Even though we clarified we would be there past 12 the front desk worker told us our room was unavailable at this point and we had to get a different room. This was fine it was only 30 dollars more, but once we got to the room it was disgusting. I stay in motels very often and after this trip have decided never again. Gross stuff in the bathtub on the floors. The next morning we saw staff members walking around the parking lot sweeping in their underwear. So unprofessional and overall disgusting. Nobody wants to walk out of their hotel room and see someone who works there half naked.

Take your money and stay somewhere else trust me you will be glad you did. I have pictures but see I can’t share here but this experience for my family was horrible. First the crystal clear water that’s advertised in the picture which is the reason I booked here so my kids could swim is green and nasty looks like it hasn’t been serviced in a year. The room had hairs not a hair, hairssss all in the tub and dirt of some sort all over the bottom etc, etc I could go on about the room but the worst headache and I do mean a literal headache was the fire alarm beeping every minute I had the worst migraine and after day two I couldn’t take it anymore and went and asked if they had a battery they could supply and they said no they don’t. I had to go to the store myself and buy a battery. Not worth your money!! I feel robbed.

I took pictures in hopes I could share but I see I can’t! I’m so disappointed with this hotel. First, the pool looked as if I’d hadn’t been serviced all year green and covered in algae. The only reason I got this hotel was for the clear sparkling pool that was advertised in the pictures so my kids could swim. Thennn… the room was dirtyyy left over hairs in the tub brown looking dirt of some sort inside, list goes on but of the biggest headaches and I mean a literal headache was the fire alarm ringing in the room every minute. I had the worst headache and couldn’t take it anymore went and asked the front desk if they could supply a battery and they said they don’t have one. We had to go to the store and buy one to go in it. Please take your money and stay somewhere else.

The ‘front desk’ personnel let drug addictions in and out because they are ‘not a threat.’ A man was next to my room apparently with a night woman and front desk was closed. No one answered phones, either. After all this they had the nerve to tell me at 7am that the tv they had in my room was too loud and causing a disturbance! The bed sheets were dirty as well as the walls

Check in went smoothly. Entering the room regretted immediately. The room smelled strongly of cigarettes and staleness. The room had two undersides full beds with no other furniture, not even an end table between the beds. The receptacle to plug a phone in was loose in the wall. Visible black mold in splotches on the entire ceiling. Freezer in mini fridge was frozen and could not close. Cheap soap and toiletries. Water damage in bathroom. Did get another room because of freezer but room two was in same condition. Pool was green with something floating in it. Breakfast offered was Jimmy Dean premade croissants, premade pastries, and assorted juice with bananas. Coffee was available but not fresh at 6:20 am. Blue pieces of paper were given out as breakfast passes I can only assume to keep the roving crack heads from coming in for a sit down. Anyway, never again, would not recommend. Stay across the street at True! Or anywhere else.

Room was not what I expected. Showed signs of age. Fridge was rusty. Curtains were not connected at top properly. Never got the internet pass word. Breakfast was good but no ice was available in the one ice machine on property. Would class as a two star establishment at best.

We felt like we were in a motel that was out of a drug hood. People living there permanently. I killed two roaches. A puddle formed around the leaking toilet. No blanket on our bed. We had six different cleaning and maintenance people knock on our door from 9:25 till 1:00pm. We had a late check out. Never again. Only stayed that night.

Some how my room got cancelled for one night and I had to pay double what I paid the night before. Don't know if it was the hotels fault or Expedias fault. The whole time I stayed I had to take a cold shower. The sheets were dirty on the king bed. I gave up my towels for new ones and was told I would get new ones later that day... NEVER got towels kept telling me they were waiting on them to be washed. The curtains do not close all the way and you can see inside the room. They do not have hair dryers in the rooms.

I do not usually write review. But this location warrants one. so we arrive early , so i normally go in and fill out necessary paper work and wait for time to check in. when we arrived i went in to get things start and was told that i couldn't check in till 3.oo. I said i knew that that I was hoping to get all the paper work out off the . Repeatedly , I was told i could go in til 3.00. i understood that. so I proceed to wait til 3.00. As luck would have it it started to rain very hard. no problem. i go back in at 5 til three to find out that there is no power. I realize this is not their fault but the manager simple walked away from 5 of us waiting for rooms and answers. So 45 minutes later the power is return. so once again we go in to get cards for our room. i had to redo everything i had done for the room. Ok no problem. fast forward to next day. we try to be economical and only requested fresh towel. when we returned for the day no one had been to our room. we called front desk and was told it would be after 6. for fresh towels. at.10.oo we went to front desk and was told they were still drying. next morning still no towel. we returned second day only to still have no towel 4th contact with maid and front desk we got towels. third day we decide to go to pool, It was locked. went to front desk to have some open. Was told ok be right down. 38 minutes we finally have someone unlock the gate for pool. We watch a drug deal go down in the parking lot before we left. NEVER AGAIN

Terrible, terrible, terrible…. Just pure NASTY. Bed sheets were dingy looking and stained . Didn’t sleep at all after seeing not 1 but 3 Roaches…..run down place. The only thing that was good was the toiletries. There was a hole in the bathroom the door was so nasty the room smelled badly the bed was just awful every time we moved it felt like either it was going to BLOW up or fall .. room has not been vacume and so where the bed sits at its full of crumbs and just nasty little dropping but I have no one to blame but myself for not reading the reviews earlier ….. lesson learned … they also say you get what u paid for …….

Service window after 9:00pm? Dirty towels, left, bathroom not cleaned, not ebough quilts, called for service and they didn't bring any, asked the front desk and excuses but they didn't bring any. Place is not weell kept, matresses outside, dirty hallways, it looks like a very bad motel, not something where Windham should be associating with. never brought it. This place

Severely unmaintained room. The the antislip safety strips on the tub floor were completely worn away. The shower curtain rod has obviously been used to provide a safety bar for stepping into & out of the tub, so it was half way to falling off and the curtain would not stay in place, allowing shower spray all over the floor. Wall plug by bed was an electrical hazard because it was not properly installed. The weather stripping along the base of the room door was unattached and bent, allowing bugs and possibly snakes entry (not experienced during our stay, which we shortened from 3 nights to 2). Wyndham clearly does not have a corporate stay & review process for this dump.

There where drinks outside all night long screaming keeping my kids awake had to call police the room originally put me in was dirty and had me check in later then arrival time breakfast shuts done half hour early staff was rude about coming 15 till close ! The room(s) were atrocious. The first room they put us in had NO SAFETY lock on the door - it was ripped out of the the door frame. There was standing water all over the floor on the side of the bed. When we requested a new room, they moved us to a room that the door would not close. It had to be lifted up and slammed to close. Sheets were dirty and smelled musty. BAD BAD BAD experience.

When we showed up at the room the curtain was hanging half way off the the curtain rod, the towel seat was ready to fall off and the safety door catch was broke off as of the door had been kicked in. Looks nothing like the pictures and no ice machine. Employees out front smoking pot and not helpful at all.
