You get what you pay for. Front desk was great and helpful but room was a disappointment. Wallpaper was ripped, sheets were stained with blood (they gave us fresh clean sheets to replace them) and room was average clean. Shower worked great, that was the only real positive. But we wnet for inexpensive and that is what we got

This was a solid place for our needs. We booked the hotel to sleep at night. It was quiet and seemingly safe. Front desk guy was friendly and polite. Great experience.

The place is not bad especially for the price but I couldn't help but notice that it could use some upgrades. The toilet looked almost like it had a crack in the bowl and it had not been cleaned in a long time. The carpet had some stains in them but overall, again for the price, it was a decent place.

We checked in late and at first, were given the wrong room. Then, we checked in and because it was late went right to sleep. In the morning, we noticed the closet door/mirror was broken and there was a blood stain on the floor in the main room and a small blood splatter on the bathroom wall. We got out of there quickly.

It was a good stay. Common areas were a little dirty but it seemed that was from guests vs poor cleanliness by the property itself. Front desk staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. The area is quiet, just down the road from tons of tourist things. The property could use some updates but it was still in good working order.

The staff member that checked us in was very helpful and pleasant. When we arrived in the room, it was noted the dead lock was broken to the adjoining room. We told a housekeeper who looked at it immediately then got her supervisor to check it. She found that maintenance would be needed and Aaron arrived very quickly. He was on call. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. He installed a new deadbolt. We stayed 4 nights and had no problems. My husband enjoyed the pool. Frig and freezer section worked well. Comfortable bed and sofa. We would stay there again.

this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms are very musty and moldy smelling very tiny very outdated never had such a tiny TV in a hotel room before there is no outdoor pool. The property does not match the photo shown online. I would never recommend this place to anyone when you can smell the mold in the room that’s not good, there were actually live bats on the building wall by the door

The outside is well maintained despite being an older property. Our room was clean, however the furniture was old and in need of repair or replacement, e.g. a chair with a loose arm, a box spring with a broken corner.

There was only one ice maker. Coffee would've been nice in the morning. The people at the front desk were very nice and informative. They gave us discount coupons for restaurants. The room was very clean.

Pros: Clean rooms, staff was very friendly and helpful when we forgot our keys in the room. Affordable and in a great area close to attractions, dining, and shopping. Pool inside a greenhouse-style building and was very clean with towels provided. Beds and pillows were comfortable and the area was quiet and felt safe. Playground on-site as well. Cons: Slightly dated rooms, and our shower drain was pretty clogged up since it didn't have a hair catch of any kind (it took about 10 minutes to drain after each shower).

The staff at this property were so welcoming friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable we loved our stay and I definitely am returning as well as referring the Thunderbird to my friends and family for future stays.

Good location, friendly desk attendant. Comfortable beds, nice large carpeted room with a table and chairs , and that helped having breakfast in the room. Not enough electrical plugs to charge phone etc... Pet friendly though the 25$ per pet for 2 small dogs for a stay of just overnight is a bit too high for a motel/1 floor. Well kept property ...

The room was very old and smelly. The bathroom smelled like pee. The room smelled musty and moldy. The carpet is old, badly stained, and feels gross to walk on in bare feet. The trim was chewed up by an animal at some point. The sink faucet was very hard to turn on and off. Nothing could stay plugged into any of the outlets, and would fall off and out of the outlet. The mattresses are old spring ones and not comfortable at all. The single cup coffee/pot was not good. The pool wasn't ready for the season and it's the middle of July?! I've stayed in many hotels over the years and this is the worst! Save your money and go somewhere else. For $100/night they aren't investing that back into the place and it shows!
