Not soft spoken, arrogant, and argument,no knowledge

Staff behaviour not good, specially manager in reception, I want to do contact yearly but after behaviour of your manager not happy. Regarding this discuss with your Head Mr dogra but still not get any satisfaction reply.

Everything except they do not accept UPI and at the time i reached there l card machine was not working and i was not having cash, so i had to go ATM to bring them cash.

one of your receptionist and staff mentality is so poor. we have to extend our stay for one more day and the last day we are going outside for urgent work and what happened your staff person is just following us and tell pay for extended one day and pay your remaining bills this so disgusting things anyways our all luggage is in our room and we say we are paying when return back to hotel

An overall pleasant stay well supported by a courteous staff.

Breakfast was good. It had only vegetarian options, this must be noted. Serving staff was really hard working and courteous.

Noises from adjacent rooms could be certainly distracting for guests...

Not likely to recommend the property to anyone.

Compact layout for the location.

Absolutely poor service at the restaurant over dinner and especially breakfast. In adequate manpower made the good menu tasteless.

Comfortable Stay

Downtown hotel, spacious room and smiling reception and HK staff.

Water flow in the bathroom shower and tap is not proper. Maintenance required. In the bathroom closet muddy / rusty water.

Location

Room was very small and not properly maintained Basci toiletries was not provided Bed was not comfortable at all and looking very old and used much I was feeling mattress springs on my back while sleeping . No Space to sit in room at all Cupboard door was missing 😂😂

Location only near to bus stand and railway station

Mosquitos flying everywhere , mostly one lift is working for guests , after three people in the room hardly any space left,restuarant is very average Overall this place is average.
