Started with check in. It's Orlando, it's the weekend the hotel is hosting multiple large conventions, and only one person working the front desk? There was also a kiosk you could use which was also slow. So check in took a good while. The hotel had no water! Staff didn't bother to let anyone who was checking in know this so when you got to your room and used the toilet you got one flush and you were stuck with the rest. Staff told guests that the water would be up soon. It took much longer than they told guests and when the water finally did come on there was no hot water. Since the water had been down for so long when it finally came on it was brown. So you had to run the water for a long time to get it to at least look clean. The manager did comp us a drink at the bar and free breakfast for the entire weekend. The breakfast was good. The Bartender at the bar was great! She was the best part of the whole weekend! Super helpful and friendly.

The staff was friendly. I could not get anyone on the phone from my room to the front desk. The room was very clean. the coffee in the room is awful. The soap, shampoo and conditioner was useless and awful.

Trash piled up outside. Bed had tons of hair. Bathroom had a bug. Elevator took forever.

No ice machine on any floor but number one and most of the time that was empty. Coffee pot not Kuerig type. No microwave in room. Fridge not very cold to keep items.

Very dated property. Water was out for approximately 8 hours on the first night. No one told us at check-in. Then no hot water later in the weekend.

Hotel was virtually empty. Overall maintenance is declining. Clean enough but boring. If yoy want to be bored stay here. Starbucks on site if you like paying 5 bucks with tip for a coffee. No thanks.

I did not like the remote checking person. I had an issue with my credit card.It was hard to hear them and overall.I would have rather have been talking to a person in front of me. Very disappointing expeeience.

The main issue was that we had to call everyday for coffee, toilet paper, shampoo, cups. We upgraded and still had to call, however even after calling 3 times and another time in the morning, no one came. We also had the key card stop working and had to walk a long distance to get it reactivated. The staff could care less about about of the issues. Will not stay again and would not recommend.

I have to say, our experience was wonderful. We evacuated here for Ian and just last week for Milton again. The staff was kind, so caring about our situation. Everyone was working so hard. I highly recommend this hotel.

I was attending for the IPMS Modelpalooza which they host each year. I was pleasantly surprised of the amenities. Although an older hotel, it was clean and modern. Having a bar, Pizza Hut, sushi bar, restaurant, car rental, gym, courtesy buses to the parks and a pool. You get a lot for the money.

We were there for evaluation orders, we had no housekeeping no pool your restaurants were closed except starbucks and the bar. And I fully understand why i do!! I just understand why you still charged people your resort fee and pet fees, knowing people didn't use your amenities and only brought pets because on hurricane. But i did bring my pet because ww had too!! So ill pay that fee but i want all resort fees and resort taxes removed. 8 would of said something when we checked out but they didn't have bill for us. Overall it as ok. We found that some of the common areas, hallways and our room that at times it didn’t feel like there was any air conditioning. We were there for a convention and the main room always felt very warm.

Front desk woman was rude. Charged me a second time for a daily resort fee that was already part of the hotels.com price. Air conditioning in most common areas was nonexistent and air conditioner in room was loud and sounded like it was dying. Elevators didn't work correctly most of the time and were hot as an oven. Their "restaurant" was terrible. Precooked grilled chicken patties dipped in batter and fried and our orders came out more than 25 minutes apart. Mini fridge in room froze everything and door was broken. Will not be back.

Fist off, in the room you could hear pretty much everything around you. Our room was surrounded by people with barking dogs and crying babies. It was very annoying. Then on Sat, all of the elevators broke so everyone had to climb the outside stairs to and from their rooms.

Room and bathroom were not properly cleaned! I found a sock under the bed that was not ours, towels were left on top of the toilet seat not put back by housecleaning. Overall I like the play area for kids and Starbucks.

We are Wyndham Rewards members and WDW Annual passholders. We visit WDW many times each year and stay at the Wyndham Orlando Resort if we cannot get a Room at the All Star Music Resort. The September 2024 trip was booked at the Wyndham. The rooms have been renovated and the complex is close to the Animal Kingdom. BEWARE: The check-in area had no person at registration. There is a kiosk with a video screen with a person situated in the PHILIPPINES taking your personal and CREDIT CARD information. He has you upload your personal and credit card info to him in the Philippines to complete the registration. It is not comforting to know that your info is floating around somewhere it shouldn’t be. Not sure if I will stay at this hotel in the future.

This was our 3rd year there for National Showgirl and Showman Pageantry. 2022 was beautiful, 2023 was ruff and a lot of repairs needed, and I was happy to see the repairs done (mostly) for 2024! Love this hotel!

Check in was bad as keys did not work I had to go back to front desk, no A/c in elevators or the halls on each floor, then the hotel allowed a car park in front of other cars making it almost impossible to move, I tried to tell staff but there was no front desk staff.

The room was clean and organized, but other from that everything is average. The hotel also charges a fee of $30 per night for some reason. Room doors have a big gap underneath and the a/c in the room hallways does not work well. Also the entry points from the parking to each tower are very limited.

Upon checking in (late at night after a long and tiring day at the theme parks) I was asked if I wanted a king room instead of 2 queens like I originally reserved. I said yes. When getting to that floor, right out of the elevators it was hot in the hallway. When entering the room, there was an immediate weird smell (smelled like mold). The AC unit in the room was completely broken and taken apart with the pieces just sitting on the floor. I went downstairs and asked for a new room. Upon entering this new room, there was again a weird smell. The room was outdated and looked NOTHING like the pictures online of what I reserved. The toilet was dirty. There was no hot water in the shower. The shower had a gigantic tub that made it difficult getting in and out of. The weirdest bathtub I’ve ever seen in my life. Not what I was expecting or hoping, especially after a very long day at the park. It was disappointing and I’ll never be staying there again.

I requested extra pillows my first night and never received them. The second night I requested extra towels and pillows. I received the extra towels; however, I was told I wouldn't receive the extra pillows until the next morning which is when I was checking out. It's also a little inconvenient to be staying two nights and the hotel offer cleaning services every other day, the "other day" being the day I check out. It'd be nice to come back to a tidy room after being out all day. Finally, housekeeping comes by the morning you check out wanting to know when you're leaving. If check out is posted to be a certain time, as a guest I'll be out by then.

You definitely get what you pay for. The room was fine but the lobby and eating area felt icky. The furniture had stains and blotches everywhere. Structurally a nice place, just didn’t seem well managed and kept.
