My only suggestion would be to upgrade the beds. They weren’t terrible but they were very comfortable. They were pretty small too.

Lovely spacious villa in quiet area. Dated but well laid out. Good pool, bad management company!

The pool area was fantastic (once we had cleaned it) and the layout of the villa was great for two families.

The pool area was very dirty, we spent the first evening cleaning it. Despite what the management company state below, it was not acceptable, muck and leaves everywhere and a cigarette butt/ash left on the small patio table. There were NO cleaning products left for us so we had to buy our own. They also asked us to put the laundry on before we left, again no detergent was provided so this was also at our expense. There was no WiFi or TV (bill had not been paid) so we had to use a significant amount of data to get all the problems sorted...again at our expense. Management company not interested and even thanked us for cleaning the pool area! If you are the owner of this property, find another agent!

Master bath sink is rusted through Several of the blinds are in bad shape Shower in back bathroom drains very slowly Air pump to Jacuzzi has come loose from pvc pipe, I put it back together but it needs to be glued back on Most of the wood surfaces have water damage from drinks No washcloths or hand towels in bathrooms Front door damaged at ground level, casing moves when you push on door Light over master bath tub does not come on Things that could be better without much cost No dish rags for hand washing dishes No wash cloths in bathrooms Knives could stand sharpening More towel would be nice

House was nice and spacious with everything you could need

Beds was horrible to try and sleep on, mattresses well past their sleep on date, message host after the first night, still waiting for a response. Travelling the 20 miles to Orlando and the parks took up to an hour each day one way with all the traffic on the I4.

We enjoyed ourselves and there is so much potential to be great with this house.

It was easy to get to and big enough for a family

Pool was green when we arrived. Couldn’t swim for two days - so we paid for heating to a pool we couldn’t use. Beds are old and lumpy and recommend they get an exterminator for the ants in the kitchen.

I am terribly sorry but the stay was horrible, I am not a person to complain but do not rent here!

The keys were in a lock box, easy to get. They sent out a maintenance crew to fix some stuff, I was not at the house but was then informed that the crew had there own key! I didnt appreciate people going into the house when I wasn't there

DO NOT RENT!!! This was my fathers 80th birthday present, a trip to the Daytona 500 so I decided to stay in Kissimmee to be close to friends. I was so upset that this special trip was ruined by this house. I never complain and this was my first rental property, next time I will get a hotel. There were cockroaches in this house! We had to keep the lights on so they wouldn't come out. The property manager was horrible to deal with and they over charged for the house fro the original price and refused to reimburse me. They lied and stated I had requested a house this large, it was myself and my father. When I asked for the email they stated I wrote requesting a larger house, they didn't respond. They stated that the house was in Kissimmee, it was in Davenport, 30 min from where I had requested. The house was for sale so I honestly believe they just didn't care. Please do not waste your time on this property, it is worth to pay the extra money rather than go through what I did for 6 days.

The property was dirty , we found dead lizards , insects under the bed when we arrive there , swimming pool also was dirty , the furniture was old with alot of stains on the carpets . Also the owner was un co- operative , I highly recommend to remove this property from booking list .

Excellent stay, worth the investment and perfect vacation home.

The location is beautiful, peaceful and convenient to major attractions. The Home was clean, spacious and extremely comfortable with a beautiful private pool.

Everything met our expectation. There wasn't anything we didn't like. This place even included WiFi. Perfect home away from home. We will be back.

I like the bathroom the bathroom is clean.I like the decorations on the walls I love the the presentation the tables I love the house for a sign in the pool feel comfortable.

The house wasn't that clean like the ceiling fan it was Dusty as well as the picture frames and underneath the table.

With some repairs, it could be better.

The pool was great but it was cold. The house had a lot of stains on the carpet, some damage to the cabinets, and there was a tiny piece of glass on the floor that my daughter stepped on when first coming into the kitchen. Also the stove worked for the most part, but the oven world not heat to temp. The washer leaked if you did a large load of laundry. Other than those things, the house was nice, location was good, and my family enjoyed our stay.

The issues experienced with some of the appliances were our only thing that could be improved. We are not super high maintenance people, so we were able to adapt and still enjoy ourselves.

Furniture was outdated, pool cleaner came unannounced, while I was at the property even though I arrived 1 day late (due to the check in time I needed). Linens looked dingy, and there was no grill. Road leading to rental unit gets really heavy traffic during rush hours.

The air conditioner doesn’t work. The minimum temperature were 76F and you can’t change.
