I am so glad that I stayed at Sable. The staff was super friendly upon arrival, and I was able to check-in early for a small fee. Thanks, Myra! You can't beat the views of the skyline and lake. Sable is separated from the hustle and bustle of the city and a quiet spot to rest, if that's your thing. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It is one of the better hotels I've been to in my travels. Highly recommend!

Very pleased with your hotel over Mother’s Day weekend your front desk staff was excellent on the phone and in person thoroughly recommend this hotel anytime somebody wants to visit the heart of Chicago can’t beat the location. The view was incredible.

Usually, Hilton is really good about connecting my points to Hilton Honors account. But we only had one coffee cup in our room. That would not have been a big deal. I called to ask them to bring another one up along with more coffee and creamers. We never received them. Not at all Hilton's MO. The view was gorgeous.

It was a very challenging stay at the Sable. Housekeeping was the astoundingly poor -- torn or stained towels, broken appliances in the room, lack of replenishment of various items, or just completely absent housekeeping. I was without shower gel and lotion the entire trip, because it was never replenished, even when requested (I gave up on day 3). I was communicative throughout, as you are connected to the front desk by text, but it didn't result in action or resolution. There are very few dining options on there, and if you are vegetarian, your only option is the house salad (and both the restaurants and room service end at 9PM during the week, even with events at the convention center next door). Overall, a bizarre stay. They simply don't think about the comfort or needs of their guests.

It was my first time staying here and chose to stay due to the beautiful location and view of the hotel. The only thing I didn’t like is that there was no complimentary water and there were no hair conditioner and lotion in the bathroom. I mean for the price I paid, free water should have been offered and it only shows they never check or refill their bathroom necessities! I showered without hair conditioner and lotion i mean yeah they matter to me! Nothing much offered, no pool!!! Other than that I love the view & location:-)

Staff was very courteous and respectful. There is a restaurant with a breakfast buffet, average quality food, but very convenient for a quick bite before exploring the city.

The view was amazing! Everything was clean and the staff we're very friendly. The only thing I didnt like was that the beds weren't very comfy. Other than that everything was perfect. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel would have recieved 5 star, but the bed was very hard . The room itself was very vlean. Yhe view of skyline at night and morning sunrise was perfect. The location on Navy Pier is great for what we wanted to do.

Customer Service was great, chauffeur was wonderful, restaurant is much to be desired. Food was decent but paid full price for the half missing buffet. It took nearly 20 minutes to get our drinks and another 30 to pay our bill. Little excessive for the lack of tables being served.
Aside from that hiccup, every thing was great.

Easy valet parking, but a bit pricey. ($72/day)Front desk girl was snobby at check in. Room was beautiful, comfy bed, clean, and the view!! AMAZING! Only 1 coffee pod in the room, had to ask for more & it was supplied. Food & drink in Lyrica was good, service was slow, and it was not busy. However, the breakfast buffet was nothing more than anything you could get free at a Holiday Inn, except the waffle maker and on fancier plates, and it was $22 PER PERSON! And coffee was extra. The cleaning people that you run into in the hallways were very polite & helpful. I probably would stay here again but only for the view.

The lining and sheets was so bad and dirty otherwise everything good but I’ll never go back there ,
I booked for 2 days but I just stayed for one day and I paid for the the second day but i couldn’t sleep in the room because it’s not clean .

Beautiful hotel. Double queen room was very nice - comfortable beds. Very clean. kinda small but the bathroom was huge. We arrived an hour prior to the listed check-in of 4pm. Lobby desk was very welcoming and professional. They told us our room was available and ready for us but that there was a $50 charge to check-in and have access to our room one hour early. We paid it but I thought it was kinda lame. Valet parking was great. Quick and it was nice being allowed in-and-out privileges thru out the day.

I chose the hotel for its location and fantastic views of the lake and skyline. Guest service fell short a few times and when notified, staff made corrections. I will return for the location with managed expectations.

Loved staying here, the only thing I didn’t like as you do have to pay about 40-60 dollars in parking per night. I wasn’t aware about this, until we got to the hotel and had to park. But honestly that was the only complaint, that’s why I’m still giving a five star. All round nice staff, clean room, and great view. Definitely wouldn’t mind staying here again!!

I loved the customer service my family and I received! The hotel is beautiful, the VIEW from my room was breathtaking!
My Only complaint is the parking. I think as a guest of the hotel we should receive a discount on parking.

The room was beautiful but the bed was kinda hard and i have back problems so i had a bad night, also we could hear people talking from another room thru the vent. Almost seemed as if they were in the room with us
