Rooms : Ground floor: Entrance hall, lounge, dining room, kitchen, utility room, cloakroom with W.C. First floor: Master bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite, king-size bedroom with occasional day bed, double bedroom, family bathroom with roll-top bath, separate large shower and W.C.
Kitchen & utilities : Extensive units, granite-topped island, Belfast sink, range cooker, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, American style fridge, dishwasher, freezer, automatic washer, tumble dryer.
Entertainment : Smart T.V., Wi-Fi, log burning stove.
For families : A cot and high chair can be requested
Outside : Terraced garden with furniture
Parking : Allocated parking for two small cars is provided and additional parking can be found on the quiet lane below the cottage. Electric car charging point available @ small additional cost (must be requested at time of booking).
General : WiFi, linen and towels are provided. Central heating, power and an initial supply of logs for the stove are included.
Pets : Pets are not allowed at this property
