This 2,600 square foot home sits on top of its very own hilltop perch and provides almost 360-degree red rock views with its two incredible balconies. You will find yourself nestled onto a red rock hilltop that provides abundant outdoor living spaces and beautifully decorated interiors. It is the perfect place to unwind after a day of hiking to relax with multiple outdoor spaces allowing for ultimate privacy. Breathtaking views, perfect location, amenities for everyone and desired home layout makes Manzanita your next home while in Sedona on vacation!

BEDROOMS:

This home is a two-story, four-bedroom, and three-bathroom house that boasts a gourmet kitchen, two balconies, one patio, hot tub, fire pit, BBQ, and walking distance to Uptown! The main floor is the top floor with the great room, dining room, kitchen, Main Bedroom & ensuite, a private door to the patio area, and the second king bedroom. The lower level has an additional king and double twin bedrooms with a full bathroom. Bedrooms boast plenty of space to spread out for some relaxation and are equipped with TVs for entertainment.

GROUNDS:

Enjoy the views and native Arizona landscape surrounding the property as you sit nestled in Sedona's Red Rocks. This home is within walking distance to Uptown's shops, restaurants, hiking trails, and Tlaquepaque shopping center! Sedona is a town where location is everything and Manzanita allows for a one-stop for all your Sedona needs. Unwind after a day in your hot tub or around the outdoor fire pit while soaking in the million-dollar view or star gazing after the sun goes down.

Beginning with a perfect location! Such a lovely home. Absolutely stunning views. Beautifully appointed (the art was swoon-worthy). Comfortable rooms in which to sleep; wonderful common spaces in which to "veg". Loved the back deck and we enjoyed it every evening and morning. The hot tub was used nightly by one of my friends. I hated to leave. And, we will return!

A lovely property. Well laid out and very functional. Good location within walking distance of the Main Street The highlight though is the balcony with fabulous views of surrounding red rocks.

Wow! What a fantastic home! Loved the comfy and beautifully decorated house, the views, walking to town, hiking on the javalina trail that takes off very nearby, stargazing from the hot tub, and time with our family.

This home is lovely. My 4 sisters and I loved being surrounded by all the art and decor of this house on top of the stunning views out every window. One thing we would suggest however is having directions on site for using the TV, the fire pit, and the hot tub. We had to call for directions on the fire pit and then enjoyed it once before it ran out of gas. It didn’t work properly after I changed the propane tank. We never did get Netflix on the television working. With three switchers sitting on the buffet a use manual could have been helpful. Regardless, this is a beautiful place to stay and I would rent it again.

The home (not house) was even lovelier than the photos online. We were in Sedona celebrating my daughter’s 40th bday, and I wanted to make the trip extra special for her. I selected this property for the esthetic and vibe I thought my daughter would love. The home was a huge success! Everyone loved the house - plenty of room to be together or apart, super comfy beds and pillows, amazing views, well equipped kitchen, great location. It was the perfect place to stay and explore Sedona.

My business partner and I had a slight hiccup upon arriving, the cleaners hadn't done their thing before check-in but Ann, our POC, was on it and they eventually came later that same day to straighten up for us. The property is as mesmerizing as it is functional. It's beautifully curated with plenty of space to relax. We would absolutely stay here again. Very grateful for the experience!

Our group had a wonderful and relaxing stay at this beautiful home. The views are fabulous from just about any room and there is plenty of room to spread out. We were able to walk to/from town with ease. We loved the big round dining room table and the outdoor fire pit seating area. The kitchen is VERY well stocked. Only negative is that a couple people mentioned that it’s time for a couple mattress upgrades, especially the room with twin beds.

This was the perfect spot for our quiet girls getaway. Beautiful home with everything one could need, amazing views from balconies on all sides of the home, very walkable to great restaurants, trails and shopping. Spectacular night sky in all directions. Couldn't ask for more.

The property was great. Clean, spacious, beautiful views and plenty of wild life spottings (rare birds, coyotes, javalinas, mule deer, etc.) to keep hanging on the deck fun. The Uptown shopping strip is about a half mile walk with some hills, but simple enough if you're in OK shape. We had an incredibly hot week and the A/C worked great when we needed it.The famous Sedona trails are all within 10-20 minute drives. Highly recommended.

Great property and well equipped. The outdoor fire pit patio is spectacular. We spent most of our time out there! Use of the garage was great to assembly and store our bikes during our stay!

Our stay at the Manzanita home completely exceeded our expectations. The views of the red rocks truly are breathtaking from the home and porches. The kitchen is fully stocked with every thing needed and more to enjoy home cooked meals with family and guests. We found the home to be plenty spacious, well maintained and conveniently located to the sites and shopping in Sedona. We loved our stay.

House was a great location with spectacular views. Everything we needed for a girls weekend. We were able to walk to coffee, restaurants & shopping. Kitchen was well equipped & hot tub was great. Only complaint was that the check-in information had conflicting information. We weren't able to get ahold of anyone & the management company didn't respond until the next day. Fortunately after searching through various emails & app notes, we were able to get in on our own. Not a great way to start the trip, but the house was great.

We had a lovely time at tjis well appointed home in Sedona uptown area. We enjoyed both the beauty and convenience of the location. I highly recommend Sedona for people wanting to hike and bike during vacation with family. The restaurants in Sedona offer great variety and quality. We will be back!

Truly gorgeous property surrounded by breathtaking views. The photos on VRBO were enticing, but we were blown away by the beauty when we arrived. The home is upscale, High quality construction, beautifully decorated. Scenery from almost every window is…WOW. We will be back! Make sure you get detailed instructions on the fire pit. EZ to operate once you know the steps.
