Terrible housekeeping and room cleanliness

The size of the room was great! We were happy with the cleanliness.

There was too much chlorine in the pool, it made swimming uncomfortable. However my kids still managed.

Nothing was enjoyable about this property.

Where to begin….. There was an extremely loud humming noise that was as if you were standing next to a generator the entire stay. The air conditioner fan was very loud and rattling. Sounded like a diesel truck anytime the air ran. The dead bolt did not align properly so it was unusable. The door wasn’t hung correctly so there were large gaps all the way around the entire door. The shower had hardly any water pressure with a high pitch squeal anytime that it was in use. The piece down the middle of the headboard was broken off. When I tried to switch rooms the front desk told me that there was nothing she could do. They would have to talk to general manager but wouldn’t know when they would be able to get back to them and they would have maintenance come check it out in the morning after we left.

We went through 3 rooms till we found one that was clean. It's like the staff just gave up and went home for the day and quit cleaning rooms.

It was straight down the road from holiday world

It's confusing that the hotel is on eastern standard time and holiday world is central but when I'm at my hotel instead of HW, my phone tells me a time in central instead of eastern, but that's all right.

The breakfast the staff but only one staff was bad she made us repay and it was a mistake

i think the breakfast should've been better theres a lot of stuff but no bacon or any of that good stuff

staff super friendly rooms were pretty clean

The pool was awful. Had the worst smell made our nose and eyes burn couldn’t even use it, and it was my son’s birthday the purpose of us getting a hotel room ruined our weekend.
