I had a very pleasant experience during my stay. Pros: very clean, friendly and informative staff, fruit infused water in the lobby, very comfortable bed, the woman who checked me in ensured privacy by not speaking my room number and instead handing it to me face down, only 4 minutes from the airport. Cons: no bath tub in my room, in a bit of a questionable area, marijuana smells on the outside and came through my AC.

Bathroom had no fan one light did not work and the hair dryer had no switch it need to be replaced and there was no soap to wash your hands for after using the bathroom but on a pluse side the beds were extremely comfortable

Was not impressed. Lobby & hallways extremely hot. Bed not comfortable. Room was very small. Random people at breakfast that were not guests (over heard by employees) extra charges I was not made aware of till checking in. However the ladies at front desk were very friendly and funny.

The bathroom was dirty, the wall has hairs on it. The towels and linen were dirty, hair everywhere. Also I woke up with a rash, there was noise all night form the laundry machine and you would hear everything. My baby couldn’t sleep, I would never go back. Also people smoking inside the building it’s ridiculous.

We asked for room service and they never showed up. Trash overflowing and needed new towels and shampoo . Place smelled like weed from the workers and carpet dirty and only one elevator working.. and it sounded like it was going to fall apart at every stop

Without being rude the receptionist looked like she just woke up in clothes that didn’t fit and were wrinkled. We weren’t able to park up front and unload due to construction. The elevator was gross. The floor needs to be replaced as there were broken pieces and it was dirty. The walls in the room were smeared and dirty. The bathroom floor was filthy! There was no fan in the bathroom so it was so steamy and dripping from ceiling when we got out all over us! The food area I refused to even touch since the place was gross!! We stayed there overnight to be close to the hospital our daughter was having surgery at the next day and thank god it was only one night! The only nice thing I will say is the soap was a good soap and the bed was comfy!

I have stayed in government housing in third world countries better than this hotel. Absolutely disgusting. They had duct tape on the carpet and it looks like something from a horror movie. I didn’t even stay once I walked into the hotel room. I quickly went back downstairs and booked at a different hotel.

Place was run down. Came with my family for a wedding. Drive through entrance was roped off with yellow tape, hotel smelled of cigarettes, elevator was broken, AC unit duck taped, maintenance door left wide open, room looked nothing like pictures online, floor was dirty, unfinished paint on walls. Decided to leave and get another hotel

My son and I were in town for a hospital visit. The front desk lady was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and neat. The front entrance had some construction or something going on.

The property is located less than 2 miles from the airport. They have a shuttle that runs to and from the airport. It is located less than a mile from a shopping center. A gas station is very close. There are a few dining options nearby but a car provides better options. Uber pickups are common and frequent. The room was comfortable, nice and quiet. It is time for a carpet refresh and some cosmetic touch up. Breakfast was good, but the space is somewhat limited if you are a late riser. The staff was super nice, friendly and helpful.

The staff was friendly, the breakfast was adequate Unfortunately, we could not use the pool, it was green with algae, a few chairs, no tables, and no umbrellas with the heat index between 93 and 96. I did ask for an umbrella they said it blew away. There was one day I could not get anyone to answer at the front desk in the afternoon after repeated calls

The room rates and convenience to shopping and places we needed to drive to. The property is in a great place for travellers, but can use more active security measures. One male was seen trying to open patrons cars until a patron called him out. Active cameras and security may be a suggested way to help keep your customers safer. A murder or injury would be a negative mark would not look good for business.

I booked this hotel specifically because they offered a 5:00 a.m. shuttle service to the airport. However upon check in I was told the shuttle driver would not be available until 9:00 a.m. I had to scurry to find an Uber that cost me an unanticipated $50. The hotel should have had a backup plan. Very disappointing.

Tried to check in 2 hours early. I was told that my room was ready but there is a $25 dollar charge for early check in. The fitness center was pretty poor, and the elevator wasn't working properly. The toilet in my room kept running off and on during my whole stay.
