Le meilleur rapport qualité/prix de Torres de Paine

Viviana est humaine exceptionnelle. L’établissement tient ses promesses et reçoit tous les voyageurs du mieux qu’ils le peuvent dans cet environnement brut qu’est Torres del Paine. Superbe menu du soir et de bonnes bières. Les dortoirs possèdent des prises électriques, très pratiques pour recharger les portables jusqu’à minuit (coupure du courant) et la connexion wifi est gratuite dans le lobby (idéal pour donner des nouvelles là où de nombreux lieux font payer le wifi dans le parc)

Certains groupes de randonneurs très bruyants et peu adaptés à la vie en collectivité. Il faut faire avec pour partager les lieux communs (Salle de bain ou pièce à vivre) Mais l’établissement n’est pas responsable de l’éducation des groupes touristiques.

Would return in a heartbeat

Vista and proximity to the park unbeatable. Very friendly and accommodating hosts.

I wish breakfast started a little earlier for those who want to get an early start on long hikes. But that's not really anything to do with the hosing itself.

Just lovely!

From seeing the pictures and reviews of the place I expected it to be much simpler, so I was surprised how welcoming and cozy it was! Everything was very clean, I chatted to some very nice people, the lady from the reception was just lovely and very helpful. Good hot showers and warm blankets. For food they only had pizza but it was delicious, good big breakfast the next morning. And the view of the 3 towers is just amazing! It cleared up so I got a sunset and sunrise view of them.

The accommodation is not super cheap. But regarding how close it is to the park and how much the other accommodations there cost, it’s still a very fair price and good choice!

Good place to stay if on a budget

The location was fantastic! Right outside the entrance to the Torres Del Paine National Park!! It is a hostel, which I have not stayed in for a while but it was comfortable during the day. A bit cold at night when you have to get up :) Breakfast was sparse but but OK. Coffee and tea all day long was well appreciated!

We enjoyed our stay there.

Beautiful location with a gorgeous view of Torres del Paine, good showers, super friendly and helpful stuff. The dinners at the restaurant were very tasty.

We spent two nights there, and one of the nights there were many mosquitoes in the room.

Just what we were looking for

The hostess was very friendly and helpful. We weren't sure about ordering their dinner because of the reviews that we'd read. We went for it anyway and it was delicious. A beautifully prepared piece of salmon and very tasty risotto with some exotic flavors. The dinner cost $13 USD. It was just what we were looking for in terms of proximity to the park to do two day hikes. Breakfast was standard hostel food. Showers and bathrooms were clean and functional.

The room could have been cleaner. The pillows smelled like someone else's sweat. There was dirt on the beds which could have been from the window being open on a very windy day. We read the reviews about the cold so we brought sleeping bag liners and it was comfortable although cold in the morning when we got up. The water pressure of the bathroom sinks was a little low.

Very good

very well located, splendid view in the middle of nowhere. very kind and helpful people. Food was very good and well served. excellent home made bread: we took some for our next trail.

Horrible !!!!

Nothing good

Reception: they don't care the clients. Room: Dormitory, 6 people, no light on the ceiling. Only 2 beds with a lamp. The client have to make the bed by himself ! Duvet cover: too small. It is for child bed ! No locker. No cloth hanger. No kitchen for the dormitory clients. I asked: where is the kitchen ? Angry answer: no kitchen for clients. I ask (with a small voice, as I saw the lady was angry): you don't make the beds ? Answer: If you are not happy, we can refund your money and you can leave ! For dinner, if you order the full menu you can get bred, if you ask only 1 dish, no bread ! All staff very bad, speaking together howling during all day and until 11pm. First night: 5 clients, second night: 4 clients, third night: 3 clients. Me and 2 italian people. Breakfast until 9:00. At 9:00 exactly, they removed the plates and coffee cups of the italians. Italians arrived at 9:05 and the "boss" said: Sorry, breakfast is until 9:00.... And for the welcome: at the foot of the entrance door there is the cat litter and the cat biscuits.... In the most famous national park of Patagonia. For 80 dollars/night in dormitory...
