect much, just a place to crash for the night. We had a huge spider in room 101 which was surprising, but it happens sometimes. I got the spider out and reported to the desk to have the room cleaned, specifically mentioning the spider and the area under the AC unit that I wanted taken care of. When we returned to the room it had been cleaned but they didn’t do anything about the spider webs and egg sacks under the AC unit.

It was a quiet place to sleep for the night after being at Holiday World all day. The location was nice 3 restaurants within walking distance.

we checked in early before heading to the water park and when we came back to sleep we realized the room was dirty, the sheets had old stains, the bathroom tub was super dirty, they painted the bottom of the tub with this slip paint and it was dangerous when wet, the whole hotel needs a cleaning, kush hospitality needs to spend some money and clean up the place, I will never stay here again so long as I live, dont say i dint warn you.

The hotel was outdated and had a very musty smell from the time you walked in. The sheets were dirty, the vent cover in the bathroom was missing and the towels had stains on them too.

Not much quality at this Quality Inn. Some of the cons included…front desk staff was not friendly and incredibly hard to communicate with, wrong room, rooms smelled weird, and bathroom in need off maintenance. There were several other items that just need to be corrected in order to justify the price of these rooms. Please understand my review is based on the price we paid. If this was a much cheaper room I could accept the condition but not price they are charging.

They didn’t have the air conditioning on in our room during the heatwave so it took forever to cool down, there was stains on the air conditioning that looked like blood which scared our kids, and the breakfast was terrible! Not a lot of choices and running out well before ending. Next time we will skip the stay and drive the extra time home. Not worth it!!

Wow the staff is so kind here! This really made my stay on how nice they were! The rooms were clean and nice for what we payed for and there is options of fast food walking distance if you wanted! The staff here is the best part. I would recommend for anyone who wanted to stay.
