Don not book this place you will regret it. I will probably have to call my bank and cut my card!!!!

unfortunately nothing about this property was good.

I cannot stress enough this is a very unsafe place it was right off I-10. Upon arrival we saw prostitution, cars full of guys hanging out in the parking lot, people we doing drug deal practically in front of the office and one lady basically through syringes of the balcony. I walked into the office didn't even check-in and asked for a cancellation as I did not feel safe with it being me and my 2 kids only, I was told that I would have to talk with booking in order to cancel. I woke up the next day and was informed the property denied my cancelation and took the money anyways. I have been using booking for a long time but Today I'm honestly disappointed with booking please do better!!!

Although I slept well the cleanliness of this hotel gets a big fat zero. I was scared to sit down anywhere and couldn’t

The bed was soooo super comfy.

Very dirty, roaches in the shower, dead crickets everywhere. There were stains on the blankets, sheets, box spring covers, and shower curtain. The chair was weird and greasy like it hadn’t been wiped down from the last person. Bathroom tub was horrifying, I ended up wearing my crocs to shower. The size of the bath towels were tremendously small I couldn’t even wrap it around my body. Desk was sticky and there were random holes in the wall. Spilt some water on the flower and used a towel to wipe it up but when I picked it back up the rag was basically brown, looks and feels like it hasn’t been mopped in ages.

Rundown, but cheap price

The property was okay. Weirdos around, but I just needed somewhere to lay my head & shower.

Run down, reeked of smoke in the room which I don’t like, not enough towels or trash bags for trash. Honestly ugly restroom, but for the price I paid I can’t complain.

Great Value for the price

The staff was friendly! Also shout out to housekeeping. They came in everyday and tidy up or left me with fresh towels.

Update: I recently returned to this same hotel and was given this room, they fixed all the issues. The A/C works (looks like it was replaced) and this time there were no bugs. I enjoyed my stay!! The A/C in my room (161) did not work. I had to sleep without the comforter because it was extremely hot in the room. The fridge also took a while to get cold. Some of the outlets did not work either. The door had about an 1 inch gap at the bottom, so a huge spider and a few critters and leaves came inside my room. The people next door to me every night were out drinking and partying.

Disgusting

No breakfast as advertised,remote didn't work,all metal racks for hangers and towels were broken just hanging there roaches,sofa smelled tub was dirty and the final thing was bedbugs and the staff were rude and aggressive so I now will never use this service nor the hotels they work with so bye bye

Needs new renovations to go along with their friendly staff.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. Great price.

The rooms were gross. Comforters we’re stained and torn, carpets were stained horrendously, showers were full of hair. A/C full of mold.

I liked the price until you realize the price should be lower for what you deal with and they have the nerve to want a deposit but the room need nasty and roach infested begrimed uncle's and dirty

It smelled. The lights didn't work, only the giant ceiling one did. Door couldn't lock. Was hair balls in toilet. Do not stay here. Sleeping in car is better
