The only negative I would say is the breakfast could be better and the beds were way too hard other than that lovely stay friendly staff. I would stay again

Somewhat disappointed. Room was ok. People at the frontdesk seemed to hide in office. Stopped by and had to repeatedly ring bell to get someone to come out. Returned late after attending a show and found that our smoke alarm was beeping. Front desk gave me a battery which I replaced. She offered to call maintenance, but being late it was easier and quicker to do myself. While the breakfast was good. The breakfast area was up two flight of steps. With no elevator. My wife has serious back issues. This should be on your profile.

Great room at great price. Was quiet and had a putt putt coarse next door that was awesome. Would def stay at again. Breakfast was awesome and dessert in the evenings was so good! Room was older but clean.

The hotel was clean but dated. It was worth the money but nothing special. Breakfast was not desirable and we only had it one of three days. The bathtub actually had a major crack in it and I know was leaking profusely. Lastly the tv was nice but didn’t get channels list said were available. With all the pros and cons I would say I would not stay there again.

I requested a ground level room when I booked a long time ago but did not get it. Beds are hard and uncomfortable. There was a very strong curry smell as we entered into the dining area. The location was quiet and the cobbler each night was good.

We have stayed in several different hotels in Branson and would rank this at the top for the price. Location and accessibility were perfect. Our room was spacious and clean. The noise level was very low. We will stay again if they have a vacancy.

We always enjoy staying there, and have for years. The breakfast and after-show desserts are always great. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The only reason for the good rating, and not excellent, was possibly the noise of a washer spinning on and off all afternoon. That may have just had to do with our room location, as we’d not heard it on previous visits.

The room was clean and the water was hot. The bed was comfortable. The negative was that on the morning of our check out day, around 8:30 a.m., the housekeeper knocked and then immediately put her key in the lock and opened the door. Checkout is at 11. I was in bed watching TV and my husband was up in the chair. However, we could have been getting dressed or anything. This was very disturbing.

The room was very reasonably priced. It was very clean. The bathroom was equipped with grab bars which was a plus for my handicapped husband. The bed was the best hotel/motel bed I have ever slept in!

Very nice property. Great price. Free hot breakfast, and free cookies, ice cream and cobbler every night from 9-11pm. Friendly staff. Only negative was the lady working breakfast on Saturday morning. She brought her dog to wrk with her and it wet & pooped in 2 places in the breakfast area. A guest had to go tell the lady in the back kitchen area to come clean it up. She cleaned up the poop but not the pee. You could see several spots on the carpet where the dog had peed and it has not been cleaned up.

Checking in they were going to charge me more. The place isn't quite as nice as they show on Hotels. It's outdated and not as clean. The tub dripped and the shower floor was strained. Will not be going back.

This was my 5th stay at the Brookwood Inn. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is hot and plentiful. Evening dessert is a nice treat. The location is very central yet off the busy main strip. Highly recommended.

Was a nice, relaxing stay. Everyone was very nice/friendly. Good parking, close to places I was visiting. Room was clean and everything worked. House Keeping was very good. Was actually impressed with the breakfast. Self-make waffles, several cereal types, muffins, coffees, juices (4), eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, milk, ice cream + a few thing Im sure I missed. Coffee and muffins available anytime lobby is open.

Our room was infested with roaches. We also found a spider and other bugs in the bathroom. It appeared to be clean at first but boy were we wrong. The desk people were very nice but that does not make up for the bugs.

The room was great. Updated furniture and clean. The evening deserts were good and the breakfast looked ok but I only had awful. The only issue was the clerk at check in kept stating that my credit card was being declined. While having the cc company on the phone telling both of us there is nothing wrong with the card the clerk would not do anything different. The issue is he would not run the card fist through the chip reader and and would only swipe the card. Even if there was an issue he would not change his method. Finally gave him my debit card which allowed him to swipe it and it went through. Training is needed and system most likely needs updated.

Got very tired of having to walk stairs to 3rd floor. Room was clean but bath was outdated. Toilet was very slow to flush. If I would have known their was no elevator, I would stayed somewhere else.

BED BUGS!! We checked in to room 303 on 9/12/24 at 4pm and took a nap. At 8pm we found bed bugs in our bed!! We immediately packed up and went to the front desk and checked out! They did offer another room but we did not feel comfortable staying in a hotel with bed bugs. They are only willing to give a partial refund! Ridiculous!! I would NOT stay here ever again!! BEWARE.

We thought the money that we paid to stay here was very reasonable. We were very satisfied with our room and with the service. Leigh was excellent to work with. They served breakfast each day. When we wanted a change in what was served for breakfast, we had no problem going off premises for breakfast. The staff was wonderful. We enjoyed that we were next door to a putt putt establishment. This motel is close to all the attractions that we wanted to visit. The refrigerator is a great size. No microwave, but if you need one, the dining area is always opened. We will be staying here again.
