Three or four in the morning, you can hear the upstairs walking back-and-forth and throwing things on the floor making too much noise couldn’t sleep And five in the morning construction going on outside, making loud noise to wake you up

Walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. The bathroom appeared to be under remodel? Bed and pillows were comfortable.

This place is quiet and clean. I love how the front desk person named Dylan is so accomodating and friendly. We also loved how the breakfast place is well maintained. The staff named Emmie was very nice and attentive to our needs. Will definitely come back here again .

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times. When I can, I get the corner 2 room suite. Also I want to give my thanks for the helpfulness of the front desk personnel. I give them 5 stars.

Overall we had a great stay. Our tv didn’t work in our first room didn’t work so they moved us. We would definitely stay again for a get away. Breakfast was great.

The employees of the hotel were amazing. The problem was the rooms were ran down. The bathroom countertops were stained the furniture was very old and worn. The bed was so soft it was hard to get up and off the bed. The chair for the desk nearly dropped me.

The location of this property was amazingly convenient! We’ve stayed here before and the room last time was much less worn than this time. The paint on the walls had worn off in places. The pillows were really flat. It just wasn’t as nice as I remembered two years ago. We were there for a family event and actually the location couldn’t have been better.

This property is conveniently located. It is just a short drive to Benicia's first Street area and waterfront. Access to the freeway for trips elsewhere is just up the street.

The walls are made of paper….we stayed two separate times at this hotel. 1st time we had to listen to love making…luckily it didn’t last long, but the talking did. The Second time there was an ordinary conversation by a couple that we could hear while we could not sleep for 3 hours…yes, we yelled back 3 times and they were quiet for 10 minutes each time. Staff was great earlier, breakfast was better than most, but we could hear highway traffic even after the neighbors finally went to bed. Sorry, I’m still tired.

Hotel itself was clean. The walls are very thin and at one point, at 11 am, the neighbors next door having their afternoon delight, were so loud that we had to turn up the TV so our kids didn’t hear. We went down to breakfast at 9:40 and there was no more hot food, bread or coffee. We let the front desk know and they had someone make another pot of coffee and warm a few eggs. The thermostat kept showing an error message. The room itself was clean and happy there was parking onsite

I booked a two bed room, and on checking in found only one bed, totally unacceptable for two traveling women. I called the desk, who claimed there were no two bed rooms. I contacted the booking agent who then found us a double room. Utter nonsense.

Very clean property. The rooms were very large and had a mini fridge and microwave that I always appreciate. Able to walk to Starbucks which was nice so I did not have to Uber.

Hotel was clean and safe. Walls are very thin expect to hear walking and toilets flushing. Had to sign a noise agreement even though the hotel wouldn’t meet current noise canceling requirements. They seem to want to blame the customers for the deficient construction of the building

The parking garage is under the hotel and has surveillance cameras. It was nice to go from the garage to our hallway. employee's are very professional.

The staff had great customer service. Had a difficult time sleeping as you can hear every noise through the walls. I was not a fan of the parking to check in as you had no where to really park if you had to big of a vehicle and the parking for guests was under the building and had to have a key to access elevator.

Could not get the tv to work in the room. Asked the desk attendant 3 times to give us assistance. Toilet was broken. Attendant tried to fix it, but couldn’t. Hesitant to move us to a different room because we booked the room on Hotels.com. I finally said, “ what’s the difference who I booked through, we do not have a working toilet or tv!” Very disappointed.

Staff and breakfast were great. Room was clean and OK. Walls were pretty thin and you could hear snoring from next door. Further, upon getting off the elevator at 8 PM, there were loud female sex sounds up and down the hallway and could be heard from our room after we closed the door. Not that we’re complaining, but later we heard bathroom noises which were not acceptable.

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was friendly. The gym could use some updated equipment. The walls are paper thin. Forget about trying to rest during the day. Vacuums are super loud and everyone in our hall would slam their door shut. We also asked a couple times to have our room done while we were out & it didn’t get done, which was disappointing. All this being said, we would stay here again. The hotel just needs to make minor improvements - like the gym equipment, more prompt housekeeping and keeping noise to a minimum. We loved the covered parking with elevator access directly to our floor.
