Sedona Splendor is a marvelous property located in West Sedona with spectacular red rock views of Sugarloaf and Thunder Mountain, and hiking trails practically out the door. You will also be close to shopping, restaurants and many other Sedona attractions and activities.
The remodeled one-level property is spacious with 2,371 square feet and offers three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a bonus room, to accommodate up to eight guests. It is also pet friendly (up to two dogs allowed with prior approval and additional $200 non-refundable pet fee).
You will enter this gorgeous home through the front door, stepping right into the great room with an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings and hardwood flooring throughout. This main living area holds the living room, kitchen and dining area.
Living Room: Features comfortable leather furnishings, a 65” HD Smart TV with IOS AirPlay streaming capabilities, cable programming, Bose sound bar, Blu-Ray DVD player, and access to the covered patio and backyard.
Kitchen: The kitchen is open and bright and is fully equipped with all the utensils needed for your homemade meals. You will find stainless steel appliances, including an electric range with double ovens, stone countertops, and a large kitchen island that will make entertaining and meal prep a breeze!
Dining Area: A dining table with seating for six or put the new a 4-seat bistro table next to the dining table for additional seating.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom — King size bed, 50” Smart TV, backyard access. The private bathroom features double sinks, walk-in closet, and a separate tile shower.
Bedroom 2 — Queen bed, 43” Smart TV, and access to the full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 3 — Two twin beds (can be put together for king upon request with additional $30 fee), 43” Smart TV, and access to the full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

House was amazing/beautiful. Tastefully decorated, enough beds/ bathrooms for all. Loved the multiple outdoor covered seating areas, plus the pool was a plus & hot tub. Loved the area we were in quiet, views from house amazing. In a great area for shopping, restaurants etc.
Day before arrival check in sheet with all details was extremely helpful? Plus departure day before also. We truly enjoyed our stay here, we hope to come back here again.

The house was amazing and just as wonderful, if not better than the pictures! Everything was spotless when we arrived. The location and layout allowed for enjoyment of the spectacular views in almost every area. The bed was very comfortable, the TV was huge, the pool was very refreshing and the hot tub was clean, hot and very relaxing. The central AC along with the fan kept the house nice and cool at all times(in August!). We bought a 1 cup Keurig on Amazon (had it delivered to Sedona)because we didn't see one in the description(regular coffee maker). When we got there, there was already a Keurig. We donated our 1 cup to the house and left it behind. The island counter was huge and really made food prep and meal time a breeze. We hiked Sugarloaf 1st(seen from the house), best for beginners. Then we did Bell Rock(our favorite) which can get steep to climb the higher you go. The last was Devil's Bridge which was well worth the long, difficult climb. Just amazing hikes all around! Plenty of restaurants 5-8 minutes down the road. Outdoor dining was available almost everywhere! Sedona Splendor was the perfect place to celebrate our 15th anniversary and we would absolutely love to stay there again in the future!

This house surpassed our expectations. We stayed as a family of 5 - our 3 college age kids and we had more than enough space. It was too cold to enjoy the pool and beautiful yard but we did enjoy the hot tub. It was close to wherever we wanted to go get private when we wanted to come home to a peaceful setting with beautiful views of the red rocks. We did hike the tea cup trail one day and literacy walked to the trailhead from this home. Totally recommend!

We celebrated my dad's birthday at this property and it was a much needed respite. The hot tub was great and when we had an issue with the fire pit, someone from the management company came over to assist. Would recommend to a family or group of friends just looking for a clean, comfy house and gorgeous views.

Pictures don’t do this place justice. It was immaculately clean upon arrival. The house was so spacious which allowed all members of our group to be able to spread out. The yard was HUGE and was perfect to have drinks and look at the beautiful red rocks near the property.
The hot tub was broken by previous guests and the property manager notified us prior to arrival. They had a repair man fix the issue by 1 pm the next day which we were really impressed with.
We all enjoyed the house and everyone said they would love to come back and stay here!

This was our first time out to AZ. Sedona is a gem! The house was absolutely wonderful! Clean, beautiful views and quiet! I had to call about 2 issues on 2 separate days and both were taken care of within the hour of calling! Would totally recommend!

Sedona Serenity
Felt like we were staying at our own private resort -10/10 stars. Early morning hikes were followed by afternoons at the pool. Location was perfect - short distance from hiking trails, restaurants- grocery stores. Views were magnificent- and it was incredibly peaceful- never heard a sound. Would definitely stay again. Pictures don’t do it justice- tons of room - 6 adults stayed here and everyone had lots of privacy. Thanks for sharing your home.

Friends from NYC and LA were blown away by the views. Perfect location. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, perfect for quiet walks in the morning. This is a beautiful home with all the amenities. It is much larger than the pictures depict. The backyard is beautiful with numerous seating areas, the pool and hot tub were lovely for our group of 6. The kitchen was also well stocked with utensils and cookware. We loved our stay and would book this rental again in a heartbeat!

The property is incredible. The house is spotless and updated. The beds are very comfortable. There is space for everyone to spread out. We loved coming back after a long day of hiking to relax. The kitchen is very functional. The outdoor space is very tranquil and we enjoyed the hot tub, birds, lovely trees and plants and especially the panoramic views. We can't wait until we come back.

Beautiful House in Amazing Location
We loved everything about this property. The house was perfect for the 4 of us and can easily accommodate a larger group of 8 people without feeling cramped. The kitchen had everything you would need to prepare meals & the backyard could pass for a private resort. The views and accessibility make this a place absolutely perfect. We walked to Sugar Loaf trail and where minutes from the restaurants, activities, and stores. I’d you are looking at this property for your vacation, don’t hesitate to book it. Amazing stay
The pictures do not do this house justice. The property is beautiful and well kept, in a great location but still a little removed from the hustle and bustle, and has every amenity you could think of. Sugar Loaf Mountain is a 10 minute walk away for a nice hike. Uptown Sedona is a 10 minute drive away. The property managers are super communicative and thought of every question we could possibly have. We would definitely rent here again!
